技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蓄电池盖,尤其是指一种插销式结构的蓄电池盖。
背景技术
铅酸蓄电池在注入电解液后需要密封,一般在电池的中盖上设计若干注液孔,通过在注液孔上套上橡胶安全阀以实现对电池内部的密封,再在安全阀上加上盖板以控制安全阀有正常的开闭阀压力,该盖板大多采用粘封或超声波焊封或热封对其位置进行固定,该结构方式的缺点是盖板卸下困难,不方便电池的使用维护。
部分蓄电池在电池中盖两侧设置嵌槽,在片状盖板侧边设置凸边,盖板与中盖间象抽屉样推入,以便电池维护时盖板可以拆卸,这种结构方便了盖板的拆卸,但是盖板易变形,极易影响到其下方的安全阀正常工作,以往的蓄电池盖是在中盖上另外增设加液帽,来保证安全阀的正常工作,但该结构方式生产加工工艺复杂,增加了产品制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、密封性能好、盖板拆卸方便、电池维护方便的蓄电池盖。
一种插销式结构的蓄电池盖,包括中盖和其上端的片状盖板,中盖上设有含纳所有注液孔的凹槽,所述的凹槽两端槽壁上设有若干个定位槽,盖板上对应设有凸边。
所述的凹槽内设有若干个定位孔,盖板上对应设有凸柱定位销。
所述的凹槽边沿设有排气口。
本实用新型结构简单,分别在中盖凹槽和盖板上设置相互配合的定位槽和凸边,同时分别在凹槽和盖板上设置相互的配合的定位孔和凸柱定位销,通过凸边和定位槽的配合及凸柱定位销和定位孔的过赢配合来实现盖板插入后不会松动,密封性能好;且安装时只要把盖板一侧凸边对准凹槽插入,然后把盖板变成“弓”字形使另一端的凸边插入凹槽,并将凸柱定位销推入到定位孔中即可,操作方便;拆卸时用工具对准排气口撬起凸柱,即可卸下盖板,拆卸方便,有利于电池的维护。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种插销式结构蓄电池盖,包括中盖1和其上端的片状盖板2,如图2、3所示,中盖1上设有含纳所有注液孔11的凹槽12,凹槽12两端槽壁上设有若干个定位槽13,盖板2上对应设有凸边21。凹槽12内设有若干个定位孔14,盖板2上对应设有凸柱定位销22。凹槽12的边沿设有排气口15。
安装时,将盖板2一侧的凸边21对准凹槽12的定位槽13插入,然后将盖板2变成“弓”字形,使其另一端的凸边21插入凹槽12的定位槽13内,并将凸柱定位销22推入到定位孔14中。
拆卸时,使用工具对准排气口15撬起盖板2的凸柱定位销22,卸下盖板2。

1.一种插销式结构的蓄电池盖,包括中盖(1)和其上端的片状盖板(2),中盖(1)上设有含纳所有注液孔(11)的凹槽(12),其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)两端槽壁上设有若干个定位槽(13),盖板(2)上对应设有凸边(21)。
2.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽(12)内设有若干个定位孔(14),盖板(2)上对应设有凸柱定位销(22)。
3.如权利要求1所述的蓄电池盖,其特征在于:所述的凹槽边沿设有排气口(15)。
