Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,它由机匣、固定在机匣上的线圈、固定在机匣内的轴、安装在轴外面的永磁体、安装在永磁体外面的转子叶轮和安装在轴上的定子叶轮构成。当固定在机匣外壁上的线圈通电后,线圈产生磁场;在该磁场与永磁体的相互作用下,永磁体带动转子叶轮一起旋转,血液从进口端流入从出口端流出,产生需要的流量和压力,从而部分或者全部代替自然心脏的功能。本实用新型的特点是:体积小,结构简单,加工成本低;控制系统简单,运转稳定,血液有形成分破坏小,各种并发症少;可植入人体内;耗能小,无需连接较长的管道。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可以部分或者完全代替自然心脏功能的心脏辅助血泵,具体地说,本实用新型涉及一种可以植入人体内的微型轴流式心脏辅助血泵。
背景技术
临床上,对于心力衰竭的患者通常需要借助人工机械辅助装置进行治疗。目前主要的心脏辅助治疗装置有离心泵和搏动泵。国内、外现有的心脏辅助治疗装置如搏动泵和离心泵主要是非植入性辅助血泵,其固有的最大缺点是:体积大,管道长,控制系统复杂,能耗大,相应的并发症多。例如:患者不能随意活动,易形成血栓,机械系统故障多,严重的影响了心脏血泵的临床治疗效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有的心脏辅助装置体积大、不能植入体内等弊端,本实用新型的目的是提供一种微型的可植入人体内的轴流式心脏辅助血泵。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:一种微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,它由机匣、固定在机匣上的线圈、固定在机匣内的轴、安装在轴外面的永磁体、安装在永磁体外面的转子叶轮和安装在轴上的定子叶轮构成。
所述永磁体位于转子叶轮的内部,与转子叶轮过盈配合,并与转子叶轮一起运动。
所述定子叶轮通过轴承固定在轴上,轴承与定子叶轮之间过盈配合。
所述线圈固定在机匣的外壁上,且与机匣无相对运动,与机匣之间过盈配合。
在所述轴的两端分别安装有定子叶轮,所述转子叶轮安装在两个定子叶轮之间。
本实用新型的优点:体积小,结构简单,加工成本低;控制系统简单,运转稳定,血液有形成分破坏小,各种并发症少;可植入人体;耗能小,无需连接较长的管道。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,本实用新型公开的微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵主要由机匣1、固定在机匣上的线圈2、固定在机匣内的轴3、安装在轴3外面的永磁体4、安装在永磁体4外面的转子叶轮5和安装在轴3两端的定子叶轮6构成。
在本实用新型的具体实施例中,永磁体4位于转子叶轮5的内部,与转子叶轮5是过盈配合,并与转子叶轮一起运动。定子叶轮6通过轴承7固定在轴3上,轴承与定子叶轮之间也是过盈配合。线圈2固定在机匣1的外壁上,且与机匣1无相对运动,与机匣也是过盈配合。
当固定在机匣1外壁上的线圈2通电后(线圈是由外接直流电源供电),线圈2产生磁场;在该磁场与永磁体4的相互作用下,永磁体带动转子叶轮一起旋转,如图1、图2中的箭头方向所示,血液从进口端流入从出口端流出,产生需要的流量和压力,从而部分或者全部代替自然心脏的功能。
本实用新型的优点:
1、体积小,结构简单,加工成本低;控制系统简单,运转稳定,血液有形成分破坏小,各种并发症少。
由于本实用新型永磁体位于转子叶轮的内部,减小了血泵的体积;而且,由于本实用新型是通过磁场间的相互作用,使血泵内的转子叶轮旋转,从而使血液流动,所以,本实用新型控制系统简单,运转稳定,避免了由于体积大、控制系统复杂所带来的各种并发症的发生。
2、可植入人体。
由于本实用新型体积小,控制系统简单,运转稳定可靠,所以可以非常方便地通过手术植入人体内。
3、耗能小,无需连接较长的管道。
以上所述是本实用新型的具体实施例及所运用的技术原理,任何基于本实用新型技术方案基础上的等效变换,均属于本实用新型保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1、一种微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,其特征在于:
它由机匣、固定在机匣上的线圈、固定在机匣内的轴、安装在轴外面的永磁体、安装在永磁体外面的转子叶轮和安装在轴上的定子叶轮构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,其特征在于:所述永磁体位于转子叶轮的内部,与转子叶轮过盈配合,并与转子叶轮一起运动。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,其特征在于:所述定子叶轮通过轴承固定在轴上,轴承与定子叶轮之间过盈配合。
4、根据权利要求3所述的微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,其特征在于:所述线圈固定在机匣的外壁上,且与机匣无相对运动,与机匣之间过盈配合。
5、根据权利要求4所述的微型可植入轴流式心脏辅助血泵,其特征在于:在所述轴的两端分别安装有定子叶轮,所述转子叶轮安装在两个定子叶轮之间。
