Abstract
本发明涉及医疗器械领域主要用于辅助衰竭的心脏,以维持正常的血液循环。装置采用心脏瓣膜相同的形状和尺寸,由转子及定子组成。定子包括线卷及铁芯,定子在出口位置设置有导叶;转子由磁钢及叶轮构成,叶轮由铁磁性材料加工而成,它同时又起到磁回路的作用。当线卷通电后转子旋转,带动血液旋转并轴向流动,经导叶消除旋转分量后达到单向阀及泵血的双重功能。由于装置形状、体积与瓣膜相同,安装在自然心脏瓣膜位置,因此它不占有额外的解剖空间,对自然循环系统不产生生理干扰,与受体具有良好的相容性。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特指一种人造心脏瓣膜泵,主要用于辅助衰竭的心脏,以维持正常的血液循环。
背景技术
目前临床上应用的人造心脏瓣膜及人造心脏泵,均具有各自的缺点和优点。人造瓣膜能替代失效的自然心脏瓣膜,阻止血液倒流,保持血液单向、通畅流动,并且具有较长的存活期(数十年);但是瓣膜内支承瓣片的支架,象河流中的桥墩一样,引起血液产生滞止点和旋涡,容易引起血栓形成;人造心泵能辅助衰竭的心肌,完成泵血功能,但一般都需占用额外的解剖空间,并对自然的血液循环系统造成干扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种人造心脏瓣膜泵,其是一种新概念,将现有的人工心脏瓣及人工心泵合二而一;具有双重功能,既能保持血液单向流动,又能完成泵血功能,其采用心脏瓣膜相同的形状和尺寸,不需要额外的解剖空间。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
装置采用心脏瓣膜相同的形状和尺寸,由转子及定子组成。定子包括线卷及铁蕊,定子在出口位置设置有导叶;转子由磁钢及叶轮构成,叶轮由铁磁性材料加工并镀层而成,它同时又起到磁回路的作用。
当线卷通电后转子旋转,带动血液旋转并轴向流动,导叶的作用是消除血液流动的旋转分量,减小血液的破坏。
其优点在于:
(1)将现有的人工心脏瓣及人工心泵合二而一,具有双重功能,既能保持血液单向流动,阻止血液倒流,又能增加血液的压力,辅助衰竭的心室,维持正常的血压;
(2)具有心脏瓣膜相同的形状和尺寸,被安放在心脏瓣膜相同的位置,不需要额外的解剖空间。
(3)泵内不存在轴承,转子靠液膜减小与定子之间的摩擦;转子外表面选用耐磨材料,延长使用增加时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,装置采用心脏瓣膜相同的形状和尺寸,由转子及定子组成。定子包括线卷及铁蕊1,定子在出口位置设置有导叶4;转子由磁钢2及叶轮3构成,叶轮3由铁磁性材料加工而成,它同时又起到磁回路的作用。当线卷通电后转子旋转,带动血液旋转并轴向流动,如图箭头所示。导叶4的作用是消除血液流动的旋转分量,减小血液的破坏。
本发明实施例整个装置重40克,其中包括转子11克;最大外径24.7毫米,该处长度12.7毫米,在自然心室舒张期,维持主动脉压80毫米汞柱时转速需1500转/分;在自然心室收缩期,转子在同样的转速下能产生10升/分的流量,血压达120毫米汞柱,其中瓣膜泵增加血压40毫米汞柱,即心室减负荷40毫米汞柱。本发明在镇江市第一人民医院进行动物试验,证实用它来替代心脏瓣膜并辅助衰竭的心室,是可行的。

1.人造心脏瓣膜泵,其特征在于装置采用心脏瓣膜相同的形状和尺寸,由转子及定子组成,定子包括线卷及铁蕊(1),定子在出口位置设置有导叶(4);转子由磁钢(2)及叶轮(3)构成,叶轮(3)由铁磁性材料加工并镀层而成。
