Abstract
外墙体组合装饰板属于建筑型材；在相邻的苯板相对平面之间设置粘合料层，将相邻的苯板固接成一体，在苯板的两侧外表面上分别固设瓷砖和水泥胶贴层，苯板两侧外表面全部分别被瓷砖和水泥胶贴层覆盖，在水泥胶贴层和粘合料层内部分别设置网格布；本板具有结构简单、施工安装方便快捷、安装效率高、整体重量轻、保温与隔音效果好、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于建筑型材，主要涉及外墙体保温与装饰材料。
背景技术
近年来，随着我国基本建设中土制红砖、青砖的禁用和水泥钢筋框架建筑的大力推广应用，各种新型墙体材料不断问世，种类较多，对我国建筑市场的发展做出了积极贡献。但是，目前种类繁多的墙体材料在使用一段时间后，普遍易发生墙体材料表面龟裂现象，而且墙体材料整体下沉，上部出现缝隙，大幅度降低了保温性能、隔音效果和使用质量；另外，这些墙体材料在使用时还必须在内外墙体表面上设置保温层，生产作业成本提高，施工周期长。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题和缺陷，设计提供一种新型结构的外墙体组合装饰板，达到大幅度降低板材重量、提高隔音保温效果、加快施工建设进度、减轻劳动强度的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是，在相邻的苯板相对平面之间设置粘合料层，将相邻的苯板固接成一体；在苯板的两侧外表面上分别固设瓷砖和水泥胶贴层，苯板两侧外表面全部分别被瓷砖和水泥胶贴层覆盖；在水泥胶贴层和粘合料层内部分别设置网格布，至此构成外墙体组合装饰板。
本实用新型可在工厂内实现工业化生产，其整体强度好，安装方便快捷，具有结构简单、重量轻、使用寿命长、表面不龟裂、整体不下沉、安装效率高、施工工期短、保温与隔音效果好、操作劳动强度低等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。一种外墙体组合装饰板，在相邻的苯板2相对平面之间设置粘合料层4，相邻的苯板2固接成一体；在苯板2的两侧外表面上分别固设瓷砖1和水泥胶贴层3，苯板2两侧外表面全部分别被瓷砖1和水泥胶贴层3覆盖；在水泥胶贴层3和粘合料层4内部分别设置网格布5。在每层苯板2内部沿其厚度截面上交错配置固设通立筋6。本外墙体组合装饰板可根据不同建筑区域的保温需要和隔音要求，其苯板2的层数可设置为2层、3层或4层等多层组合。
安装使用时，将本外墙体组合装饰板整体配置在水泥钢筋框架式结构外墙体充填部位固定，相邻的外墙体组合装饰板之间可采用榫接或搭接等各种方式连接结合即可。位于水泥胶贴层3和粘合料层4内的网格布5可大幅度提高水泥胶贴层3和粘合料层4的整体韧性及结合性能，每层苯板2内的通立筋6保证组合装饰板整体刚度和强度。

1、一种外墙体组合装饰板，其特征在于在相邻的苯板(2)相对平面之间设置粘合料层(4)，相邻的苯板(2)固接成一体；在苯板(2)的两侧外表面上分别固设瓷砖(1)和水泥胶贴层(3)，苯板(2)两侧外表面全部分别被瓷砖(1)和水泥胶贴层(3)覆盖；在水泥胶贴层(3)和粘合料层(4)内部分别设置网格布(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的外墙体组合装饰板，其特征在于在每层苯板(2)内部沿其厚度截面上交错配置固设通立筋(6)。
