技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种绝热建筑墙板，它属于建筑材料领域，特别是作为建筑外墙的建筑墙板。
背景技术：
普通混凝土空心墙板多为沿长度方向设置多条平行圆孔或圆角方孔的空心隔墙条板，它们存在大量热桥，若将它们用于外墙，则远远不能满足建筑节能设计标准的要求。即使在普通混凝土空心墙板的孔洞中填塞绝热材料，也不会对其保温隔热性能带来显著改善。而钢筋混凝土与轻质混凝土复合的轻质墙板造价偏高、通用性差，且同样存在热桥问题，保温隔热性能也难以达到节能标准要求。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，具有良好的绝热性能的绝热建筑墙板。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种绝热建筑墙板，它是包括墙面板、纵向侧板和横向侧板的箱型结构的墙板；在所述的箱型结构内部设置有若干支撑板；在所述的由墙面板和纵向侧板以及横向侧板围成的空腔内还设置有绝热材料。
在所述的墙面板上设置有粘结槽，所述的纵向侧板、横向侧板和支撑板固定在所述的粘结槽中。
在所述的墙面板上的粘结槽旁设置有加强肋.
所述的墙面板为由细骨料混凝土制成的板材。
所述的纵向侧板、横向侧板和支撑板为胶合板或纤维板或刨花板。
所述的墙面板的厚度为10mm～20mm；所述的纵向侧板和横向侧板的厚度为9mm～15mm。
本实用新型所以可以解决现有技术中的热桥问题，从而获得高效节能的外墙板，且强度高，耐久性和可装饰性良好；在箱形构造墙板的空腔中，可以放置保温材料或热交换器等设备以节省空间，同时使得本实用新型也具有良好的绝热效果。

具体实施方式：
下面以附图1、2为本实用新型的实施例，对本实用新型进行进一步的说明：
采用在模具中浇筑细骨料混凝土的方式制作混凝土墙面板1。成型后墙面板1表面设置有若干粘结槽7，在所述的墙面板上的粘结槽7旁设置有加强肋6。板的厚度(无肋处)可按以下原则选定：1)外墙板的墙面板厚度为20mm；2)分户墙的墙面板厚度为15mm；3)内隔墙的墙面板厚度为10mm。
切割胶合板制成纵向侧板2、横向侧板3和支撑板4。纵向侧板和横向侧板的厚度可按以下原则选定：1)外墙板的侧板厚度为15mm；2)分户墙的墙面板厚度为12mm；3)内隔墙的墙面板厚度为9mm。支撑板4的厚度均为9mm。
在所述的箱型结构内部设置有均匀排列的若干支撑板4；在所述的由墙面板1和纵向侧板2以及横向侧板3围成的空腔内还设置有绝热材料5。在所述的墙面板上设置有粘结槽7，所述的纵向侧板2、横向侧板3和支撑板4均固定在所述的粘结槽中。将混凝土墙面板平放于操作台上，在粘结槽7中涂胶。在纵、横侧板一长边涂胶，然后粘结到上述粘结槽中，涂好一块粘结一块。用同样的方法粘结支撑板。当全部纵、横侧板和支撑板就位后，采用定位夹具对纵、横侧板和支撑板进行定位，确保这些板与混凝土墙面板垂直，直到胶粘剂固化。对上述已粘在墙面板上的纵、横侧板和支撑板涂刷黏稠度较低的环氧树脂胶粘剂，如建筑加固用碳纤维片材的配套浸渍胶，以同时起到粘结和封闭胶合板表面的作用。将绝热材料，在本实施例中采用EPS板嵌入由纵、横侧板与支撑板围成的区域内，绝热材料宜在对纵、横侧板和支撑板涂胶时边涂边放置。将另一块混凝土墙面板11平放于操作台上，在粘结槽7中涂胶。将上述粘有纵、横侧板且放置好绝热材料5的墙面板适当补胶，然后翻转，与刚刚在粘结槽中涂好胶的墙面板扣合粘结。
Claims (6)
1.一种绝热建筑墙板，其特征在于它是包括墙面板(1)、纵向侧板(2)和横向侧板(3)的箱型结构的墙板；在所述的箱型结构内部设置有若干支撑板(4)；在所述的由墙面板和纵向侧板以及横向侧板围成的空腔内还设置有绝热材料(5)。
2.如权利要求1或2中所述的绝热建筑墙板，其特征在于在所述的墙面板(1)上设置有粘结槽(7)，所述的纵向侧板、横向侧板和支撑板(4)固定在所述的粘结槽(7)中。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的绝热建筑墙板，其特征在于在所述的墙面板上的粘结槽旁设置有加强肋(6)。
4.如权利要求1中所述的绝热建筑墙板，其特征在于所述的墙面板(1)为由细骨料混凝土制成的板材。
5.如权利要求1中所述的绝热建筑墙板，其特征在于所述的纵向侧板(2)、横向侧板(3)和支撑板(4)为胶合板或纤维板或刨花板。
6.如权利要求1中所述的绝热建筑墙板，其特征在于所述的墙面板(1)的厚度为10mm～20mm；所述的纵向侧板(2)和横向侧板(3)的厚度为9mm～15mm。
