Abstract
保温沼气池,涉及沼气池的技术领域。主要由上盖和池体组成,上盖和池体之间密封连接,上盖为双层玻璃钢体,两层玻璃钢体之间设有保温层;池体也为双层玻璃钢体,两层玻璃钢体之间设有保温层。用密封胶将保温层粘贴在沼气池的上盖与池体的双层玻璃钢体之间,防止沼气池内部随着外界温度的下降而下降,达不到制造沼气的最佳温度,特别是冻土层比较深的地方,这样一年四季无论在什么情况下都可以达到最佳的使用效果。本实用新型实现了生产沼气效率高、保持沼气池内部温度恒定的目的。

本实用新型涉及沼气池的技术领域。
背景技术
沼气是一种清洁型能源,使用沼气能够减少燃煤或燃油对环境造成的危害。目前我国城镇的沼气发酵池多为简单的地埋式钢筋混凝土建造或者是玻璃钢建造,即在地下建一封闭的装置,在该装置上设有进料口或沼气引出导管引出导管即可,采用混凝土沼气池施工难、密封性能较差,容易漏气;采用玻璃钢建造的沼气池,密封性相对较好,但是在低温的环境下,沼气池产生气体的速度就非常慢,特别是在北方的农村,冬天时沼气池就失去了使用的意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供一种高效、恒温的保温沼气池。
本实用新型主要由上盖和池体组成,上盖和池体之间密封连接,上盖为双层玻璃钢体,两层玻璃钢体之间设有保温层;池体也为双层玻璃钢体,两层玻璃钢体之间设有保温层。
用密封胶将保温层粘贴在沼气池的上盖与池体的双层玻璃钢体之间,防止沼气池内部随着外界温度的下降而下降,达不到制造沼气的最佳温度,特别是冻土层比较深的地方,这样一年四季无论在什么情况下都可以达到最佳的使用效果。本实用新型实现了生产沼气效率高、保持沼气池内部温度恒定的目的。
本实用新型在池体内设有辅助电加热器。因为从进料管倒入的制造沼气的原料温度较低,为了尽快的达到最佳的使用效果,通过辅助电加热器来加热升温。

具体实施方式
如图所示,沼气池由上盖1和池体2密封组成,上盖1为双层玻璃钢体1-1、1-2,两层玻璃钢体1-1、1-2之间设有保温层3;池体2包括双层玻璃钢体2-1、2-2,两层玻璃钢体2-1、2-2之间设有保温层4。
保温层可以采用硬质聚氨脂泡沫塑料或聚苯板等其它高效的保温材料。
为了提高使用效果,在沼气池池体2的玻璃钢体2-1内设有辅助电加热器5。

1、保温沼气池,主要由上盖和池体组成,上盖和池体之间密封连接,其特征是上盖为双层玻璃钢体,两层玻璃钢体之间设有保温层;池体也为双层玻璃钢体,两层玻璃钢体之间设有保温层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保温沼气池,其特征是池体内设有辅助电加热器。
