Abstract

本实用新型公开一种双芯片墨盒,其主要包括墨盒本体及芯片,芯片与墨盒本体活动设置;墨盒本体上装设芯片处成形为U形槽,其内侧设有凸棱,所述的回形扣外设有与凸棱配套的凹槽,回形扣通过凹槽滑设于U形槽内;所述的墨盒本体的另一侧设有一与打印机配合的凸棱;墨盒本体内设有海绵;墨盒本体的出墨口内设有封墨膜;使用时,当芯片使用寿命结束,但墨盒本体内还有墨水时,将回形扣从墨盒本体上取下,重新更换新的芯片,这样,墨盒本体还可继续使用,避免了浪费;另外,墨盒本体另一侧凸棱的设置,使其与打印机配合更为简单,避免了材料浪费;海绵的设置,可控制储存墨水的流量,不漏墨;墨盒本体的出墨口内设置封墨膜,可防止墨水在使用前泄露。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种打印机配件,尤其是指一种喷墨打印机所用的双芯片墨盒。
背景技术
目前,喷墨式打印机在工作中的应用比较多,现有的喷墨打印机,其都是一个壳体对应一个芯片,而芯片是有寿命的,当芯片的寿命终结时,即使墨盒里还有墨水,但这个墨盒还是会报废,这样会造成极大的浪费。
另外,现有的墨盒与打印机的卡扣设置也较为复杂,比较浪费材料。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于提供一种双芯片墨盒,其可克服上述缺点,使墨盒在墨水用完后再更换。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:一种双芯片墨盒,其主要包括墨盒本体及芯片,芯片与墨盒本体活动设置。
所述的芯片固设于一回形扣上,所述的回形扣与墨盒本体活动设置。
所述的墨盒本体上装设芯片处成形为U形槽,其内侧设有凸棱,所述的回形扣外设有与凸棱配套的凹槽,回形扣通过凹槽滑设于U形槽内。
所述的墨盒本体的另一侧设有一与打印机配合的凸棱。
所述的双芯片墨盒,其墨盒本体内设有海绵。
所述的双芯片墨盒,其墨盒本体的出墨口内设有封墨膜。
采用上述结构后,使用时,芯片固设于回形扣上,回形扣活动设置于墨盒本体上,当芯片使用寿命结束,但墨盒本体内还有墨水时,将回形扣从墨盒本体上取下,重新更换新的芯片,这样,墨盒本体还可继续使用,避免了浪费;另外,墨盒本体另一侧凸棱的设置,使其与打印机配合更为简单,避免了材料浪费;海绵的设置,可控制储存墨水的流量,不漏墨;墨盒本体的出墨口内设置封墨膜,可防止墨水在使用前泄露。

具体实施方式
请参考图1所示,本实用新型所提供一种一种双芯片墨盒,其主要包括墨盒本体1及芯片2,其中:
芯片2与墨盒本体1活动设置,所述的墨盒本体1的另一侧设有一与打印机配合的凸棱13。
所述的芯片1固设于一回形扣3上,所述的回形扣3与墨盒本体1活动设置。
所述的墨盒本体1上装设芯片处成形为U形槽11,其内侧设有凸棱12,所述的回形扣3外设有与凸棱12配套的凹槽31,回形扣3通过凹槽31滑设于U形槽11内。
所述的双芯片墨盒,其墨盒本体1内设有海绵14。
所述的双芯片墨盒,其墨盒本体1的出墨口内设有封墨膜15。
使用时,芯片2固设于回形扣3上,回形扣3活动设置于墨盒本体1上,当芯片2使用寿命结束,但墨盒本体1内还有墨水时,将回形扣3从墨盒本体1上取下,重新更换新的芯片,这样,墨盒本体1还可继续使用,避免了浪费;另外,墨盒本体1另一侧凸棱13的设置,使其与打印机配合更为简单,避免了材料浪费;海绵14的设置,可控制储存墨水的流量,不漏墨;墨盒本体1的出墨口内设置封墨膜15,可防止墨水在使用前泄露。

1、一种双芯片墨盒,其主要包括墨盒本体及芯片,其特征在于:芯片与墨盒本体活动设置。
2、如权利要求1所述的双芯片墨盒,其特征在于:所述的芯片固设于一回形扣上,所述的回形扣与墨盒本体活动设置。
3、如权利要求2所述的双芯片墨盒,其特征在于:所述的墨盒本体上装设芯片处成形为U槽形,其内侧设有凸棱,所述的回形扣外设有与凸棱配套的凹槽,回形扣通过凹槽滑设于U形槽内。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的双芯片墨盒,其特征在于:所述的墨盒本体的另一侧设有一与打印机配合的凸棱。
5、如权利要求1、2或3所述的双芯片墨盒,其特征在于:墨盒本体内设有海绵。
6、如权利要求1、2或3所述的双芯片墨盒,其特征在于:墨盒本体的出墨口内设有封墨膜。
