Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型是关于一种连接器脱出装置。
背景技术
随着电子装置向轻、薄、短、小方向的发展趋势,越来越多的电子装置趋向使用小体积的连接器传输信号。然而,由于操作空间的限制,通常用手动方式拔取连接器很不方便,且连接器或线缆容易在拔出过程中受到大力拉扯而松动或损坏。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种结构简单,操作方便的连接器脱出装置。
一种连接器脱出装置,用于使一连接器从一对接的电子装置中脱出,该连接器设有一翘起的卡置弹片,该连接器脱出装置包括一卡持件及一作动件,该卡持件连接该作动件将该作动件枢转装设于该电子装置,该作动件抵接该连接器的卡置弹片,以将该连接器脱出。
上述连接器脱出装置通过枢转装设于电子装置上的作动件按压连接器的卡置弹片,使卡置弹片脱出电子装置的卡置,从而可方便的将连接器拔出。该连接器脱出装置操作简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
请参照图1与图2,为本实用新型连接器脱出装置的较佳实施方式,用于使具有一向上翘起的卡置弹片13的一连接器10从一对接的电子装置20的一接口21中脱出。该连接器脱出装置包括一作动件32及一卡持件36。该电子装置20邻近该接口21设有一对穿孔22。
该作动件32包括一主体部321及由该主体部321底部延伸的一大致呈一“N”字形的弹性卡脚326。该主体部321一侧延伸有一按压部322,该按压部322底侧对应该连接器10的卡置弹片13切削形成一斜面329。该主体部321上部设有若干止滑条323。该主体部321底部邻近该弹性卡脚326一侧垂直延伸一固定板324,该固定板324朝向该弹性卡脚326设有一与该主体部321平行的凸缘325。该弹性卡脚326一端与该主体部321相连,一卡固部327设于该弹性卡脚326与该主体部321连接端并与该主体部321平行。
该卡持件36大致呈“几”字形,其包括两支脚362,该卡持件36靠近该两支脚362处具有弹性。该卡持件36固定于该作动件32,该卡持件36的一侧卡固于该作动件32底部的固定板324的凸缘325与该主体部32 1之间,该卡持件36的封闭端卡固于该弹性卡脚326的卡固部327与该主体部321之间。
请继续参照图3,组装时,按压该卡持件36的两侧,使该卡持件36的两支脚362分别穿过该电子装置20的穿孔22而卡置于该电子装置20,从而该连接器脱出装置可枢转地装设于该电子装置20上。此时,该弹性卡脚326的自由端抵接于该电子装置20。将该连接器10插入该电子装置20的接口21,该连接器10上的卡置弹片13卡置于该接口21并部分外露,该卡置弹片13外露部分抵接于该作动件32的按压部322底部的斜面329。
要取出该连接器10时,按动该连接器脱出装置的作动件32的主体部321,该弹性卡脚326受挤压变形,该作动件32随着该卡持件36转动,该作动件32的按压部322的斜面329按压该连接器10的卡置弹片13,该卡置弹片13受挤压脱出该电子装置20的接口21的卡置,从而可将该连接器10轻松拔出。

Claims (8)

1.一种连接器脱出装置,用于使一连接器从一对接的电子装置中脱出,所述连接器设有一翘起的卡置弹片,其特征在于:所述连接器脱出装置包括一卡持件及一作动件,所述卡持件连接所述作动件将所述作动件枢转装设于所述电子装置,所述作动件抵接所述连接器的卡置弹片,以将所述连接器脱出。
2.如权利要求1所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述电子装置设有一对穿孔,所述卡持件包括一对可穿过对应穿孔并卡置于所述电子装置的支脚。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述作动件包括一主体部及由该主体部底部延伸的一弹性卡脚,所述弹性卡脚的自由端抵接于所述电子装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述卡持件大致呈“几”字形,所述主体部底部邻近所述弹性卡脚一侧垂直延伸一固定板,所述固定板朝向所述弹性卡脚设有一凸缘,所述弹性卡脚与所述主体部连接端设有一卡固部,所述卡持件卡固于所述凸缘与所述主体部及所述卡固部与所述主体部之间。
5.如权利要求3所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述弹性卡脚大致呈“N”字形。
6.如权利要求1所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述作动件设有一抵接所述连接器的卡置弹片的按压部。
7.如权利要求6所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述作动件的按压部底侧切削形成一斜面。
8.如权利要求1所述的连接器脱出装置,其特征在于:所述作动件上设有若干止滑条。
