Abstract

本实用新型提出一种LED灯,LED灯包括灯头、灯板、驱动器、驱动器外壳、散热器,驱动器安装于驱动器外壳内,驱动器与灯头、灯板电连接;散热器包括第一支体和两个第二支体,第一支体固定于两个第一第二支体之间,驱动器外壳与第一支体相对,第一支体、第二支体及驱动器外壳围成截面为椭圆的柱体,第一支体设有多个平行的第一通道,第二支体包括第二通道,第一通道和第二通道用于对外散热。本实用新型的LED灯设置驱动器外壳安装驱动器,驱动器外壳安装于散热器旁,驱动器外壳具有足够的空间收容驱动器,避免了压坏驱动器,提高了驱动器的寿命,进而提高了LED的寿命;本实用新型还设置了第一通道、第二通道进行对外散热,保证了LED灯具备良好的散热性能。

本实用新型涉及照明灯具领域,尤其是一种LED灯。
背景技术
对于的LED照明产品而言,散热是必须要考虑的因素,如果一个产品散热不佳将直接影响LED照明产品的使用寿命,在进行散热降温时,采用通风散热是一种很好的散热方式。
对于的LED照明产品而言,为了保证LED亮度和寿命,通常需要在LED灯内安装驱动器,驱动器能够在电压变化的情况下为LED灯提供恒流,然而现有的LED灯一般在灯头内安装驱动器,而灯头空间狭小,在灯头内安装驱动器时,有可能压坏驱动器导致整个LED灯报废,因此亟需一个新的驱动器的安装方式。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提出一种驱动器后置安装的、散热性能好的LED灯。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型提出一种LED灯,所述LED灯包括灯头及与灯头电性连接的灯板,所述LED灯还包括:
驱动器及驱动器外壳,所述驱动器安装于所述驱动器外壳内,所述驱动器与灯头、灯板电连接;
散热器,包括第一支体和两个第二支体,所述第一支体固定于两个所述第二支体之间,所述驱动器外壳固定于两个所述第二支体之间并与所述第一支体相对,所述散热器能够给所述驱动器散热,所述第一支体、所述第二支体及所述驱动器外壳围成截面为椭圆的柱体,所述第一支体设有多个平行的第一通道,所述第二支体包括第二通道,所述第一通道和所述第二通道用于对外散热。
进一步的,所述LED灯还包括连接板、灯壳及旋转接头,所述连接板和散热器的第一端固定,所述灯壳与所述连接板固定连接,所述旋转接头一端与所述灯壳固定连接,另一端与所述灯头活动连接,当所述灯头对外固定安装后,旋转所述旋转接头,所述灯壳、所述连接板及所述散热器跟随着所述旋转接头进行旋转运动。
进一步的,所述LED灯还包括顶盖,所述顶盖固定在所述散热器的第二端,所述第一端和所述第二端相对。
进一步的,所述顶盖包括多个平行的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第一通道相通,所述第二通孔和所述第二通道相通。
进一步的,所述第一通道的截面为长方形,所述第二通道的截面为半圆形。
进一步的,所述第一支体和所述第二支体均设有收容槽,所述收容槽收容所述灯板。

为了更加清楚、完整的说明本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参考图1,本实用新型提出一种LED灯,所述LED灯包括灯头100、灯板40、散热器50、驱动器10及安装在所述驱动器10的驱动器外壳30。
具体的是,请参考图2-图3,所述灯板40与所述灯头100电性连接,所述驱动器10与灯头100、灯板40电连接;散热器50,包括第一支体53和两个第二支体54,所述第一支体53固定于两个所述第一第二支体54之间,所述驱动器外壳30与所述第一支体53相对,所述第一支体53、所述第二支体54及所述驱动器外壳30围成截面为椭圆的柱体,所述第一支体53设有多个平行的第一通道532,所述第二支体54包括第二通道542,所述第一通道532和所述第二通道542用于对外散热,所述第一通道532的截面为长方形,所述第二通道542的截面为半圆形。
在本实施方式中,所述驱动器外壳30收容在所述散热器50旁边,所述驱动器外壳30的端面横截面为五边形,所述驱动器10的外壳的高度与所述散热器50的高度平齐,所述驱动器外壳30起到保护、支撑所述驱动器10的作用,所述驱动器10通过锁螺丝的方式固定安装在所述驱动器外壳30中;驱动器10能够在LED灯的供电压变化的情况下为LED灯提供恒定的电流,提高LED灯的使用寿命,以保证LED灯的亮度;本实用新型的LED灯将所述驱动器外壳30安装于所述散热器50旁,使得所述驱动器外壳30具有足够的空间收容所述驱动器10,避免了压坏所述驱动器10,且所述驱动器外壳30具有足够的空间使得所述驱动器10的型号具有多样的选择,所述散热器50能够给所述驱动器10散热,提高了驱动器10的寿命,进一步提高了LED的寿命。
在本实施方式中,所述第一通道532的横截面为长方形,所述第二通道542的横截面为半圆形,多个长条形的第一通道532和半圆形的第二通道542增大了散热器50内部与外界热交换的面积,增大了LED灯内部散热的效率。
进一步的,所述LED灯还包括连接板60、灯壳70及旋转接头80,所述连接板60和散热器50的第一端51固定,所述灯壳70与所述连接板60固定连接,所述旋转接头80一端与所述灯壳70固定连接,另一端与所述灯头100活动连接,当所述灯头100对外固定安装后,旋转所述旋转接头80,所述灯壳70、所述连接板60及所述散热器50跟随着所述旋转接头80进行旋转运动。
在本实施方式中,所述连接板60为塑胶连接板60,所述连接板60将散热器50与所述灯壳70固定连接起来,所述连接板60、所述散热器50、所述灯壳70之间均通过螺丝的方式进行固定,锁螺丝的方式操作简单,固定安装稳固且紧凑;所述旋转接头80一端与所述灯壳70固定连接,另一端与所述灯头100活动连接,所述旋转接头80可以相对于所述灯头100进行旋转,当所述旋转接头80相对与所述灯头100进行旋转时,所述灯壳70、所述连接板60及所述散热器50也跟随着旋转;由于灯头100为螺旋灯头100而不是直插灯头100,而本实用新型提供的是一种发光角度为180°的LED灯,因此安装LED灯时,有可能将发光部分旋转到背面,造成LED灯无法正常使用,本实用新型的灯头100对外安装固定后,所述旋转接头80相对于灯头100任意旋转,从而将发光的灯板40调整到合适的位置,无需顾虑LED灯的灯头100导致发光灯板40的安装的角度,保证LED灯能正常工作。
进一步的,请参考图4,所述LED灯还包括顶盖90,所述顶盖90固定在所述散热器50的第二端52,所述第一端51和所述第二端52相对;所述顶盖90包括多个平行的第一通孔901和第二通孔902,所述第一通孔901与所述第一通道532相通,所述第二通孔902和所述第二通道542相通。
在本实施方式中,所述顶盖90设于所述散热器50的第二端52,起到保护、支撑所述散热器50的作用;在所述顶盖90上设置所述第一通孔901与所述第一通道532相通,所述第二通孔902和所述第二通道542相通,所述散热器50的第一支体53内部的热量通过所述第一通道532传至所述第一通孔901;所述第二支体54的热量通过所述第二通道542传至所述第二通孔902,实现所述散热器50的热量的散发。
进一步的,请参考图5-图6,所述第一支体53和所述第二支体54均设有收容槽533,所述收容槽533收容所述灯板40;从横截面看,多个所述灯板40围成半圆。
在本实施方式,所述灯板40包括多个灯珠,灯珠是LED灯的发光体,所述灯板40的底板为铝基板;所述灯板40安装时,将所述灯板40插入收容槽533,所述收容槽533的长度与所述散热器50的高度一致,所述灯板40的长度与所述收容槽533的长度平齐,所述收容槽533具有3个,3个所述灯板40围成半圆,以实现本实用新型的LED灯的180°发光。
进一步的,请参考图3,第一支体53设有滑槽531,所述第二支体54包括安装部541,所述安装部541能够在所述滑槽531滑动,所述安装部541与所述滑槽531的配合用于所述第一支体53开始与所述第二支体54之间的固定。
在本实施方式中,因为所述第二支体54有两个,所以所述第一支体53两侧都设有滑槽531,安装时,所述安装部541在所述滑槽531滑动,方便快速地将所述第二支体54安装到所述第一支体53上,所述滑槽531限制了所述第二支体54的横向位移,所述安装部541与所述滑槽531的配合从而增加了所述第一支体53和所述第二支体54之间的稳固安装。
进一步的,请参考图2,所述第二支体54还包括散热部543,所述散热部543裸露在外,所述散热部543一端与所述驱动器外壳30相邻,另一端靠近所述灯板40。
在本实施方式中,所述散热部543包括3块层层依次叠加的散热片,每层散热片之间存在空隙,所述驱动器外壳30两侧均有所述散热部543,本实用新型的LED灯的第二支体54设置散热部543一方面使得LED灯的外形美观有造型,另一方面进一步提高了所述散热器50的散热性能。
进一步的,所述LED灯好包括接线板20,所述接线板20收容于所述灯壳70内,所述接线板20分别与所述灯头100、所述驱动器10、所述灯板40电连接。
在本实施方式中,所述接线板20、所述灯头100、所述驱动器10、所述灯板40形成一个完整的电路回路。

驱动器及驱动器外壳,所述驱动器安装于所述驱动器外壳内,所述驱动器与灯头、灯板电连接;
散热器,包括第一支体和两个第二支体,所述第一支体固定于两个所述第二支体之间,所述驱动器外壳固定于两个所述第二支体之间并与所述第一支体相对,所述散热器能够给所述驱动器散热,所述第一支体、所述第二支体及所述驱动器外壳围成截面为椭圆的柱体,所述第一支体设有多个平行的第一通道,所述第二支体包括第二通道,所述第一通道和所述第二通道用于对外散热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯还包括连接板、灯壳及旋转接头,所述连接板和散热器的第一端固定,所述灯壳与所述连接板固定连接,所述旋转接头一端与所述灯壳固定连接,另一端与所述灯头活动连接,当所述灯头对外固定安装后,旋转所述旋转接头,所述灯壳、所述连接板及所述散热器跟随着所述旋转接头进行旋转运动。
