本实用新型涉及全自动熔炼加料机，属于铸造加工设备领域。
背景技术
铸铁的铸造过程中，熔炼是最为重量的工序之一，过程是将若干种金属收集在一起，投入熔炉中，熔化成铁水。目前，往熔炉中投料的过程是，用行车抓取金属并将金属输送至熔炉中，由于铸件的金属原料往往需要多种，因此行车需要来回运行多次，影响生产效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于，提供一种全自动熔炼加料机。本实用新型具有输送效率高、输送量大、输送过程精准可控的优点。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种全自动熔炼加料机，包括轨道，轨道一端为配料库，配料库上方为行车，轨道另一端为熔炉；轨道上设有加料车，加料车包括嵌设在轨道上的车轮，车轮固定在底盘上，底盘上设有运行电机，运行电机经传动齿轮与车轮相连；底盘上设有支撑柱，支撑柱上方固定有进料斗，进料斗下部设有振动斗，振动斗上设有振动电机，振动斗的底部设有倾斜底面，振动斗的上沿和进料斗的下沿之间设有减震块。
上述的全自动熔炼加料机中，所述轨道的端部还设有固定柱，固定柱的上部设有牵引电机，牵引电机连接有牵引轮，牵引轮经牵引绳与加料车相连。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型在配料库和熔炉之间设置了加料车，加料车通过运行电机驱动车轮，在配料库和熔炉之间来回运行，将金属原材料投入熔炉之中，相比于行车抓取，一次可以抓取多种金属，而且运输的金属重量也大大提高，提高了工作效率。而且本实用新型在卸料时，采用振动电机振动的方式，卸料效率高，且能源消耗小。再进一步地，本实用新型还设置有一牵引轮，牵引轮对加料车进行辅助牵引。

实施例：一种全自动熔炼加料机，构成如图1所示，包括轨道1，轨道1一端为配料库2，配料库2上方为行车3，轨道1另一端为熔炉4；轨道1上设有加料车5，加料车5包括嵌设在轨道1上的车轮6，车轮6固定在底盘7上，底盘7上设有运行电机8，运行电机8经传动齿轮9与车轮6相连；底盘7上设有支撑柱10，支撑柱10上方固定有进料斗11，进料斗11下部设有振动斗12，振动斗12上设有振动电机13，振动斗12的底部设有倾斜底面14，振动斗12的上沿和进料斗11的下沿之间设有减震块15。所述轨道1的端部还设有固定柱16，固定柱16的上部设有牵引电机17，牵引电机17连接有牵引轮18，牵引轮18经牵引绳19与加料车5相连。
