Abstract

Description

夹板
技术领域
本发明在最广义上可被定义为一种建筑单元,即,一种具有由呈曲折褶皱形式的起皱片材制成的轻质芯的夹板。
技术背景
已知有一种夹板,它包括与芯层相连接的外皮,其中,所述的芯通过使片材坯件沿着在展开面上所划出的突部和凹部曲折线进行弯曲来获得(发明人证书号为SU no.1,785,154。具有曲折起皱芯的曲线夹板的制造方法,-国际分类号为B23K20/00,-93年7月30日的公告第28条)。
这里所描述的这种夹板的主要缺点是外皮-芯的低连接强度和低可靠性,这是由于小的接触面积的缘故。
已知有一种夹板,它具有由起皱片材制成的轻质芯(RF专利号no.2,038,265C1.夹板.-国际分类号为B64C3/26.-于95年6月27日公开)。其目的是,增大芯与下部外皮的接触面积,褶皱突脊被制造成英状(lenticular)元件的形式,这些英状元件位于所述突脊的凹部,而在芯的顶点处位于该芯的侧突脊之间的曲线合成材料则增大了芯与上部外皮的接触面积。

发明内容
本发明的目的是增加折叠的芯-外皮的粘合强度。
实施所要求保护的发明所获得的技术效果是改进了夹板的单位-重量(unit-weight)性能,这是由于芯和胶粘材料的质量减小的缘故。
所述的技术效果是通过以下事实来获得的,即,在已知的夹板中,包括一些外皮,这些外皮利用胶粘合成材料与被放置在所述外皮之间的曲折起皱芯相连接,所述的曲折起皱芯具有交替的突部和凹部,平面倾斜突脊之间通过曲线部分沿着突部和凹部曲折线连接,所述的曲线部分的半径不小于芯材料的厚度,而沿着所述的部分形成的是线性穿孔,该线性穿孔在芯-外皮的组装过程中使得胶粘材料能够进入穿孔的孔中。
申请人通过对现有技术的分析,表明现有技术中没有与本发明中的特征组合相类似的特征组合。因此,所要求保护的技术方案满足专利性中的“新颖性”条件。
通过在给定领域检索与所要求保护的技术方案的特征部分相同的技术特征,检索结果表明所要求保护的技术方案的特征部分的技术特征并不是来自于现有技术。从申请人尽力揭露的现有技术来看,所确定的必要技术特征对所声称的技术效果没有影响。因此,本发明所要求保护的技术方案满足专利性中的“创造性”条件。

具体实施方式
夹板包括外皮1(图中未表示上部外皮)和具有曲折褶皱的折叠芯2,该折叠芯2呈交替的突部和凹部的形式,通过使片材坯件沿着线3、4、5进行弯曲来获得所述的折叠芯2。平坯件(plains)通过3和4形成平面突脊,这些平面突脊的相交轨迹代表褶皱的锯齿和曲折线。沿着褶皱线3、4形成在芯材料曲线弯曲部分上的是线性穿孔,该线性穿孔在芯坯件材料展开(在成形之前)状态下被形成在该芯坯件材料中。起皱芯2沿着线3、4利用合成胶粘材料6与外皮1相连接。与此同时,所取的每个穿孔的面积、胶粘材料6的粘度及其质量能使得胶粘混合物(compound)通过所述的孔进入褶皱中,在这些褶皱中,所述的混合物形成滴;在芯-外皮粘合之后的胶水聚合过程中,所述的滴形成铆钉的头部和主体。
由芯突脊上的穿孔所引起的材料的部分残缺不会不利地影响夹板的强度属性,这是由于其剪切强度主要由稍倾斜的芯元件即突脊的质量来决定的。突脊被用作芯-外皮的粘合表面,并且在小范围内决定夹板的强度。总的来说,所要求保护的方法由于“铆接”的缘故增加了胶接强度,因而提高了夹板的质量,并且由于减少了芯材料质量和胶粘材料,因而增加了夹板的重量效率。
工业实用性
所要求保护的发明能够被用于飞机建造、造船以及建筑物。

Claims (1)

1.一种夹板,包括有外皮,这些外皮利用胶粘合成材料与被放置在所述外皮之间的曲折起皱芯相连接,所述的曲折起皱芯具有交替的突部和凹部,这种夹板的特征在于:平面倾斜突脊之间通过曲线部分沿着突部和凹部曲折线连接,所述的曲线部分的半径不小于芯材料的厚度,而沿着所述的部分形成的是线性穿孔,该线性穿孔在芯-外皮的组装过程中使得胶粘材料能够进入穿孔的孔中。
