Abstract

技术领域
本发明有关一种抗污臭组合物,尤其有关一种可对污臭的有机物提供改良的保护效果的组合物。本发明尤其有关一种协同性抗污臭组合物,其包含以组合物干重计至少3.5重量%的4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈或其盐,与另一种选自吡托沙嗪(bethoxazin)、对甲抑菌灵、二氯抑菌灵(dichlofluanide)或DCOIT的杀生物剂一起,用作抗污臭有机物的保护材料。因此,本发明有关材料保护的领域,诸如水下物件、木材、木制品、生物可降解的材料及涂料的保护。
背景技术
4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈(称为成份I)是公开于EP-0,312,723-A中,用以防治软体动物。该化合物可表示成下式:

发明内容
现已发现,熟悉本领域的技术人员可轻易地确定组合物的范围(即活性组份的特定个别比例或含量),4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈(以下称为成分I)与另一种选自吡托沙嗪、对甲抑菌灵、二氯抑菌灵或DCOIT的杀生物剂(以下称为成份II)的组合物可对污臭的有机物提供协同防治效果,尤其是藻类。4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈在本发明抗污臭组合物中的含量以组合物干重总重计是至少3.5重量%。
术语“4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈”或成份(I),成份(II)、成份(II-a)、成份(II-b)、成份(II-c)或成份(II-d)之一,其含义包括碱或盐形式的该化合物,后者是借由碱形式与适当的酸进行反应而制得。适当的酸包括例如无机酸诸如氢卤酸,即氢氟酸、盐酸、氢溴酸及氢碘酸、硫酸、硝酸、磷酸、次膦酸等;或有机酸诸如例如乙酸、丙酸、羟基乙酸、2-羟基丙酸、2-合氧基丙酸、乙二酸、丙二酸、丁二酸、(Z)-2-丁烯二酸、(E)-2-丁烯二酸、2-羟基丁二酸、2,3-二羟基丁二酸、2-羟基-1,2,3-丙三羧酸、甲磺酸、乙磺酸、苯磺酸、4-甲基-苯磺酸、环己烷胺基甲酸、2-羟基苄酸、4-胺基-2-羟基苄酸等。该成份(I)及成份(II)也可为溶剂合物形式,诸如水合物。
曝露于湿气或水性环境下的表面或物件易群集生长水生有机物诸如藻类、真菌、细菌、微生物、及水生动物诸如例如被囊类、螅体类、双壳类、苔藓类、多毛虫、海绵、藤壶、软体动物及甲壳类。这些有机物沉降或附着于该表面时,曝露物件的价值降低。该有机物的附着或沉降也称为结构的“发污臭”。该物件的外部甚至内部被损坏,表面改变,例如由光滑、干净且流线变成粗糙、污臭且湍流,物件的重量因为沉积有机物及其残留物而增加,且该物件的附近可能变成阻塞或堆满污物。所研究的物件及系统的功能降低且水环境的品质受损。一般防治发污臭有机物的附着的方法是使用包含抗污臭剂的涂料处理欲保护的表面。
曝露于潮湿或含水环境下的表面或物件的发污臭经常是由藻类的附者或沉降开始。此情况使得光滑表面变得粗糙,而使得其他发污臭有机物诸如例如被囊类、藤壶、甲壳类、软体动物等变得容易沉降。因此,保护表面防止发污臭的防污臭组合物的杀藻类性质是为主要重点。
本发明的组合物尤其适于保护固定或经常与水接触的表面或物件,以防止发臭或藻类附着,其是于该表面或物件上施加协同性抗污臭组合物,包含以组合物干燥总重计至少3.5重量%的成份(I)及成份(II)中之一,其比例各可提供抗发污臭有机物的协同效果。该表面或物件的实例有例如船体、港湾装置、码头及椿材、干燥船坞、水闸、水门、击留塔、浮标、向海面配油设备、钻油平台、桥、管线、渔网、缆线、压舱水槽、自受污染水域抽水的船水槽、娱乐设备诸如冲浪板、喷射滑水板、及滑水板与任何其他固定或经常与水接触的物件。
本发明也提供一种保护材料的方法,尤其是固定或经常与水接触的表面或物件抗发污臭有机物的方法,其是于该物件上施加抗污臭组合物,包含以组合物的干燥总重计至少3.5重量%的有效抗污臭量的成份(I),结合成份(II)中之一,其比例各是提供抗发污臭有机物的协同效果。
本发明另外提供一种保护表面的方法,其包括于该表面上施加本发明的抗污臭组合物。本发明方法之一特别重要用途包括抑制船壳发污臭的方法,其包括于该船壳上施加本发明抗污臭组合物。船壳上的污物例如增加摩擦刮磨,对应地降低速度及机动性,且增加燃料消耗且因为除掉污臭物而增加维修成本。
此外,本发明的抗污臭组合物可用以保护结构诸如例如游泳池、浴堂、冷却水循环导管及各种功能会因为存在及/或操作发污臭有机物而受损的设备例如制造工厂或空调设备的工业浸浴。其他实例有建筑物及建筑零件诸如地板、外墙及内墙或天花板、或易潮湿之处诸如地窖、浴室、厨房、洗涤室等,及发污臭的温床。发污臭不仅有卫生及美观上的问题,也因为该建筑物及/或装饰材料较预期中更快地破坏而导致经济损失。
本发明的协同性抗污臭组合物也可使用于各种应用:
-工业水处理流体,例如冷却水、纸浆研磨处理水及悬浮液、二次油回收系统、纺丝流体、金属处理流体等。
-含水功能性流体的槽内/罐内保护,例如聚合物乳液、以水为主的涂料及粘着剂、胶、淀粉浆液、增稠溶液、明胶、蜡乳液、墨液、抛光剂、颜料及无机浆液、橡胶胶乳、混凝土添加剂、钻浆、化妆品、含水化妆调配物、药学调配物等。
“防污有机物”包括附着、沉降、生长于或粘着于各种表面上的有机物,尤其是潮湿或含水的环境,诸如海水、新鲜水、盐水、雨水、及冷却水、自来水、废水及污水。防污有机物有藻类诸如例如微藻类(Microalgae),例如壶腰藻层(Amphora)、阿克南齐斯层(Achnanthes)、舟形矽藻层(Navicula)、有骨舟形矽藻层(Amphiprora)、叠盒矽藻层(Melosira)、横轴突骨矽藻层(Cocconeis)、衣藻层(Chlamydomonas)、薄膜细肋球藻层(Chlorella)、波发藻层(Ulothrix)、太湖念珠藻层(Anabaena)、Phaeodactylum、红球藻层(Porphyridium)、巨藻类例如苔菜藻层(Enteromorpha)、海蕴层(Cladophora)、褐耳藻层(Ectocarpus)、枪头藓层(Acrochaetium)、裸皮红藻层(Ceramium)、多果丝红藻层(Polysiphonia)及触须藻层(Hormidium);真菌;微生物;被囊类,包括海鞘网(Ascidiacea)诸如Ciona intestinalis,DiposomaListerianium,及Botryllus schlosseri;水螅网(Hydrozoa),包括Clava squamata;Hydractinia echinata,Obelia geniculata及Tubularia laryux;双壳类,包括Mytilus edulis,Crassostreavirginica,Ostrea edulis,Ostrea chilensia,Dressena polymorpha(班蚌(zebra mussels))及Lasaea rubra;苔藓类,包括Electrapilosa,Bugula neritina及Bowerbankia gracilis;多毛虫,包括Hydroides norvegica;海棉;及甲壳类,包括Artemia及Cirripedia(藤壶),诸如Balanus amphitrite,Lepasanatifera,Balanusbalanus,Balanus balanoides,Balanus hameri,Balanus crenatus,Balanus improvisus,Balanus galeatus,及Balanu seburneus;及Elminius modestus及Verruca。
具体组合物实例中成份(I)与(II)的相对比例是与仅包括成份(I)或成份(II)活性成份的组合物相较之下,抗污臭有机物,尤其是抗藻类,产生意外协同效果的比例。熟悉本领域的技术人员可轻易得知,可在组合物中各种成份(I)与(II)的比例下得到该协同效果,根据发挥作用的发污臭有机物的种类及欲处理的基材的类型而定。基于本申请的教导,该组合物的协同或可能的(就施加于特定发污臭有机物的成份(I)与(II)的部分比例而言)非协同效果的测定是熟悉本领域的技术人员的例行工作。然而,就大部分发污臭有机物而言,该活性组合物中成份(I)对成份(II)的含量的适当重量比例通常应介于10∶1至1∶10的范围内。此范围以由3∶1至1∶2为佳,由2∶1至1∶1更佳。本发明抗污臭组合物介于成份(I)与成份(II)中之一的特定比例为1∶1。
特定的本发明组合物为包含以组合物干燥总重计至少3.5重量%的的成份(I)与选自成份(II-a)(即吡托沙嗪)或成份(II-b)(即,对甲抑菌灵)的成份(II)的组合物,其个别比例是提供对防污有机物的协同效果。
其它特别的本发明组合物是包含以组合物干燥总重计至少3.5重量%的成份(I)与成份(II-a)(即吡托沙嗪)的组合物,其个别比例是可提供防污有机物的协同效果。
就安全地防治发污臭有机物处理程序而言,使用于本发明组合物中的成份(I)及(II)的活性组份应以具有实质纯度的形式为佳,即不含在制造及/或操作过程中产生的化学杂质(诸如副产物或残留溶剂)。使用于本发明组合物中的成份(I)及(II)的活性组份在具有至少一个不对称碳原子时,该化合物可为外消旋混合物形式或为以标准分馏方法包括模拟移动床技术而从外消旋混合物所得该化合物的实质纯的立体异构物或对映异构物形式。前文所使用的“实质纯的”意指以该技术界的常规方法诸如高效液相层析或光学方法测定时至少约96%的纯度,优选至少98%,更优选至少99%。
本发明组合物中各活性组份的含量是得到协同效果的。尤其是本发明的现成组合物包含以组合物干燥总重计至少3.5重量%的成份(I)。该现成组合物尤其是包含以组合物干燥总重计由4重量%至6重量%的成份(I)。该现成组合物中成份(II)的含量是可得到协同效果的。尤其成份(II)的含量是介于该组合物干燥总重的由1重量%至2重量%范围内,尤其是由3.5重量%至6重量%。许多情况下,欲直接使用的抗污臭组合物可得自浓缩物,诸如例如可乳化的浓缩物、悬浮浓缩物、或可溶解浓缩物,以含水或有机介质稀释剂时,该浓缩物涵盖于本发明定义中所使用的组合物一辞中。该浓缩物可在喷洒罐中,于使用前即时稀释成现成混合物。
成份(I)及(II)的组合适于与载体及添加剂一起使用,包括润湿剂、分散剂、胶粘剂、粘着剂、乳化剂等,诸如常用于调配技术中的。本发明抗污臭组合物可依任何已知方式制备,例如在一步或多步方法中均匀地混合、涂覆和/或研磨该活性组份(即成份(I)及成份(II)中之一)的组合物,同时使用所选择的载体材料,若适当,则使用其他添加剂诸如表面活性剂。
适于本发明中作为固体载体的惰性载体材料的实例-例如使用于粉剂浓缩物及颗粒调配物中的包括天然及合成无机填料,例如矽酸镁诸如滑石;二氧化矽诸如矽藻土;矽酸铝诸如高岭土、蒙脱土或云母;矽酸镁铝诸如绿坡缕土及蛭石;碳酸钙及硫酸钙;碳诸如木炭;硫;及高度分散的矽酸聚合物。适当的颗粒吸收性载体材料可为多孔性,例如浮石、破砖、海泡石或膨润土。另外,可使用大量具有无机或有机性质的预先造粒材料,例如,尤其是白云石或粉碎的植物残渣。其他适用为有机固体载体的惰性载体材料是包括天然及合成树脂(粗制或经调配),例如有机废弃聚合物诸如聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丙烯酸酯诸如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯及其混合聚合物。
使用于本发明抗污臭组合物中的适当表面活性剂为具有良好的乳化、分散及/或润湿性质的非离子性、阳离子性和/或阴离子性材料。适当的阴离子性表面活性剂是同时包括水溶性皂类及水溶性合成表面活性剂。适当的皂类有碱金属或碱土金属盐类、未经取代或经取代的高级脂肪酸(C10-C22)铵盐,例如油酸或硬脂酸的钠或钾盐,或可得自椰子油或脂油的天然脂肪酸混合物。合成表面活性剂是包括聚丙烯酸的钠或钙盐;脂肪磺酸盐及硫酸盐;经磺酸化的苯并咪唑衍生物及烷基芳基磺酸盐。脂肪磺酸盐或硫酸盐的一般形式是为碱金属或碱土金属盐,未经取代的铵盐或经具有由8至22个碳原子的烷基或酰基所取代的铵盐,例如木质磺酸或十二基磺酸的钠或钙盐或得自天然脂肪酸的脂肪醇磺酸酯、硫酸或磺酸酯的碱金属或碱土金属盐(诸如硫酸月桂酯钠)及脂肪醇的磺酸/氧化乙烯加合物。适当的经磺酸化苯并咪唑衍生物以含有8至22个碳原子为佳。烷基芳基磺酸盐的实例有十二苯磺酸或二丁基萘磺酸或萘-磺酸/甲醛缩合产物的钠、钙或烷醇胺盐。也适用者是为对应的磷酸盐,例如磷酸酯的盐类,及对-辛基酚与氧化乙烯及/或丙烯的加合物,或磷脂质。适当的磷脂质有天然(来自动物或植物细胞)或脑磷脂或卵磷脂型合成磷脂质,诸如例如磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰丝胺酸、磷脂酰甘胺酸、溶血卵磷脂、心类脂、二辛基磷脂酰-胆碱、二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱及其混合物。
适当的非离子性表面活性剂是包括烷基酚的多乙氧基化及多丙氧基化衍生物、脂肪醇、脂肪酸、分子中含有至少12个碳原子的脂族胺或酰胺、烷基脂芳烃磺酸盐及二烷基磺基琥珀酸盐,诸如脂族及环脂族醇的聚二醇醚衍生物,饱和及不饱和脂肪酸及烷基酚,该衍生物以于(脂族)烃部分中含有3至10个二醇醚基及8至20个碳原子且于烷基酚的烷基部分中含有6至18个碳原子为佳。其他适当的非离子性表面活性剂有聚氧化乙烯与聚丙二醇、烷基链中含有1至10个碳原子的乙二胺聚丙二醇的水溶性加合物,该加合物含有20至250个乙二醇醚基及/或10至100个丙二醇醚基。该化合物通常每个丙二醇单元含有1至5个乙二醇单元。非离子性表面活性剂的代表性实例有壬基酚聚乙氧基乙醇、蓖麻油聚甘醇醚、聚丙烯/聚氧化乙烯加合物、三丁基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇、聚乙二醇及辛基苯氧基聚乙氧基乙醇。聚亚乙基山梨糖醇的脂肪酸酯(诸如聚氧亚乙基山梨糖醇三油酸酯)、甘油、山梨糖醇、蔗糖及异戊四醇也为适当的非离子性表面活性剂。
适当的阳离子性表面活性剂是包括四级铵盐,以卤化物为佳,其具有4个任选由卤基、苯基、取代的苯基或羟基取代的烃基;例如含有至少一个C8-C22烷基(例如十六基、月桂基、棕榈基、肉豆蔻基、油基等)以作为N-取代基,及未经取代或卤化低烷基、苄基及/或羟基-低烷基以作为另一取代基。

另外,本发明的可乳化浓缩调配物也可使用至少一种适当的有机溶剂(即液体载体)稀释成份(I)与(II)的组合物,之后添加至少一种溶剂可溶性乳化剂而制得。适用于此类调配物的溶剂通常是为水不可溶混性,且属于烃、氯化烃、酮、酯、醇及酰胺类溶剂,其可由熟悉本技术的人基于成份(I)及(II)的个别溶解度而适当地选择。可乳化的浓缩通常除了有机溶剂之外也含有约10至50重量%的活性组份组合,约2至20%的乳化剂及最高达20%的其他添加剂诸如安定剂、腐蚀抑制剂等。成份(I)及(II)的组合也可调配成悬浮液浓缩物,其为活性组份于液体(以有机为佳)中的安定悬浮液,使用前以水稀释。为得到该种非沉降性可流动产物,通常需于其中掺加最高达约10重量%的至少一种悬浮剂,选自已知保护性胶体及触变剂。其他液体调配物如含水分散液及乳液-例如以水稀释可润湿粉末或浓缩物的那些(诸如前述的),油包水或水包油类型-也涵盖于本发明范围内。
本发明也提供保护性组合物,例如涂料、涂层或清漆形式,包含成份(I)与(II)的组合及一或多种适用于其调配的添加剂。该保护性组合物中成份(I)与(II)组合的总量可为2至10%(w/v)。适用于该保护性组合物的添加剂是技术界所常用,且包括例如至少一种有机粘合剂(以水性形式为佳),诸如丙烯酸系或以乙烯为主的乳液或松香化合物;表面活性剂诸如前述农用组合物调配中所描述者;粘度调节剂;腐蚀抑制剂;颜料诸如二氧化钛;安定剂诸如苄酸钠、六偏磷酸钠及硝酸钠;无机或有机着色剂等。调配该添加剂与活性生物组份诸如本发明所述那些的方式也为熟悉本技术者所熟知。该保护性组合物不仅可单独用以固化和/或限制发污臭有机物的损害,也可预防材料受有害环境损害及发污臭有机物的影响。
用于本发明抗污臭组合物的其他适当的添加剂可为固体或液体,且是本领域已知适于制备用以曝露于湿气或水性环境下的表面或物件的调配物的物质,而提供仅用于储存及操作的进一步保护效果。该添加剂可包括例如聚合物或共聚物、树脂、及其他选择性添加剂诸如排水剂;表面爽滑剂;稀释剂;有机粘合剂;杀虫剂;杀真菌剂;杀细菌剂;辅溶剂;加工添加剂;固定剂;稠化剂;增塑剂;UV-安定剂;对抗热或光的安定剂;染料;着色颜料;干燥剂;腐蚀抑制剂;抗沉降剂;抗剥皮剂;及消泡剂等。
本发明抗污臭组合物可通过多种常用方法施用,诸如水力喷洒、空气鼓风喷洒、氯溶胶喷洒、喷雾、撒粉、播散或倾倒。最适当的方法是由熟悉本技术的人根据所需的目的及周边环境进行选择,即欲防治的污臭有机物种类、使用的设备类型及欲保护的材料的类型。
如前所述,成份(I)与(II)的组合优选以组合物形式施用,其中该两种组份充分掺合,以确保同时施于欲保护的材料上。两成份(I)和(II)的施用也可为“依序组合”施用,即成份(I)和成份(II)是交替或依序施用于同一处,使其必然于欲处理的位置上掺合。若于短时间内依序施用即可达成此效果,例如在24小时之内,以少于12小时为佳。此种交替方法可使用适当的单一包装进行,该包装是包括至少一个充填有包含活性成份(I)的调配物的容器及至少一个充填包含活性成份(II)的调配物的容器。因此,本发明也包括含有下列组成的产物:
-(a)包含以组合物干燥总重计至少3.5重量%的4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈成份(I)的组合物,及
-(b)包含选自吡托沙嗪、对甲抑菌灵、二氯抑菌灵或DCOIT的活性成份(II)的组合物,其是为同时或依序使用的组合物,其中(a)及(b)的个别比例提供防污有机物-尤其是藻类-的协同效果。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用以说明本发明的范围。
实施例
1.于96孔培养皿中的毒物培养皿检定
对抗藻类生长的活性是以毒物培养皿检定而确定。以毒物培养皿检定测定对抗藻类生长的活性。计算量的储液(于DMSO中含有4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈、吡托沙嗪、DCOIT、二氟抑菌灵或对甲抑菌灵)吸量于多孔培养皿内,以达到由0.05ppm至10ppm的最终试验浓度,与温热的培养基混合。培养基接种300微升藻类悬浮液。多孔培养皿保持于21℃,65%相对湿度及每日16小时的亮-暗循环(1000Lux光周期)。
取各试验化合物或试验化合物的混合物足以抑制可见的生长的最低浓度为最小抑制浓度(MIC)。取MIC为活性终止。成份(I)与成份(II)中之一的组合的终点与个别采用的纯活性化合物的终点比较。
成份(I)与成份(II)中之一的协同使用是由Kull F.C.等人于Applied Microbiology,9,538-541(1961)中所描述的一般使用且公认的方法使用Synergy Index测定,其是如下针对两化合物A及B计算:
协同指数(SI)=Qa/QA+Qb/QB
其中
·QA是为化合物A单独作用时产生终点的浓度(例如MIC),以ppm表示
·Qa是为化合物A于混合物形式下作用时产生终点的浓度(例如MIC),以ppm表示,
·QB是为化合物B单独作用时产生终点的浓度(例如MIC),以ppm表示
·Qb是为化合物B于混合物形式下作用时产生终点的浓度(例如MIC),以ppm表示。
当协同指数大于1.0时,显示拮抗性。当SI等于1.0时,显示加成性。当SI小于1.0时,证明协同性。

2.防污涂料实施例
实施例1至4是常用以松香为主的抗污臭组合物。
松香是为固体材料,例如天然存在于松树的含油树脂中且一般是自活树的含油树脂渗出物、自老树根及自作为牛皮纸制造的副产物的妥雨油所衍生。松香一般分类为松香胶、木松香、及妥雨油松香,这是表示其来源。
Claims (5)
1.4-溴-2-(4-氯苯基)-5-(三氟甲基)-1H-吡咯-3-腈作为成份(I)协同增强选自对甲抑菌灵或二氯抑菌灵的成份(II)的抗污臭有机物的效果的用途,其中成份(I)对于成份(II)的重量比是3∶1至1∶3。
2.如权利要求1的用途,其中成份(II)是为对甲抑菌灵。
3.如权利要求1的用途,其中成份(II)是二氯抑菌灵。
4.如权利要求1的用途,其中成份(I)对于成份(II)的重量比是3∶1至1∶2。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项的用途,其中成份(I)的量以组合物的干燥总重计是4至6重量%。
