Description

1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷组合物
本发明涉及溶剂领域。本发明更具体的是涉及以1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(HFC-365mfc)为基础的组合物。本发明还涉及溶解油的方法。
溶剂的溶解能力通常以贝壳松脂丁醇值(kauri-butanol number)表征,该值是当20克贝壳松脂树脂的标准溶液加到正丁醇中时产生规定混浊度所需要的溶剂在25℃下的体积(ml)。对于1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(也称为HCFC-141b)来说,该数值等于57。
除了HCFC-141b的良好的溶剂溶解能力之外,其特征还在于它具有低的表面张力(等于19.3mN/m),该表面张力使它具有很好的湿润表面的能力。由于HCFC-141b的沸点是等于32℃,这使它能快速蒸发并因而促进了溶解的产物沉积在基体上。最后,HCFC-141b无闭杯闪点并因此是不可燃的溶剂。
因此,HCFC-141b的性能使它对许多有机化合物(特别是硅油)具有良好的溶解能力。
然而,由于HCFC-141b对臭氧层的不可忽视的作用(臭氧降解电位ODP=0.11),因而以取消使用HCFC-141b为主要目标的规章制度日益增多。因此,关于对臭氧层有害物质的欧洲法令(No.2037/2000)在溶剂应用方面从2002年1月1日起已经禁止HCFCs(氢氯氟烃类)例如HCFC-141b的使用,除了航空和航天领域该禁令将从2009年在欧洲生效之外。
文献EP 974642提出1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(品名为HFC-365mfc)和1,1,1,2,3,4,4,5,5,5-十氟戊烷(品名为HFC-4310mee)的共沸组合物作为HCFC-141b的替代物,因为它们对臭氧层没有影响。但是,这种组合物的贝壳松脂丁醇值比HCFC-141b的贝壳松脂丁醇值低得多。HFC-365mfc的贝壳松脂丁醇值是12,而HFC-4310mee的该值是9。
含有30wt%至70wt%的1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷和70wt%至30wt%的二氯甲烷的组合物也是已知的(FR 2694942)。
另外,在环境保护方面,目前的趋势是降低蒸发溶剂的排放。因此,在许多“排放”的应用方面,即所用的溶剂易蒸发到空气中的应用方面,要寻找在低于室温的温度下能有效利用的溶剂。
因此,本发明提供一种含有1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、二氯甲烷和至少一种含2-4个碳原子的醇的组合物。
乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、仲丁醇(仲丁醇)或叔丁醇都适合使用。优选使用的是异丙醇或仲丁醇。
在本发明组合物中存在的醇的总量优选的是在1wt%与10wt%之间。
最具体地说,本发明提供的是:
1)含有27wt%-69wt%的HFC-365mfc、69wt%-27wt%的二氯甲烷和1wt%-10wt%且优选1wt%-5wt%的醇的组合物。
2)含有47.5wt%-60wt%的HFC-365mfc、35wt%-47.5wt%的二氯甲烷和1wt%-5wt%的醇的组合物。
根据本发明的组合物可以通过将各种成分混合在一起来制备.它们有利的是通过将至少一种含2-4碳原子的醇加到HFC-365mfc和二氯甲烷的共沸或实质上是共沸的组合物中来制备.
根据本发明的组合物具有良好的溶剂溶解能力和良好的表面湿润性,并且还是不可燃的。
根据本发明的组合物可以在工业中用于很不同的固体表面(金属组件、玻璃、塑料、复合材料)的清洗、脱脂和干燥。它们也可在印刷电路制造中用于除去用以改进焊接质量的物质的残留。这种清除操作在该领域中称为“去焊”。
根据本发明的组合物可有利地用来使医用等级的硅油沉积在仪器上,例如沉积在注射器针头或导管针头上。此外,它们可用于将硅油沉积在厨房用具上。
这些组合物也可用来作为沉积硅酮基润滑脂或聚合物的试剂或者用在涂有硅油或润滑脂的组件的清洗制剂中。
根据本发明的组合物还可用来溶解在防粘剂(其常以气溶胶的形式)配方中所含的硅油,该防粘剂用在塑料组件制造过程的模具中(挤出)。
该组合物还能用来作为聚氨酯泡沫的膨胀剂(expander)、作为气溶胶喷射剂、作为热交换流体、作为织物干洗剂或作为制冷装置的清洁剂。
本发明的主题还包括溶解油的方法。该方法的特征在于使用一种含有1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、二氯甲烷和至少一种含2-4个碳原子的醇的组合物。
根据本发明的方法优选的是在低于10℃的温度下进行。0-8℃的温度也是优选的。选择3-6℃的温度是有利的。
该方法尤其最适合于溶解硅油。
根据上述1)的组合物尤其最适用于实施该方法。根据上述2)的组合物是优选的。
如果在所用的组合物中存在异丙醇或仲丁醇,则该方法尤其在医药领域是很受关注的。
实验部分
制备以下组合物:
组合物A:57wt%HFC-365mfc和43wt%二氯甲烷的共沸物
组合物B:95wt%的组合物A和5wt%仲丁醇
组合物C:95wt%的组合物A和5wt%异丙醇。
实施例1
硅油溶解试验的说明
使用的是Crompton公司(Greenwich,USA)的Crompton L9000-1000硅油。这是一种透明的液体羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,密度在室温下(22℃)为0.97,沸点大于200℃以及闪点为132℃(宾斯克-马丁方法,在闭杯中)。
混合物是在室温下也就是在22℃下制备的。
由此,将18ml的试验组合物和1.94g硅油加到50ml的烧瓶中,即,制备了10vol%的溶液。随后将该混合物用手工搅拌5分钟。
由此制得的一部分混合物在室温下(22℃)放置24小时。另一部分在低温(6℃)下放置7天。
在不同温度下经贮存期之后,仔细观察该混合物的外观.如果该混合物是透明、纯净、均匀、单相和稳定的,则它被认为在室温或6℃下是可溶的.

实施例2
可燃性试验的说明
为评价这些组合物的可燃性,根据ASTM D3828标准方法,Setaflash闭杯闪点法,测定了它们的闪点。该闪点是在液体释放蒸气的量足以在其表面上形成在空气中在点火源作用下是可燃的但当该活化能撤离时就不能持续燃烧的混合物时的最低温度。
对于每种组合物重复5次测量。

Claims (18)

1.溶解油的方法,其特征在于,使用含有1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、二氯甲烷和至少一种含2-4个碳原子的醇的组合物,且该方法是在低于10℃的温度下进行。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,醇的总量是1wt%-10wt%。
3.根据权利要求2的方法,其特征在于,醇的总量是1wt%-5wt%。
4.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于,该组合物含有27wt%-69wt%的1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、69wt%-27wt%的二氯甲烷和1wt%-10wt%的醇。
5.根据权利要求4的方法,其特征在于,该组合物含有27wt%-69wt%的1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷、69wt%-27wt%的二氯甲烷和1wt%-5wt%的醇。

13.根据权利要求12的用途,其中,醇的总量是1wt%-10wt%。
14.根据权利要求13的用途,其中,醇的总量是1wt%-5wt%。
