Abstract

本发明公开了一种装饰灯串,包括通过电源线连接的灯体和灯座,灯座设有线槽,电源线卡接于线槽内,灯体的灯脚末端尖锐,其穿过灯座上通孔分别刺入电源线内与电源线内的导体电连接。本发明的结构非常紧凑,大大的节省了材料、降低了成本;在装配时,可将电源线卡入灯座的线槽内,然后塞入电源线卡塞进行固定,最后将灯体的灯脚刺入电源线内即可,工艺简单,能够实现机械自动化装配生产,减少人工操作,大大的提高了生产效率,同时可以减少灯座、电源线等材料的使用,降低了制造成本。

装饰灯串
技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰灯串。
背景技术
目前常用的灯串中灯体与灯座的结构形式如下,参照图1,连接灯体1’的电源线3’电极插入灯座2’的卡槽内,然后从灯座2’底部延伸出来,灯体1’插入灯头5’内,灯体1’的引脚与电源线3’的电极接触形成电连接。在装配时每一根电源线3’穿入灯座2’,再将电极卡入灯座卡槽内固定,以防止电极窜动,这个工序必须由人工操作完成,难以实现机械自动化生产,导致生产效率低,费时费工,使制造成本增加。为了简化上述加工工序,市场上出现了一种灯座的改进结构,参照图2,其包括可拆装的灯座2”和密封底座6”,电源线3”设有卡接在灯座2”及密封底座6”之间的线槽内,在装配时,可先将电源线6”的电极插入灯座2”内,然后把密封底座6”与灯座2”相配合封住电源线6”,最后将装有灯体1”的灯头5”插入灯座2”即可,工艺简单,能够实现机械自动化装配生产,减少人工操作,大大的提高了生产效率。但是上述改进的灯座2”结构较为复杂、体积较大,制作所需要的模具也十分繁琐,而且在装配工艺上依然存在一定的麻烦,相应的导致制造成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种装饰灯串,其结构简单,可简化装配工艺,便于机械自动化生产,而且节省材料、降低制造成本。
本发明是这样来实现上述目的的:
装饰灯串,包括通过电源线连接的灯体和灯座,灯座设有线槽,电源线卡接于线槽内,其特征在于灯体的灯脚末端尖锐,其穿过灯座上通孔分别刺入电源线内与电源线内的导体电连接。
另外,电源线的底部与线槽之间填塞有电源线卡塞。
本发明的有益效果是:结构非常紧凑,大大的节省了材料、降低了成本;在装配时,可将电源线卡入灯座的线槽内,然后塞入电源线卡塞进行固定,最后将灯体的灯脚刺入电源线内即可,工艺简单,能够实现机械自动化装配生产,减少人工操作,大大的提高了生产效率,同时可以减少灯座、电源线等材料的使用,降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
参照图3至图5,装饰灯串,包括通过电源线3连接的灯体1和灯座2,灯座2设有线槽21,电源线3卡接于线槽21内,灯体1的灯脚11末端尖锐,其穿过灯座2上通孔22后分别刺入电源线3内与电源线3内的导体电连接。该结构非常紧凑,大大的节省了材料、降低了成本,而且在装配时先将电源线3卡入灯座的线槽内,然后把灯体的灯脚刺入电源线3内即可,工艺简单,能够实现机械自动化装配生产,减少人工操作,大大的提高了生产效率。
为了使电源线3固定在线槽内,电源线3的底部与线槽21之间填塞有电源线卡塞4,这样可防止使用过程中由于牵拉灯串导致灯体的灯脚与电源线3之间松脱而失效。其中所述线槽21底部开口,开口23处向线槽内延伸有导轨24,相应的电源线卡塞4设有导槽41,导槽41与导轨24配合连接,由于灯座与电源线卡塞4都是采用塑料注塑成型,有一定的弹性,该结构能够增加电源线卡塞4对电源线3的卡紧作用。还有电源线卡塞4在灯座通孔22对应的位置设有灯脚孔42,灯脚11可穿透电源线3伸入灯脚孔42内,这样就是把电源线3、灯体、灯座和电源卡塞固定在一起,即便灯串受到较大外力的拉扯,电源线3和电源线卡塞都不会与灯座松脱,大大的增加了结构连接的可靠性。
一般来说都是采用两芯的电源线,芯线外部包裹有绝缘皮而相互绝缘,且通常在芯线之间的绝缘皮都会形成凹槽。为了保证电源线3与灯体的灯脚位置相匹配,线槽21以及电源线卡塞4与电源线3接触的表面分别设有凸棱25、43,这样当电源线3卡入线槽时,凸棱就会卡入电源线3的凹槽,使其不能发生扭转,更好的对电源线3进行定位。
出于节能考虑,本装饰灯串采用了LED作为灯体,由于LED在接线是需要注意区分电源的正负极,否则不会发光,因此在灯座2设有灯体安装槽26,槽体26底部为让灯脚11穿过的通孔22,灯体安装槽26的形状与灯体1相适应,这样就能够避免LED在安装时可能出现反接的问题,更有利于机械自动化装配生产。

Claims (7)

1.装饰灯串,包括通过电源线(3)连接的灯体(1)和灯座(2),灯座(2)设有线槽(21),电源线(3)卡接于线槽(21)内,其特征在于灯体(1)的灯脚(11)末端尖锐,其穿过灯座(2)上通孔(22)后分别刺入电源线(3)内与电源线(3)内的导体电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯串,其特征在于电源线(3)的底部与线槽(21)之间填塞有电源线卡塞(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装饰灯串,其特征在于所述线槽(21)底部开口,开口(23)处向线槽内延伸有导轨(24),相应的电源线卡塞(4)设有导槽(41),导槽(41)与导轨(24)配合连接。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装饰灯串,其特征在于电源线卡塞(4)在灯座通孔(22)对应的位置设有灯脚孔(42),灯脚(11)可穿透电源线(3)伸入灯脚孔(42)内。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装饰灯串,其特征在于线槽(21)以及电源线卡塞(4)与电源线(3)接触的表面分别设有凸棱(25、43)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装饰灯串,其特征在于所述灯体(1)为LED。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装饰灯串,其特征在于所述灯座(2)设有灯体安装槽(26),槽体(26)底部为让灯脚(11)穿过的通孔(22),灯体安装槽(26)的形状与灯体(1)相适应。
