Abstract

背景技术
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具。
已经出现了功率级在2.4V与3.6V之间的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,例如由EP 1 066 930公开。这种可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具通常具有多个作为能量储存器的镍镉电池、一个带有短的转换按钮而没有无级的转速调节装置的接通-断开开关、一个用于从左转转换到右转的开关、一个对电动机转速减速的传动装置——尤其是行星齿轮传动装置、以及一个带有27.5mm的标准直径的电动机。在此存在一些杆状的及手枪状的结构以及一些带有角度可调节的手柄的结构。这种器具为了充电,或者通过一个插头与充电装置相连接——类似于手机或者剃须刀,或者通过一个带有一些接触件的支座进行,所述器具被置入到该支座中。这种支座例如可固定在一个壁上,以便简化充电时的操作。

具体实施方式

Claims (13)

4.根据权利要求1的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:仅一个唯一的、长形的、细的锂离子(Li-Ion)电池作为蓄电池(40)安置在手把(14)中。
5.根据权利要求1的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:该可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具的工作主轴(20)代替夹紧卡盘具有一个内多边形(21),用于使用相配的具有多边形柄的旋拧刀头或钻头。
6.根据权利要求1的前序部分的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:该蓄电池(40)被借助壳体(12)的半壳(16,17)钳式保持地位置固定在手把(14)的内部并且用作加固壳体结构的装置。
7.根据权利要求1的前序部分的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:一个用于安放电的接触件(32,34)和控制元件的插件板(36)相对于手把(14)在纵向上在该手把内部延伸并且被借助壳体(12)的半壳(16,17)钳式保持地用于加固壳体(12)。
8.根据权利要求8的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:该插件板(36)承载充电接触舌(38)、用于接通一个电动机(46)的配合接触件(34)、所述蓄电池(40)、一个用于该电动机(46)的转动方向转换的滑动开关(38)、两个用于指示转动方向的发光二极管(57,58)以及用于控制该蓄电池(40)的充电电流和放电电流的装置。
9.根据权利要求1的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:该可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具具有与该接通-断开按钮(26)分开的装置(38)用于从右转转换到左转。
10.根据权利要求8的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:为了从右转转换到左转,设置一个焊接到该插件板(36)上的滑动开关(38),该滑动开关通过一个尤其是可纵向移动的滑动按键(39)操作。
11.根据权利要求1的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:在按压该接通-断开按钮(26)时该滑动开关(38)被锁止,并且当该滑动按键(39)处于中间位置时该滑动开关(38)被锁止。
12.根据权利要求1的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:将一个承载电气件或与这些电气件连线的插件板(36)连同蓄电池(40)、一个电动机(46)、一个接通-断开按钮(26)、一个滑动开关(38)连同滑动按键(39)、两个发光二极管(57,58)和一个用作窗(59)的透明塑料件以及所述传动装置壳体(18)装入到第一半壳(16)中,接着将第二半壳(17)接合上去并且将这些半壳(16,17)用仅四个相同的螺钉连接,在此之后,该可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具被装配好。
13.根据权利要求1的可充电式旋拧/钻孔工具,其特征在于:在每个半壳(16,17)上在该手把(14)的区域中安置一个大面积的、隆起状凸起的、具有疙瘩结构的橡胶外罩。
