Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种颈部相互连接的双体瓶卧式切割机。
背景技术
在现有技术中已知有卧式切割机,其目的是将预先通过吹塑、挤压或其它成形方法制造的双体瓶的两个瓶体分离成两个新的单独瓶子。
在这样的机器上,瓶子通过具有分割部分(dividing segments)和端斜面的输送带到达水平位置的切割台。在进行切割时,瓶子放在一对轨道上向前运动。位于轨道上面的驱动带与瓶子的上部接触,使瓶子前进并绕其自身轴线旋转。当瓶子前进时,位于两个轨道之间且逐渐增加轨道高度的固定刀片进行切割。由于瓶子的平移和旋转运动,绕颈部的整个圆周进行切割。当切割完成时,顶出两个瓶子和中央连接部分。
这些机器具有如下缺点:当瓶子的通过速度增大时,瓶子的旋转变得不精确,因为刀片切割动作引起的旋转阻力妨碍了瓶子的行进路径,在该行进路径中,瓶子只有一点与支撑轨道接触,而另一点与驱动带接触。此外,为了实施瓶子的切割,在它们之间必须有一定空间,因为瓶子在进行切割时,除了轨道和驱动带与其接触之外没有别的装置会使得瓶子自由地旋转。所有这些因素对生产率都产生不利影响,因为在切割时瓶子常常脱落或其路径偏离。而且,有限的切割速度和一个瓶子与下一个瓶子之间必须留出的空间也降低了系统的产量。
这种系统还要求在一条直线上进行切割,因而机器占用相当大的空间。
为了克服这些缺点,有时采用加热刀片的选择,使得瓶子的塑性材料在正在进行切割时熔化。这达到了在刀片与瓶子之间减小摩擦力的目的,可使切割更快。然而,在切割之后,和由于材料被刀片所熔化,瓶子的瓶口具有毛刺,以后必须除去,这就提高了成本和增加了额外的制造时间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中已知装置的缺点,同时还提出另外的优点,这在随后的描述中更加一目了然。
本发明用于颈部相互连接的双体瓶卧式切割机是这种类型的,它包括瓶子前进装置和瓶颈切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置包括一对刀片、一对用来拖着瓶子的旋转板、以及多个与瓶子接触的驱动托辊(pulleys),使得当旋转板也像瓶子那样运动时,同时绕其轴线旋转并且与刀片接触。
由于这些特征,使瓶子运动并且绕其自身轴线旋转,这使切割操作便利和加速。
另外,不同于其它机器,瓶子在切割时按照圆形路线而不是直线路径,这意味着大大地减小切割装置占据的空间。
根据本发明的一个实施例,驱动托辊和刀片托架(arriers)的轮廓与瓶颈的轮廓互补。
因而瓶子由刀片托架引导,使不可能发生引起停产或故障的瓶子的任何偏离或脱落,同时也提高了切割精度。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,旋转板包括多个用于瓶子的圆周外壳(perimetral housings)。
这些外壳使瓶子在整个切割操作中能够良好定位。
有利的是,切割机包括移动瓶子的压缩空气输送机,其特征在于,这种输送机包括装有两个下轨道和两个上轨道的导向部,这些轨道与瓶颈中凹槽底部接触。
瓶子的进给有效和快速地进行,因为由于这种系统,瓶子连续、良好定位和相互接触地到达该装置,因而优化了空间,并且避免未用空间或者因为任一瓶子偏离而造成瓶卡塞。
在一个实施例中,外壳由匙形齿(spoon-shaped teeth)分离,以便利于瓶子在所述外壳内定位。
这种特别形状的齿便于瓶子在切割装置进出口顶出时瓶子拾取和瓶子顶出。
在另一个实施例中,机器在切割装置出口部分包括有三个斜面,其中两个收集两个切割的瓶,而第三个收集由切割产生的中间圆顶帽(dome)。
因而瓶子的顶出和分离迅速和有效地进行。

具体实施方式
如图1和2所示,切割装置1由压缩空气输送机2进给,该压缩空气输送机2使瓶子3连续到达,并且相互贴着压紧。
一对旋转板4绕其圆周有多个外壳5,并从输送机收集瓶子3。在外壳5之间齿6的匙形布置防止瓶子3在输送机2与板4之间的传送期间可能脱落。
一旦瓶子3在外壳5内,板4的旋转运动就开始使瓶子向与其托架8连接的刀片7运动。
同时,一些驱动托辊9保证瓶子3也绕其自身轴线旋转。每个瓶子3与两个托辊9接触,该托辊9这样将瓶子贴着刀片7压紧,要使得绕瓶子3颈部的整个轮廓进行切割。
一旦瓶子3的颈部已经切割,由该过程产生的两个新的瓶子10、和留下的中间圆顶帽11,由于齿6的形状而脱离板4,而后瓶子借助于斜面分离,斜面的两个用于新瓶子10,一个用于中间圆顶帽11。
采用这样的系统,使板外壳之间的通道更接近瓶子的直径,由此获得最大可能数量瓶子的外壳。
接着是对每个瓶子在其切割之后过程的描述、以及对参加该过程的装置更详细的描述。
如上所述,瓶子3借助于压缩空气输送机2连续和相互接触地供给。图3表示输送机2的一部分和瓶子3在其中的布置。
瓶子3沿着装有两个下轨道15和另外两个上轨道15的导向部13行进,轨道与瓶子3颈部上凹槽的底部相接触。中间圆顶帽11被置于导向部13内。
借助于在输送机2内循环的压缩空气,把瓶子推向切割台。这种导向保证瓶子3不能从输送机2脱落,并且保证当它到达切割装置1时精确定位。
当瓶子到达切割装置1时,瓶子传到在旋转板4中特制的外壳5,旋转板4使其向刀片7运动。
瓶子3还与两个驱动托辊9相接触,而托辊9的轮廓与瓶子3的轮廓互补,因而也把旋转运动传给后者。
图5表示在两个托辊9与瓶子3之间的配合。
如图5所示,瓶子3颈部的切割通过板(未示出)、托辊9及刀片7的组合动作进行。瓶子3行进与刀片等长,并同时由两个托辊9将瓶子贴着刀片压紧。由于托辊9传递的旋转运动,便较迅速地进行切割。
刀片7的托架8也具有与瓶子3轮廓互补的轮廓,因而使瓶子3的导向正确,没有任何摇摆或偏离。因此每个瓶子3由三个元件和六个接触点固定,从而使切割可靠,并可高速进行。
一旦瓶子3已被切割,便继续由托辊9和刀片7的托架8导向,直到刀片7托架8的导向部的端部。
当它们不再被支撑时,由切割产生的两个瓶子10落到两个斜面12上,而留下的中间圆顶帽11则落到另一个斜面12上。
不受本发明目的的限制是用来制造本文描述的颈部相互连接的双体瓶卧式切割机部件的材料,以及其形状和尺寸及可能出现的所有辅助细节,这些可由技术上等效的其它部分代替,只要它们不影响其基本性质且不脱离下面所附权利要求书限定的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种切割颈部相互连接的双体瓶的机器,它包括瓶子(3)前进装置(2)和瓶颈切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置(1)包括一对刀片、一对用来拖着瓶子(3)的旋转板(4)、以及多个与瓶子(3)接触的驱动托辊(9),使得当旋转板(4)也像瓶子(3)那样运动时,同时绕其轴线旋转并且与刀片(7)接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,驱动托辊(9)和刀片(7)托架(8)的轮廓与瓶子(3)的颈部轮廓互补。
3.如权利要求1所述的机器,其特征在于,旋转板(4)包括多个用于瓶子(3)的圆周外壳(5)。
4.如权利要求1所述的机器,它包括有用来移动瓶子(3)的压缩空气输送机(2),其特征在于,这种输送机(2)包括装有两个下轨道(14)和两个上轨道(15)的导向部(13),这些轨道与瓶颈中凹槽底部接触。
