Abstract
本发明涉及一种保健食品,特别是涉及一种改善营养性贫血保健食品。本发明改善营养性贫血保健食品由下述重量百分含量的原料制成:螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白1-50%;枸杞提取物5-80%;乳酸亚铁1-60%。该改善营养性贫血保健食品由下述方法制成:原料准备→配料→混合→胶囊填充→胶囊抛光→装瓶→检验→装盒装箱→入库制得产品。藻蓝蛋白能够显著提高血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白和红细胞压积,具有显著的改善营养性贫血的作用,同时藻蓝蛋白具有提高机体免疫功能,抗疲劳等多重保健功效。乳酸亚铁具有显著的补血和补铁的作用,枸杞是补血强体的传统中药,本发明保健食品同时具有了所选原料的优点和功效,共同发挥了改善营养性贫血的保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健食品,特别是涉及一种以螺旋藻或其提取物为主要原料的改善营养性贫血保健食品。
背景技术
据调查显示,营养性贫血是人类四大营养性疾病之一,由贫血引起的一系列疾病降低了患者的生活质量,给人们的生活带来了痛苦。为解决这一问题,人们通过纠正偏食的饮食习惯,改善饮食结构,多食富含铁的食物等措施来减轻贫血症状。近年来又研制开发的改善营养性贫血的保健食品多以既是食品又是药品的物品为基础,根据生产原料资源特点开发出的药食两用补铁补血保健食品等,至2001年在国家卫生部申请批准的34个改善营养性贫血的保健食品中,口服液和饮料类有20种,阿胶类产品有6种,档次较高的胶囊剂有7种。如朴雪乳酸亚铁口服液,红桃K牌养血活力片、阿牌阿胶软胶囊、娃哈哈牌铁锌钙奶饮料等。但以补血作用突出的螺旋藻及其深加工原料为主,添加改善营养性贫血功能突出的一些传统药食两用物质的提取物以强化补血作用的螺旋藻补铁补血保健食品及其制备方法,还未见记载。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种以螺旋藻及其深加工提取物为主要原料,添加改善营养性贫血功能突出的一些传统药食两用物质的提取物来制取改善营养性贫血的保健食品。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:本发明改善营养性贫血保健食品由下述重量百分含量的原料制成:螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白1-50%;枸杞提取物5-80%;乳酸亚铁1-60%。该螺旋藻补铁补血保健食品由下述方法制成:原料准备→配料→混合→胶囊填充→胶囊抛光→装瓶→检验→装盒装箱→入库制得产品;其中配料→混合→胶囊填充→胶囊抛光→装瓶工序是在洁净区无菌条件下进行。
本发明保健食品由螺旋藻的深加工提取物藻蓝蛋白、枸杞提取物、乳酸亚铁组成,藻蓝蛋白能够显著提高血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白和红细胞压积,具有显著的改善营养性贫血的作用,同时藻蓝蛋白具有提高机体免疫功能,抗疲劳等多重保健功效。乳酸亚铁具有显著的补血和补铁的作用,可明显提高血液中铁的含量,继而提高血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白的含量,有效改善贫血症状。枸杞是补血强体的传统中药,其提取物具有明显的补血和提高免疫功能的作用。本发明保健食品同时具有了所选原料的优点和功效,共同发挥了改善营养性贫血的保健功效。本发明保健食品适用于青藏高原等高海拔低氧地区和各类人群。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步说明本发明技术方案是如何实现的:
改善营养性贫血保健食品由下述重量百分含量的原料制成:
螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白1-50%;枸杞提取物5-80%;乳酸亚铁1-60%。
所述的保健食品原料最佳重量百分含量为:螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白20-30%;枸杞提取物40-60%;乳酸亚铁20-40%。
该改善营养性贫血保健食品由下述方法制成
原料准备→配料→混合→胶囊填充→胶囊抛光→装瓶→检验→装盒装箱→入库制得产品。
所述原料准备中螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白是将螺旋藻干粉进行细胞破碎,然后用水溶液抽取,所得成品冻干后得粗藻蓝蛋白晶体。
将上述方法制得的粗藻蓝蛋白晶体采用凝胶过滤和羟基磷灰石柱层析进行藻蓝蛋白的分离纯化,得到精品藻蓝蛋白晶体备用。
所述原料准备中的枸杞提取物是将枸杞经水煮提取,分离除去果核、果皮,浓缩后喷雾干燥,得到枸杞提取物备用。
所述的乳酸亚铁由乳酸钙或乳酸钠溶液与硫酸亚铁或氧化亚铁反应而得,也可以在乳酸溶液中添加蔗糖及精制铁粉,直接反应后结晶而得。也可以由专业生产企业生产后购得。
实施例1。
取已制得的藻蓝蛋白重量百分含量20%,枸杞提取物重量百分含量40%,乳酸亚铁30%,枸杞提取物过80目筛备用;将上述原料配料置于混料机中,充分混合均匀;混合后的配料在胶囊装填机上填充胶囊;用医用塑料瓶作包装瓶包装,外包装为纸盒;灭菌、检验装箱入库制得产品。生产过程中从配料至包装工序均在无菌条件下进行,当菌检超标时,可选用紫外线照射或辐照灭菌。
实施例2。
取已制得的粗藻蓝蛋白重量百分含量25%;枸杞提取物重量百分含量50%;乳酸亚铁25%,枸杞提取物过80目筛备用;将上述原料配料置于混料机中充分混合均匀;混合后的配料在胶囊装填机上填充胶囊;用医用塑料瓶作包装瓶包装,外包装为纸盒;灭菌、检验装箱入库制得产品。生产过程中从配料至包装工序均在无菌条件下进行,当菌检超标时,可选用紫外线照射或辐照灭菌。
实施例3。
取已制得的粗藻蓝蛋白重量百分含量30%;枸杞提取物重量百分含量50%;乳酸亚铁20%;枸杞提取物过80目筛备用;将上述原料配料置于混料机中充分混合均匀;混合后的配料在胶囊装填机上填充胶囊;用医用塑料瓶作包装瓶包装,外包装为纸盒;灭菌、检验装箱入库制得产品。生产过程中从配料至包装工序均在无菌条件下进行,当菌检超标时,可选用紫外线照射或辐照灭菌。

1、一种改善营养性贫血保健食品,其特征在于:所述保健食品由下述重量百分含量的原料制成:
螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白1-50%;枸杞提取物5-80%;乳酸亚铁1-60%。
2、如权利要求1所述的改善营养性贫血保健食品,其特征在于所述的保健食品原料最佳重量百分含量为:
螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白20-30%;枸杞提取物40-60%;乳酸亚铁20-40%。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的改善营养性贫血保健食品由如下方法制备而成:该螺旋藻补铁补血保健食品由下述方法制成
原料准备→配料→混合→胶囊填充→胶囊抛光→装瓶→检验→装盒装箱→入库制得产品。
4、如权利要求3所述的改善营养性贫血保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的制备工序流程中配料→混合→胶囊填充→胶囊抛光→装瓶工序是在洁净区无菌条件下进行。
5、如权利要求3所述的改善营养性贫血保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:所述原料准备中螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白是将螺旋藻干粉进行细胞破碎,然后用水溶液抽取,所得成品冻干后得粗藻蓝蛋白晶体。
