Abstract
本发明公开了一种健脑降脂口服液，是基于祖国的医学，气血乃神志活动的物质基础，根据脑疾病和血脂的机理，采用益气养心，益气养血治则，重用能升阳益气，有强壮补养之功的黄芪，辅以茯苓和山莲藕，以及糖类和水，经精制而成。具有修复神经细胞再生，改善记忆、耐缺氧、降血脂和抗疲劳的功能。对大脑供血供氧不足，儿童智力发育不良、弱智，老年性痴呆，中老年脑功能下降、脑血栓、脑动脉硬化、颅脑外伤和脑血管意外后遗症等有显著疗效。
Description
本发明涉及一种保健食品及其生产方法，尤其是健脑和降血脂的口服液及其生产方法。
大脑是人的神经中枢，总指挥部，由于各种原因，很容易造成疲劳、脑功能下降、记忆力减退和脑动脉硬化等脑疾病；人体血脂升高是导致心血管疾病和肥胖等主要原因。因此，为有一个健康的大脑、心脏和身体，采取了许许多多的方式进行保健，其中简而易行的是食用保健品。所以，在市面上见到很多的保健食品，其中有“普乐秦”、“血脂康”和“降脂通脉”口服液，以及维格乐深海鱼油、大豆卵磷脂软胶襄等。但是，它们的用料成份多、工艺复杂，成本高售价也高，一般的人不易接受。
本发明的目的是提供一种用料少，工艺简单，低成本和低售价的健脑降血脂口服液。
本发明的另一个目的是提供该口服液的生产方法。
本发明的方案是基于祖国的医学，气血乃神志活动的物质基础，以及痴呆、健忘、弱智其气血两虚、心气不足、脑失所养的病因机理，采用益气养心，益气养血治则，重用能升阳益气，有强壮补养之功的黄芪，辅以茯苓和山莲藕，以及糖和水，以增强功效。具体配方(重量)如下：
黄芪3～5份 茯苓2～4份 山莲藕1～3份
蜜糖1份 蛋白糖0.15份
山梨酸钾0.025份 水980ml
配制成1000ml成品
其生产方法为：药材前处理，按上述配方取料，加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，将两次煮液合并过滤，滤液浓缩至1∶1倍，浓缩液放冷用95度乙醇，50％乙醇沉，醇沉液静置24小时，取上清液回收乙醇，无醇液加山梨酸钾防腐剂，浓药液加水调整体积而成口服液，然后，灌装入经检验合格的瓶中，经100摄氏度高温30分钟的灭菌，检验、包装、成品。
以上配方还可加工成颗粒状，其方法为：药材前处理，按配方取料，加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，合并两次煎煮液过滤，滤液浓缩成1∶1烤干，打成细粉加医药淀粉，制成颗粒，灭菌、检验、用塑料袋包装、成品。
在要生产中的质量制环节为：
1、原料挑选：所用的中药原料应符合药典标准要求，不用霉烂变质、生虫原料。
2、严格控制投料量：称量时按配方量准确称重，确保投料量足够。
3、加工过程：严格控制煮提时间，确保有效成分充分溶出。
4、灭菌：严格控制灭菌时间及温度，经常检查和校正温度示表。
5、保证生产车间、设备清洁，设备、容器用前清洁干净。
6、从业人员注意个人卫生。
采用本发明的配方、生产方法制作的口服液或颗粒具有修复神经细胞再生、改善记忆、耐缺氧、降血脂和抗疲劳的功能，对大脑供血供氧不足所引起剧烈头痛、头晕有独特的效果，对儿童智力发育不良、弱智、老年性痴呆、中老年脑功能下降记忆力减退、脑血栓、脑动脉硬化、颅脑外伤、脑血管意外后遗症等有显著的疗效。配方中只采用了3种易得的天然植物，生产工艺简单，造价低。
实施例：
称取已经药前处理的黄芪74.3g、茯苓43.8g、山莲藕17.5g、加入蜜糖20g、蛋白糖3g、水980ml，煎煮2小时后将药液滤出，又加入980ml水煎煮1.5小时，将药液滤出，把两次滤出药液合并过滤，将过滤液浓缩至1∶1，用95度乙醇放冷，50％乙醇沉，醇沉液静置24小时后，取上清液回收乙醇，在无醇液中加入0.5g的山梨酸钾防腐剂，加入净水调整体积至1000ml，而成口服液，然后将口服液灌装入经检验合格的瓶中，经100度高温30分钟的灭菌，检验、包装、成品。若要做成颗粒，则在上述步骤的过滤液浓缩至1∶1时的药液烤干，打成细粉，加医药淀粉，制成颗粒，然后，经100度高温30分钟的灭菌，检验、用塑料袋包装、成品。
Claims (2)
1、一种健脑降脂口服液，其特征在于：
a、配方为(重量)：
黄芪3～5份 茯苓2～4份 山莲藕1～3份
蜜糖1份 蛋白糖0.15份 山梨酸钾0.025份 水980ml
b、生产方法为：药材前处理，按上述配方取料，加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，将两次煮液合并过滤，滤液浓缩至1∶1倍，浓缩液放冷用95度乙醇，50％乙醇沉，醇沉液静置24小时，取上清液回收乙醇，无醇液加上山梨酸钾防腐剂，浓药液加水调整体积而成口服液，然后，灌装入经检验合格的瓶中，经100度30分钟的灭菌，检验、包装、成品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的健脑降脂口服液，其特征在于：还可加工成颗粒状，其方法为：药材前处理，按配方取料，加水煎煮两次，第一次2小时，第二次1.5小时，合并两次煎煮液过滤，滤液浓缩成1∶1烤干，打成细粉加医药淀粉，制成颗粒，灭菌、检验、用塑料袋包装、成品。
