Abstract

一种番茄红素混合物，包括有天然番茄萃取物(Natural tomato extract)250.00毫克(mg)与大豆油(Soya Oi1)100.00毫克，该天然番茄萃取物中更包括有番茄红素(Lycopene)15.00毫克；八氢番茄红素(Phytopene)1.50毫克；六氢番茄红素(Phytofluene)1.25毫克；β－胡萝卜素(β－carotene)0.50毫克；天然维生素E(Tocopherols(VitaminE))5.00毫克；植物固醇(Phytosterols)1.50毫克；磷脂质(Phospholipids)25.00毫克；以及番茄油(Tomato Oil)200.00毫克；且该大豆油可更换为南瓜子油(Pumpkin Oil)。该番茄红素混合物属有机栽培、天然萃取、无污染，对人体无损害副作用，能有效提供人体营养，能预防动脉硬化，对于心肌梗塞及慢性心脏病等心血管疾病的预防大有助益，达成预期显著的保健作用，可使用在保健食品领域内。

一种番茄红素混合物
【所属技术领域】
本发明是有关一种番茄红素混合物，特别指一种有机栽培，天然萃取，无污染，对人体无损害副作用，能有效提供人体营养的番茄红素混合物，属于保健食品领域。
【背景技术】
番茄红素(Lycopene)是存在于人体之血浆及其他组织中，而且在人体血浆所占的各种类胡萝卜素比例中，番茄红素也占有最大比例，其为β-胡萝卜素的2.5倍，α-胡萝卜素的7.5倍，这证明了蕃茄红素在人体自我防卫系统中之重要性。
国内外学者研究证实，蕃茄红素之抗氧化效果远比β-胡萝卜素，维生素E高出甚多，能有效消除各种有害的含氧自由基，特别是对于单腺态氧(Single Oxygen)的消除能力更是首屈一指。因此，番茄红素能大大地增进人体对于低密度脂蛋白LDL Oxidation的抵抗力，进而能预防动脉硬化，对于心肌梗塞及慢性心脏病……等等心血管疾病的预防大有助益。
进一步而言，无论番茄红素或β-胡萝卜素都被发现有可以保护人体淋巴球对抗NO2这种自由基的伤害，而NO2自由基是空气污染及抽烟中最主要的毒性成份，而番茄红素对抗NO2的效果至少是β-胡萝卜素的两倍。因此，补充番茄红素对于目前严重的空气污染或二手烟问题是有绝对的助益的。
由于番茄红素来源于番茄细胞壁内，以及蛋白质与纤维的组织中，故不易被人体所吸收。因此，即使直接食用新鲜番茄的过程，也不易自其中摄取对人体有效的番茄红素剂量。
因此，必须有效萃取番茄中的番茄红素，使其能为人体100％的有效吸收，方能对人体在短时间内达成预期显著的健康功效。
【发明内容】
本发明之主要目的是提供一种番茄红素混合物，它是采用番茄红素、八氢番茄红素、六氢番茄红素、β-胡萝卜素、天然维生素E、植物固醇、磷脂质、番茄油所形成之天然番茄萃取物，配合大豆油或南瓜子油所制成之混合物，可有效为人体所吸收，并发挥番茄红素的良好功效。
为达成到述发明目的之番茄红素混合物，是采用天然有机栽培的番茄品种，去除番茄中的番茄纤维与细胞壁，进而直接萃取出的活性番茄红素原料。并在提炼过程中不牵涉任何化学步骤，完全不改变原物质的方式萃取，且避免其他物质的污染，为完全天然健康的无污染产品。此番茄红素原料经由前述之配方完成制品，不仅容易为人体吸收，发挥健康功效，且无污染，不会造成人体的负担。
本发明之番茄红素混合物为有机栽培，天然萃取，能有效地容易为人体吸收，抗氧化效果好，能大大增进人体对于低密度脂蛋白LDL Oxidation的抵抗力，进而能预防动脉硬化，对于心肌梗塞及慢性心脏病等心血管疾病的预防大有助益，对人体无损害副作用，可制作成各种形式的健康保健食品。

【具体实施方式】
按附图一所示，本发明是提供一种番茄红素混合物，其包括有天然番茄萃取物(Naturaltomato extract)250.00毫克(mg)与大豆油(Soya Oil)100.00毫克，该组成重量是实验最适合人体吸收的剂量，但根据使用者的不同与需求，也可按比例调整其重量，最大幅度可达±50％。
前述天然番茄萃取物中更进一步细分有：
番茄红素(Lycopene)15.00毫克；
八氢番茄红素(Phytopene)1.50毫克；
六氢番茄红素(Phytofluene)1.25毫克；
β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene)0.50毫克；
天然维生素E(Tocopherols(VitaminE))5.00毫克；
植物固醇(Phytosterols)1.50毫克；
磷脂质(Phospholipids)25.00毫克；以及
番茄油(Tomato Oil)200.00毫克。
前述组成中尚不足0.25毫克，是提供生产时非主要又难以避免的物质使用。
又，该大豆油(Soya Oil)可更换为南瓜子油(Pumpkin Oil)，或由其他等效养份的物质取代，以发挥相同功能。

Claims (4)

1、一种番茄红素混合物，包括有天然番茄萃取物(Natural tomato extract)250.00毫克(mg)与大豆油(Soya Oil)100.00毫克，该天然番茄萃取物中包括有：
番茄红素(Lycopene)15.00毫克；
八氢番茄红素(Phytopene)1.50毫克；
六氢番茄红素(Phytofluene)1.25毫克；
β-胡萝卜素(β-carotene)0.50毫克；
天然维生素E(Tocopherols(VitaminE))5.00毫克；
植物固醇(Phytosterols)1.50毫克；
磷脂质(Phospholipids)25.00毫克；以及
番茄油(Tomato Oil)200.00毫克。
2、根据权利要求1所述之番茄红素混合物，其中该天然番茄萃取物与大豆油可视使用者摄取需求调整其±50％的重量。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述之番茄红素混合物，其中该大豆油(Soya Oil)可更换为南瓜子油(Pumpkin Oil)。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的番茄红素混合物，其特征是可制成胶囊或其他各种形式的保健食品。
