Abstract

双活叶齿轮连动风力机,是一种折叠活叶风力机,活叶阻风如张开的活页夹迎风,活叶泄风如折叠的活叶夹,阻风、泄风双活叶折动轻快,风力机扭力强大。风力机运转中根据需要可随时用调控装置折叠双活叶,风力机停止工作。能抗击风对风力机的破坏,也可随时恢复风力机工作。本风力机适宜制造大、中、小型风力机,从家庭用到风电场用都适宜。结构简单合理,工艺简单,运转稳定可靠,安装维护方便,适应易发生风灾风力资源充分的地区。

双活叶齿轮连动风力机
技术领域  风力发电。
背景技术  本人已申报,申请号200410075017X的风力机不适合生产家庭用小型风力机,而且轨轮长期在轨道上运行易出现啃轨,运行稳定性差。
发明内容  本发明任务是提供适合生产大、中、小型风力机,而且适用于双活叶有机连在一起运行稳定可靠的方案。
为实现本发明任务,采用每个活叶都安装一个齿轮,齿轮以活叶轴为轴心,齿轮与活叶绕活叶轴同步往复转动,往复转动角小于90度。齿轮啮合连接把双活叶有机连在一起,安装在双活叶上二齿轮有时不能直接连接,连接需要用过渡齿轮一对或二对,直接安装在活叶上的齿轮一般扇形齿轮即可,同一双活叶上的对应齿轮相同,转动方向相反。风力机大小不同,风力机安装双活叶组数不同,齿轮安装的位置和方法有多种。
采用棘轮原理调控双活叶,每一双活叶都安装棘轮或棘爪,双活叶与棘轮或棘爪同时往复转动,通过控制棘爪或棘轮来控制双活叶,最后达到控制风力机工作。
采用副支杆,风力机安装3至6组双活叶时,根据齿轮安装位置需要加装副支杆,横支杆连接在风叶杆靠近外端,副支杆一端连接在风叶杆上并垂直于风叶杆,另一端连接在横支杆上。
双活叶齿轮连动风力机工作,阻风面迎风,双活叶阻风面有一张开夹角,双活叶顺风张开顺风运行,如张开活叶夹阻风,双活叶带动齿轮、棘轮或棘爪转动,双活叶张开到最大角时接触弹性减震挡板。齿轮连接把双活叶有机连在一起。泄风面迎风,双活叶顺风折起,如折起的活页夹逆风运行,双活叶泄风夹角到设定值时泄风回位弹簧工作,使双活叶泄风后有一张开夹角。风力机双活叶不断交替阻风、泄风带动风力机转动,风力机将动力传递给发电机或其它用能机械。
双活叶齿轮连动风力机,若是采用活叶安装棘轮,在运转中需要停机,拉动控制绳拖动棘爪控制板,泄风回位弹簧移到非工作位,棘爪放在棘轮上,棘爪与棘轮的作用下双活叶泄风后再阻风不能张开,风力机停止工作。若需要恢复风力机工作,放回控制绳,棘爪控制板在回作弹簧作用下退回原位,把棘爪从棘轮上推起,泄风回位弹簧回到工作位推开双活叶有一张开夹角,阻风面迎风的双活叶顺风张开顺风运行,风力机恢复工作。
本发明双活叶齿轮连动风力机,采用齿轮连接带动双活叶显现出巨大优点,双活叶阻风、泄风不易出现故障,双活叶折动轻快,运转稳定可靠。适宜生产大、中、小型风力机,结构简单合理,工艺简单成本低,适应环境范围广,风叶不易损坏,操作控制简单,安装维护方便,易于推广应用。

具体实施方式  已知部分省略,在每根风叶杆泄风面横支杆处安装可调弹性减震挡板,双活叶最大阻风夹角要小于170度。在风叶杆[1]头外,双活叶[2,3]框上装有钢板,钢板面与双活叶[2,3]面互相垂直,齿轮[4,5]棘轮[6,7]分别以活叶轴为轴心安装在钢板上,齿轮[4]与齿轮[5]连接。棘爪板安装在平行于棘轮[6,7]外面用螺栓固定在风叶杆[1]头上,棘爪板上可滑动的棘爪控制板与控制绳连接。
棘爪板为钢板装有一对弹簧板,一对棘爪,上下一对滑道,还有回位弹簧与棘爪控制板连接,滑道上装有可往复滑动的棘爪控制板。棘爪控制板上有一对棘爪控制弹簧,一对泄风回位弹簧。棘爪控制板在弹簧作用下靠近棘轮位置时,棘爪控制弹簧推起棘爪与棘轮分开,泄风回位弹簧使双活叶泄风后有一张开夹角。拉动控制绳棘爪控制板沿滑道远离棘轮位置时,泄风回位弹簧到非工作位,双活叶泄风后没有张开夹角,棘爪放在棘轮上,双活叶泄风后再阻风不能张开。
齿轮也可以安装在风叶杆的阻风面或泄风面,若在阻风面安装齿轮,双活叶的轴安装在风叶杆阻风面,需要安装2对齿轮。同理齿轮可安装在风叶杆泄风面。

Claims (3)

1.双活叶齿轮连动风力机,其特征是每个活叶都安装一个齿轮以活叶轴为轴心,齿轮与活叶绕活叶轴同步往复转动,往复转动角小于90度,齿轮啮合连接把双活叶有机的连在一起,一双活叶需要安装1至3对齿轮,同一双活叶上对应的齿轮相同转动方向相反。
2.权利要求1中齿轮啮合连接把双活叶有机连在一起,其特征是双活叶阻风面迎风双活叶顺风张开顺风运行,双活叶泄风面迎风双活叶顺风折起逆风运行。
3.双活叶齿轮连动风力机,其特征是采用棘轮原理调控双活叶,每一双活叶都安装棘轮或棘爪,双活叶与棘轮或棘爪同时往复转动,风力机运转中调控棘爪或棘轮风力机停止工作,也可随时恢复风力机工作。
