Claims (1)
- 权 利 要 求一种如下通式(I )所示的化合物:其中 和 相同或不同且独立地为氢、 羟基、 羧基、 苯基或 3, 5- 二^^苯基, n为 0-3的整数, 是同一 子上的基团 和 R2 不同时为羟基或^ &, 且当 n为 2时, 两个^ ^子之间可以形成双键 或 和 R2以及与其相连的碳原子可以一起形成环己烷环或任选进一 步被一个或两个幾基取代的苯环。2. 根据权利要求 1的通式(I )所示化合物, 其中主体化合物 A-碳 铂与客体化合物 B分子间是以多个氢键结合, 构成立体笼状空间结构 的超分子化合物。3. 根据权利要求 1的通式(I )所示化合物, 其中客体化合物 B选 自草酸、 1, 3-丙二酸、 1, 4-丁二酸、 1, 5-戊二酸、 顺丁烯二酸、 2- 羟基 -1, 4-丁二酸 (苹果酸) 、 2, 3-二羟基 -1, 4-丁二酸(酒石 酸)、 2-苯基 -1, 3-丙二酸、 1, 2-二羧基环己烷、 3-羟基 -3- -l, 5-戊二酸(佇檬酸) 、 邻苯二曱酸、 1, 3, 4-苯三酸和 1, 2, 4, 5-苯4. 才据权利要求 3的通式(I )所示化合物, 其中客体化合物 B为 草酸、 1 , 3-丙二酸、 1, 4-丁二酸、 苯基丙二酸、 酒石酸、 苹果酸或 柠檬酸。5. 才艮据权利要求 4的通式(I )所示化合物, 其中客体化合物 B为 苯基丙二酸且所述超分子化合物具有结构式(III):6. 一种制备根据权利要求 1的通式(I )所示化合物的方法, 包括如 下步骤:a ) 分别制备主体化合物碳铂和客体化合物 B的等摩尔浓度水溶液, b ) 在 4-40。C的温度下将两种原料溶液以等摩尔量混合, 搅拌均匀, 经灭菌、 过滤, 和c ) 用纯水稀释步骤 b )所得溶液, 然后直接封装成 50mg/5ml的水针 剂, 或在 40。C以下的温度下将产物的水溶液浓缩、 干燥成固体粉状 原料药。7. 才艮据权利要求 6的方法, 其中步骤 b )的反应在 pH为 2-5的条件 下进行。8. 用于治疗各种细胞癌症的药物组合物, 包含根据权利要求 1-5中 任一项的化合物作为活性成分以及药物学上可接收的载体。
