旋转门
本发明涉及一种适于安装在建筑物的墙壁中的旋转门，包括一具有一入口和一出口的壳体，该壳体内部可旋转地定位有门页扇，该壳体和/或门页扇至少由金属结构件构造，特别包括铝挤压型材和铝板元件。
这种旋转门是普遍公知的，并由申请人在例如Tournex的名称下销售了多年。Tournex是由申请人持有的注册商标。已知的旋转门还设有一顶罩，除其它以外，该顶罩包括一门页扇能够在其下旋转的天花板。已知旋转门的生产时间约为200小时。除其它之外，该生产时间需要用于维修产生美学上不具有吸引力的外观的表面缺陷。为此，现有技术方法除其它之外，包括一特别费工的包覆处理(muffle treatment)。此外，这种包覆或粉末涂覆使各结构部件能够抵抗由于各种天气影响而导致的腐蚀。已知旋转门的另一个缺点在于，即使它由铝制造，仍是一个非常重的结构。已知旋转门的另一个缺点在于，它不容易调节以适应偏离的嵌入安装尺寸，特别是相对于整个旋转门结构将具有的高度。
本发明的目的是改进这些方面中的一个或多个。因此在第一个期望的实施例中，旋转门的特征在于，在可见侧至少在挤压型材上设有一覆盖材料。基于同样的发明构思，在另一实施例中旋转门的特征在于，顶罩包括至少一个由一个或多个夹持型材固定的基本上圆形的顶罩带，一覆盖材料安装在顶罩带上。两个实施例与现有技术旋转门的不同之处在于，例如进行粉末涂覆以消除表面缺陷的常规的修饰处理变得多余。这种表面问题由于覆盖材料而不能从侧面看到；对于覆盖材料，具有所需的视觉效果当然是有利的。可简单地通过用胶粘将覆盖材料固定在挤压型材或顶罩带上而完成一个和另一个事情。
在本发明的另一方面，旋转门一个非常方便的实施例的特征在于，设有一第一顶罩带，位于该第一顶罩带上方一预定距离处的一第二顶罩带，覆盖材料固定到第一和第二顶罩带上。由于覆盖材料可以非常薄，而在视觉上给人在整个高度上具有顶罩带常用厚度的感觉，该实施例能够使用较轻的顶罩结构。另一个优点在于，该结构可根据局部条件调节顶罩的高度。这大大提高了本发明旋转门的嵌入安装的可能性。
在本发明的另一方面，旋转门体现为覆盖材料分别沉陷在设于该挤压型材或一个或多个顶罩带中的一凹槽中。从美学的观点来看，这是优选的，因为它给已完成的旋转门一个整齐和平滑的最终外观。
本发明的一个特别方面还在于，它能够对覆盖材料及其上贴有覆盖材料的型材或顶罩带分别使用不同的材料。对于挤压型材或顶罩带以及贴于其上的材料来讲，具有不同的颜色组合可能是特别期望的。这是使本发明旋转门具有与其中安装有该旋转门的建筑物色彩设计最佳匹配的外观的精致和简单的方式。为此，发明人提出使用塑料，但观察到，使用金属形式的覆盖材料，例如铝，也是可能的。
现在参照附图对本发明作进一步说明，其中
图1中示出本发明的旋转门；
图2中示出本发明旋转门的门型材；及
图3中示出本发明旋转门的顶罩结构的一部分。
附图中相似的部件用相同的参考数字标识。
首先参照图1，示出安装在建筑物的墙壁2中的本发明旋转门的前视图。这种旋转门1具有形成一壳体的弧形板3。以本领域技术人员公知的方式，壳体3上设有一入口，与该入口相对设有一出口，安装在壳体3中的旋转门页扇将入口与出口分开。以本领域技术人员完全公知的方式，壳体3和/或门页扇由通常由铝制成的金属结构件构造，壳体以及门页扇设有玻璃板4。旋转门1在其顶侧还设有一顶罩5。在旋转门1内部，该顶罩5包括一天花板，门页扇可在该天花板下旋转。
现在进一步参照图2，示出本发明旋转门一挤压型材的剖视图，相应的挤压型材是门型材6。但应当注意，此处给出的对本发明的解释当然不局限于该具体例子，相反，本发明可以应用于构成本发明旋转门1的一部分结构的其它型材。根据本发明，门型材6设有一在可看到侧固定到门型材上的覆盖材料7。该图还显示，门型材6上固定有一玻璃板4及位于指向壳体一侧的叶片8，以确保相应的门页扇防通风地紧靠到旋转门的壳体上。上述覆盖材料7最好以这样的方式固定到门型材6上，将覆盖材料7嵌入设置于门型材6中的一凹槽中。这在附图中清楚地示出。
在本发明的一个特别方面，门型材6和覆盖材料7体现为不同的颜色，或者使用不同的材料。门型材6通常由铝制成。覆盖材料7例如可以是塑料，或者可以是金属，在用金属的情况下最好是铝。
进一步参照图3A，示出本发明旋转门1的顶罩5的内部的一部分。相似地，图3B同样示出本发明旋转门的顶罩的内部的一部分。下面将说明图3B的实施例和图3A中实施例之间的区别。顶罩5包括一天花板部分9以及紧靠到其上的一顶罩带10。上述顶罩带10基本上为圆形，从而与本发明旋转门1的壳体3的结构相对应。在其内部，顶罩带10设有多个轮廓型材，用于固定顶罩带10的顶罩带夹持型材11能够与轮廓型材相配合。根据本发明，顶罩带10的可见侧设有一覆盖材料12。在本发明的一个特别方面，顶罩5包括一第一顶罩带10′(见图3B)，以及位于该第一顶罩带10′上方一定距离处的一第二顶罩带10″，覆盖材料12优选地通过胶粘固定到第一和第二顶罩带10′、10″上。为此，顶罩带10′和10″优选地包括一用于嵌入覆盖材料12的凹槽。还可以设想顶罩带10′和10″具有不同的颜色。覆盖材料12可以是塑料，或者可以大致由不同于顶罩带10′和10″的材料制造，顶罩带10′，10″通常由铝制造。但在本发明的框架内，覆盖材料12同样最好由铝制造。这样产生的结构问题最少，在完成的旋转门上取得最佳的美学效果。

Claims (11)

1.一种适于安装在建筑物的墙壁(2)中的旋转门(1)，包括一具有一入口和一出口的壳体(3)，该壳体内部可旋转地定位有门页扇，该壳体(3)和/或门页扇至少由金属结构件构造，特别包括铝挤压型材和铝板元件，其特征在于，在可见侧至少在挤压型材上设有一覆盖材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该挤压型材(6)设有覆盖材料(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该覆盖材料沉陷在设于该挤压型材(6)中的凹槽中。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该挤压型材和覆盖材料具有不同的颜色组合。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该覆盖材料为塑料。
6.一种适于安装在建筑物的墙壁(2)中的旋转门(1)，包括一具有一入口和一出口的壳体(3)，该壳体内部可旋转地定位有门页扇，该壳体(3)和/或门页扇至少由金属结构件构造，特别包括铝挤压型材和铝板元件，设有一个顶罩，该顶罩包括，除其它以外，一个天花板，其特征在于，该顶罩包括至少一个由一个或多个夹持型材固定的基本为圆形的顶罩带，一覆盖材料(12)安装在该顶罩带上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的旋转门，其特征在于，设有一第一顶罩带(10′)，位于该第一顶罩带上方一预定距离处的一第二顶罩带(10″)，覆盖材料(12)固定到第一(10′)和第二顶罩带(10″)上。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的旋转门，其特征在于，覆盖材料通过胶粘固定到一个或多个顶罩带上。
9.根据权利要求6-8所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该一个或多个顶罩带包括一用于嵌入该覆盖材料(12)的凹槽。
10.根据权利要求6-9所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该一个顶罩带(10)或多个顶罩带(10′、10″)具有不同的颜色。
11.根据权利要求6-10中的一项所述的旋转门，其特征在于，该覆盖材料是金属，最好是铝。
