Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种移动通信设备,特别是一种备有滑动式显示屏幕的多功能移动通信设备。
背景技术
在使用和功能方面,移动电话及其类似的通信设备发展迅猛。除了电话通信功能外,这些设备将很快提供以下不同服务,如网络访问,个人信息管理,传真,图象通信以及视频会议。为了实现这些服务项目,须配备与这些更复杂的应用程序兼容的键盘,功能键及显示器,而移动设备将会调试这些应用程序。在保持移动设备所需的紧致尺寸的同时提供如由键盘和按钮组成的标准QWERTY输入之类的全功能文本键盘是困难的。同样困难的是提供能够显示大量不同的且能够为这些设备获得的信息的显示屏幕。当前市场上的此类设备比较笨重并且经常需要多个设备才能实现所有的功能系列,即个人数字助理和移动电话。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一就是提供简便且廉价的全功能移动通信设备,它们能够利用单一设备来获得众多服务项目。本发明的另一个目的是在实际的最小尺寸组件中,实现个人数字助理与移动电话二者的结合。提供键盘、按钮板面和显示器三者的布局也是本发明的目的之一,这三者可提供简便、使用简单的用户接口。本发明还有一个目的就是能够实现此设备的单手操作。
设计移动通信设备使之能够提供个人数字助理(PDA)和移动电话二者的结合功能。此设备包含一个机身结构,此机身定义为底部、顶部和边壁所组成的可容纳设备内部部件及相关附件的封闭机身。此机身的顶部包含一内凹式中心部分,此部分中装配有一个实现滑动和旋转运动的显示屏面。屏幕沿横向滑向位于凹口内此机身的纵轴,此凹口位于通常符合此机身整个轮廓的第一位置和屏幕扩展出机身轮廓的第二位置二者之间。在扩展位置,装配在形成内凹中心部分板的内凹式板面上文本键盘显露出来供使用。在内凹中心部分的每条边上构建按钮板面,在此板面上可以装配适合通信设备基本功能的按钮或键盘及其相关附件。在位于移动托架上的一个侧板面上还装配有数码相机,用来配合视频通话或其它数码相机的应用。
显示屏幕可以在第一个或者第二位置上观看,并且可以向上倾斜从而使得在扩展位置更方便观看。机身的侧板面之一含有具有移动电话功能的电话键盘。根据所使用的功能,显示器可以定向于屏幕上,位置至少在完成纵向和横向读取的位置之间。当使用文本键盘时,显示器会纵向读取。其它功能键分布于屏面和侧板面上以方便用户进入。移动电话功能设计用来实现单手操作。

具体实施方式
电子设备30结构含有能够使此设备提供多项功能的屏幕、文本键盘和功能键的组合。此组合通过移动电话提供购物、新闻、邮件、金融、旅游和其它可行服务项目的网络接口,从而最优化实现网络服务项目的使用。并且,可以提供如日历、约会、通知,联系人及其它由如微软办公软件等包装软件所提供的其它应用项目的个人信息数据处理。其结果是实现个人数字助手和移动电话二者功能的有效结合。
目标移动通信设备含有由底部、顶部和边壁定义形成封闭空间的机身1,此封闭空间通常可容纳附图5中所示设备的内部部件以及相关附件。机身1顶部含有内凹式中心部分3,其内部装配有实现滑动和旋转的显示屏面2。凹口的底部表面提供了内凹板面,其上安装文本键盘12,如附图3中所示的QWERTY键盘。
屏面2沿基本为横向的方向从键盘12上滑到机身1的纵向轴14。屏面2可以装配到如附图5b所示的指针31上,此指针位于凹口3的边33上的横向插槽33中。通过在穿过的面板任意一边的安装指针31建立合适的电路连接34。屏面2可以手动的方式在附图1中所示其内部通常符合机身1整个轮廓的第一位置和附图3中所示其内部的屏面2向外扩展到机身1轮廓的第二位置。诸如弹簧定位槽36以及凹槽37这样的可释放的锁定机械结构35安装在每个插槽的两头用来固定安装指针31并且维持处在理想位置的屏面2。一旦扩展,屏面2可以从水平位置向上倾斜一个角度,比如150°,从而在使用桌子或其它平面上使用该设备时能够更容易地观察屏幕2的显示内容6。如附图6所示,屏面2可调整使之旋转大约180°从而为带有正对保护位置中的凹口3的屏幕2的设备提供罩子。如附图2所示,通过机身1的底部16提供窗体15从而至少能在所覆盖位置提供适于观察的呼叫认证或其它显示。
在附图4中所示的另一实例中,屏面2安装于旋转指针31上用来实现绕指针38轴向的旋转。中间滑板元件17支持指针31的旋转。滑板元件17依次安装于凹口的边壁上实现轨道18中的滑动。此结构可提供更持久的电路和机械连接。滑板元件17也可以安装用来在机身顶部表面上所形成的凹槽或路径上滑动。在后面的实例中,无需形成凹口或仅仅只需很小凹口在键盘12上完成清除。
面板2在每个位置都是可操作的,屏幕朝着最优的视角进行完成特定的功能。分别由附图1和附图3中所示沿横向或纵向读取时,显示内容可以在屏面2上沿曲线旋转90°。屏幕2上的显示定向可以通过开关手动完成,也可根据从此设备的控制微处理器来的指令自动完成。在后面的例子中,理想的定向可由与特定功能相关的软件操作来确定,或者利用指示屏面位置的传感器39来确定。屏面2的滑动操作被安排用来启动显示器6旋转到纵向位置。
在扩展位置,安装在机身1内凹板面上的文本键盘12显露出来得以使用。机身顶部的内凹部分的每一个边结构中包含按钮板面4和5,在这二者上面可安装适合通信设备基本功能的按钮或键盘及其相关附件。数码相机安装于可移动托架上的侧板面的一个上面,从而视频电话或其它数码相机应用。内部没有形成凹口的替代实例中,在机身2顶部表面上可形成单个平面板面。此表面可分为边按钮板面和中心文本键盘板面。
如附图5所示,显示屏幕在第一个或第二位置是可观察的且可以向上倾斜,从而使得在扩展位置观察起来更方便。机身的侧板面之一,其结构中含有电话键盘7从而使用起来具备移动电话功能。显示器6定向于横向的情况下,设备可以作为标准移动电话使用。显示器6可定向于至少在根据所使用功能所定的纵向或横向读取位置二者之间的屏幕位置。
其它功能键分布于屏面上,如与屏幕认证功能相对应的硬键21。侧板面4和5也提供实际表面,在此表面上安装常用功能键,如光标键13、发送和结束键9、应用键8和开/关按钮23及显示或定向按钮24以方便用户访问。
移动电话功能设计用来实现单手操作。为了实现这一功能,电话号码板7可以沿圆周排列从而在纵向和横向位置使用时可以提供更多的便利。如附图5a所示,通过将电话键盘倾斜与纵向轴14以45°夹角同样可以提供相似的便利,从而在两个位置使用时均能够便捷使用。为了实现此应用项的目的,使用位置与显示定向相联,即附图1中所示横向位置,附图2-5中所示的纵向位置。
如附图2中所示,移动电话21上的麦克风20和耳机19置于机身1的底部表面22。众所周知,耳机19以及麦克风20连接到包含于机身1中的移动电话收发机。多功能设备30系统通常如附图5中的框图所示。主控制处理器25包含应用软件来提供个人数字助理功能以及控制部件的操控。菜单选择能够允许用户选择并操作所提供的应用项,如视频相机11、日历数据26、联系数据27和网络浏览器28。这些功能全部由在所有应用项具备普通功能的硬键以及根据应用软件的不同具有不同功能的软键来控制。屏幕定向根据每一应用项中最方便的视角来设定。控制处理器25能够指定显示器6的显示驱动器29根据所使用的软件来绕显示器旋转。屏幕定向也可以通过扩展显示面板来启动。在特殊的使用情况下,可利用开关23的启动来提供手动控制。
为了提供进一步的便利条件,当文本键盘显露出来供使用时,在侧板面4上提供扬声器40从而能够不用手实现操作。这使得用户能够继续工作或在进行电话谈话时做出标记。
在这种方式下,大量的应用项目能够在很紧致的标准部件中得以使用,此部件带有能够方便键盘、键板和屏幕使用的用户接口。须注意附图8中框图所示的应用项仅作为演示,可以包括其它许多项,如传真、游戏、电子邮件、发送信息等。
Claims (15)
1.在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备包括:
具有与使用和纵向轴相关的上、下表面的机身;
安装于所述上表面的用于使用的文本键盘;
连接到电子设备上的面板,此电子设备含有位于其上表面上的屏幕用来将显示内容呈现给用户获得通信信息,所述面板滑动式安装于所述文本键盘上方,以在与所述机身对齐的第一位置和从机身向外扩展的第二位置之间移动,所述面板在第一位置覆盖文本键盘以及在第二位置显露出文本键盘;和
至少有一个位于与文本键盘邻接的机身中的侧板面,所述侧板面提供一个表面,用以安装与电子设备一起使用的按键、按钮和键盘。
2.如权利要求1中所述的在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,机身的上表面结构含有在其上配备键盘的凹面,所述面板滑动地安装于所述凹口中。
3.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,凹面构建于机身两头的中间,两个侧板面构建于凹面的两侧上。
4.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,文本键盘包含全功能QWERTY键排列。
5.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,面板安装成用以实现横向于设备轴的滑动运动。
6.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,面板也可以安装于第二位置实现旋转运动。
7.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备为移动通信设备且进一步包括构建于所述至少一个侧板面上的通信键盘。
8.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,进一步包含控制单元,此控制单元执行操作实现在与设备操作相一致的屏面上的显示定向的旋转。
9.如权利要求8中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,屏幕上的显示屏在屏面上的第一个和第二位置之间旋转90°。
10.如权利要求2中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,利用屏面的定位来控制定向。
11.如权利要求7中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,通信键盘包含以圆周方式排列的键。
12.如权利要求6中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,所述旋转运动允许面板的抬高形成一角度,从而用户通过此电子设备可获得更佳的视角。
13.如权利要求6中所述在多种应用项中实现操作的电子设备,其特征在于,所述旋转运动允许面板的反向,从而屏幕正对处于保护位置的凹面。
