Abstract
本发明涉及一种防治果树炭疽病的杀菌剂,属化学农药技术领域。50%含有的咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂其组成按重量百分比为:25%咪鲜胺乳油14~24%,25%高脂膜乳剂74~84%,桂酮渗透促进剂、丙烯酸乳液附着力促进剂1.2~1.5%,有机硅消泡剂0.5~0.8%。本发明可杀灭和抑制病原菌的生长;阻断病原入侵,误导病原菌发芽管的走向,全面地控制病菌的侵染;复合剂可增加叶表面的拒水性,药剂不易被雨水冲刷,药效期长;减少了化学杀菌剂的用量和在农产品上的残留。最适用于防治葡萄、香蕉、芒果等果实的炭疽病和其它由子囊菌和半知菌引起的多种作物病害,还可以用于葡萄、香蕉、芒果等果实的保鲜。其生产工艺简单、产品质量稳定、制造成本和使用成本较低。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种防治果树炭疽病[Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.)Sacc.]的杀菌剂,属化学农药技术领域。
背景技术:
葡萄、香蕉、芒果等果树炭疽病是世界性病害,全世界每年因该病造成的果实产量损失约在10%~30%。此病可危害果树的叶片、新梢、果实等一切绿色部分。特别是在果实成熟期,若连续高温多雨,难以进行有效的药剂防治,造成果实腐烂,其发病率基本上为损失率。
尽管国内外研究开发出松脂铜、甲硫·腈菌、咪鲜胺等多种防治炭疽病的化学杀菌剂,但这些杀菌剂归纳起来有以下缺点:药效短、病菌易产生抗药性;在连续多雨的情况下,药剂容易被雨水稀释和冲刷而丧失药效;具残留,易污染食品和环境。
如单独的咪鲜胺(prochloraz)为一种广谱、低毒型咪唑类杀菌剂,通过抑制病菌细胞膜甾醇的生物合成而起作用,在植物体内具有内吸传导、预防、保护和治疗等作用,但具有药效期短、病菌易产生抗药性;在连续多雨的情况下,药剂容易被雨水稀释和冲刷而丧失药效;具一定残留,易污染果实等缺点。该原药在国内外多个厂家生产。
单独的高脂膜(palmityl alcohol-lauryal alcohol)是由十二碳醇及十六碳醇等高级脂肪醇制成的成膜物,是从椰子等植物中提取的白色奶油状水乳液,无毒、易溶于水,喷洒在作物体表面,能自动扩散、展布,形成一层很薄的单分子脂肪醇膜。虽然病菌仍可侵人植物体,但因有薄膜控制,侵人后不能扩展或很少扩展为害,从而达到防病目的。有效期达15天以上,属于物理防治,病菌不会产生抗药性,是一种“无公害”农药增效剂。但它不同于常规化学杀菌剂,本身并不具有杀菌作用。国内多个厂家生产。
发明内容:
本发明克服了现有杀菌剂的不足,提供了一种药剂不易被雨水冲刷、药效期长,病菌不易产生抗药性,对农产品的残留、污染小,具有保护、杀菌双重作用的新型复合杀菌剂。
复合杀菌剂主要含有咪鲜胺和高脂膜两种主要成分和少量辅助成分。
其组成按重量百分比为:
25%咪鲜胺乳油 14~24%
25%高脂膜乳剂 74~84%
促进剂 1.2~1.5%。
消泡剂 0.5~0.8%。
所述促进剂为硅酮渗透促进剂、丙烯酸乳液附着力促进剂。
所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
将上述主要成分和辅助成分混合后,在反应罐中40℃下搅拌8~15分钟即可制成50%含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂。
其生产工艺简单、产品质量稳定、制造成本和使用成本也较低。
使用方法:
1.防治葡萄、香蕉、芒果炭疽病
果树开花坐果后,用50%含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂200~300倍液,每隔30天喷雾1次,进入雨季后到果穗采收前缩短为每隔15天用药一次。如果葡萄、香蕉、芒果果实生长期套袋,可在套袋前用上述药剂200倍液浸果或喷雾。
2.果实防腐保鲜:
葡萄、香蕉、芒果在果实成熟和采收后,可因炭疽菌的继续感染和危害而腐烂变质。应用50%含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂200倍液对当天采收的果实常温下浸果1分钟后捞起晾干,可起到果实防腐保鲜的作用。
本发明的有益效果是上述两种有效成分制成复合剂后,咪鲜胺的化学杀菌作用和高脂膜的物理保护作用有机地结合,杀灭和抑制病原菌的生长;药剂展布的保护膜阻断病原入侵,误导病原菌发芽管的走向,全面地控制病菌的侵染。另外复合剂增加了叶表面的拒水性,药剂不易被雨水冲刷,药效期长;病菌不易产生抗药性;减少了化学杀菌剂的用量和在农产品上的残留。最适用于防治葡萄、香蕉、芒果等果实的炭疽病和其它由子囊菌和半知菌引起的多种作物病害。
具体实施方式
实施例一
实施农药:
①咪鲜胺乳油14%,高脂膜乳剂84%,硅酮渗透促进剂1.2%,有机硅消泡剂0.8%。
②咪鲜胺乳油19%,高脂膜乳剂79%,丙烯酸乳液附着力促进剂1.25%。有机硅消泡剂0.75%。
③咪鲜胺乳油24%,高脂膜乳剂74%,硅酮渗透促进剂1.5%,有机硅消泡剂0.5%。
④25%咪鲜胺乳剂
⑤16%松脂铜乳油
⑥25%甲硫·腈菌可湿性粉剂
⑦95%丙环唑
⑧波尔多液

结论:从表中可以看出,五种供试农药的效果依次为:②咪鲜胺乳油20%,高脂膜乳剂80%(72.40)>③咪鲜胺乳油24%,高脂膜乳剂74%(64.59)>⑤16%松脂铜乳油(56.67%)>①咪鲜胺乳油14%,高脂膜乳剂84%(53.88)>⑦95%丙环唑(46.16)>④25%咪鲜胺乳剂(44.75)>⑧波尔多液(43.33)>⑥25%甲硫·腈菌(30.95)。其中②咪鲜胺乳油20%,高脂膜乳剂80%杀菌剂防治效果达72.40%,明显高于其它药剂,防效较为突出,防效达到极显著水平。
实施例二
实施农药:50%含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂。
实施布局:试验采用对角线分组,一个处理两次重复,两个对照。
实施处理:在常规处理的基础上,从开花后,处理每隔30天加喷一次50%含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂,进入雨季后到果穗采收前缩短为每隔15天用药一次。于4月28日初果期进行第一次喷药,5月13日第二次喷药,6月2日第三次喷药,6月24日第四次喷药,7月14日收获。

结论:
1.由于今年天气比较干旱,1~7月,月平均降水量为43.53毫米,比历年同期少13.1毫米,因此果穗炭疽病发生较轻,但是,“50%含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜杀菌剂”的防治效果显著,平均达64.84%,具有其推广应用价值。
2.药剂对作物及其它生物的影响
实施中未见葡萄产生药害,也未见药剂对葡萄产生促进成熟,刺激生长等作用。此外,实施中未见药剂药对其它生物(野生植物、有益昆虫)的产生有益或无益的影响。

1.一种含有咪鲜胺的高脂膜植物杀菌剂,其组成按重量百分比:
25%咪鲜胺乳油 14~24%
25%高脂膜乳剂 74~84%
促进剂:为硅酮渗透促进剂或丙烯酸乳液附着力促进剂任一种 1.2~1.5%
消泡剂:为有机硅消泡剂 0.5~0.8%。
