技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于产生热风流的与电网无关的热风洒或卷发器。
背景技术
由GB2170705A已知一种这样的热风洒,该热风洒是一种用于干燥头发的热风洒。热风由一个催化加热元件产生,该催化加热元件由一种液体燃料供能,其中热风流由一台电风扇产生,该电风扇由一个电池或一个可再充电的蓄电池供电。在此缺陷是,为了驱动该热风洒,除了要补充液体燃料以外,还总要不时地更换新电池或从外部通过一个电源插头对蓄电池充电,这在实践中意味着一种烦琐的操作。为了驱动热风洒,不仅要充分充满燃料存储器,而且要对电池或蓄电池充分充电。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,实现这样一种热风洒或卷发器,它无需更换电池或对蓄电池再充电来驱动,并且由此改善了热风洒或卷发器的操作。
根据本发明,提出一种用于产生热风流的与电网无关的热风洒或卷发器,其中热量由一个催化加热元件产生,该催化加热元件从一个燃料存储器供以一种液体燃料,并且热风流由一个电风扇产生,其特征在于,所述热风洒或卷发器配有一个燃料电池,该燃料电池向风扇供以电能,其中,存储器通过一个阀门与所述燃料电池和催化加热元件连接,以便共同供以液体燃料。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出一个用于产生热风流2的与电网无关的用于干燥头发的热风洒3,其中热量4由一个催化加热元件5产生,该催化加热元件由一种液体燃料6的一种气体供能。热风2的气流14由一台电风扇7产生,它吸入外部空气15。该热风洒3配有一个燃料电池8,燃料电池通过一条线路19向风扇7供以电能9。设有一个用于存储液体燃料6的燃料存储器10,为了从燃料存储器10一起供以燃料6,燃料存储器通过一条线路20、一个阀门11和一条线路21与燃料电池8连接并且它通过阀门11经由一条线路22与催化加热元件5连接。由此,为了使装置1连续运行,只需要一种驱动物质。通过按压一个操纵机构18,打开阀门11,由此使燃料电池8立刻为风扇7提供电能9并且为催化加热元件5提供燃料6。由此阀门11如同一个电气通断开关一样起作用。燃料电池8除了为风扇7供电以外也为控制电子装置12供电,也可以有选择地为装置1的其它电器部件13供以电能9。一个加液阀16用于将液体燃料6再充填到燃料存储器10中。为了监测液体燃料6的充满状态,设有一个观察窗17,其中燃料存储器10至少在观察窗17区域内由透明材料18制成。一个把手23用于把持热风洒3并用于容纳燃料存储器10、燃料电池8和阀门11。作为另一实施例,也可以设置一个未示出的卷发器。
目前在技术上使用PEMFC燃料电池(Polymer ElektrolyteMembrane Fuel Cell),它通过一个固体的薄的气密的导质子的塑料薄膜作为电解质运行。氢气作为燃料6。目前可供使用的功率在功率密度上为约1W/cm2。功率重量为约2kg/kW。
但是,因为纯氢气只能通过费事的改良制成,所以目前大量使用其它的阳极气体。最有希望的候选物可能是SOFC燃料电池8(Solid OxideFuel Cell)。它能够直接使用甲烷作为阳极气体。另一替代物是DMFC燃料电池8(Direct Methanol Fuel Cell),它可以无需改良地直接通过甲醇作为燃料6运行。但是后两种燃料电池8目前还不适合用于便携式理发技术设备。
在一种PEMFC情况下,燃料存储器10被充以液氢,在一种SOFC情况下,燃料存储器被充以液态甲烷,而在一种DMFC情况下,则燃料存储器被充以液态甲醇。
尽管PEMFC燃料电池是目前唯一可马上使用的方案,但是这种类型的燃料电池并不本局限于发明。未来肯定会得到今天尚未知的且改进的电池形式。
图2示出一个用于运行图1中的热风洒(电吹风器)的方框图。通过可手控的阀门11,从可再加液的、例如可以设计成一个金属氢化物存储器的燃料存储器10将气体燃料6同时输送到催化加热元件5和燃料电池8。由此在催化加热元件5中产生热量4并在燃料电池8中产生电能9,用于驱动电风扇7、风扇7的控制电子装置12和装置1的其它电器部件13。风扇7的气流14通过催化加热元件5传导,由此使热量4转送到一个热风流2(见图1)中。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于产生热风流(2)的与电网无关的热风洒(3)或卷发器,其中热量(4)由一个催化加热元件(5)产生,该催化加热元件从一个燃料存储器(10)供以一种液体燃料(6),并且热风流(2)由一个电风扇产生,其特征在于,所述热风洒(3)或卷发器配有一个燃料电池(8),该燃料电池向风扇(7)供以电能(9),其中,存储器(10)通过一个阀门(11)与所述燃料电池(8)和催化加热元件(5)连接,以便共同供以液体燃料(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的热风洒(3)或卷发器,其特征在于,所述燃料电池(8)除了向风扇(7)供以电能(9)以外,还向一个控制电子装置(12)供以电能,还有选择地向其它电器部件(13)供以电能。
3.如权利要求1所述的热风洒(3)或卷发器,其特征在于,所述热风洒(3)或卷发器配有一个观察窗(17),其中燃料存储器(10)至少在观察窗(17)区域内由透明材料(18)制成。
