Description

生产地板铺面板材的装置和方法
本发明涉及一种装置和一种方法,用于对板材制品生产中所用的一种层状系统实施压制。本发明还涉及采用这个方法生产的板材。
一种板材制品,例如从序号为EP 090 6994 A1的出版物看到的板材制品,是一种长型平面薄板,它能与其它的板材通过一些凸舌和凹槽实施等横向拼接。如此拼接在一起而成的板材制品可专门用于地板铺面。
按照先前的技术,板材制品是采用下述的短期循环加压的方法生产制作的。将基板放置于一张浸透了树脂的称之为“中和纸”(counteracting paper)的薄膜层上部,另一张也浸透了树脂并且提供了一个图案的薄膜层则置于其上部,这类膜层被称为“装饰纸”。紧贴着装饰层的是含有金钢砂和树脂的薄膜层,被称为“盖层”。盖层的存在能使所要获得的板材制品表面达到期望的硬度。上述层状系统在其边缘用一些夹具夹在一起并且被移送到一个压力机中。这个压力机实质上是由两块彼此互相平行并且加热到200℃左右温度的金属板组成的。层状系统就放在两块压板的下面一块板的顶部,然后降低上面一块压板以便对层状系统施压。通过压板提供的热量使树脂发生熔化。其后将上面的压板升起,移动装有吸杯的夹具到压制好的层状系统的上方并将其下落,将这些吸杯放置在层状系统上,并且依靠吸力贴紧。借助于这些贴紧的吸杯,将层状系统提升起来并且移出压力机之外。使用一些专用器械,人们可以从这个层状系统中切割出板材,其长度大约1200mm到1300mm,厚度5-12mm,宽度大约200mm。最后,板材制品一般说来还要通过一次锯磨床加工,形成凸舌和凹槽,借助它们把板材互相拼接在一起,使之形成铺面用的地板或者墙板。
这种拼接的板材安装成块,就可成形为一种称之为叠层地板的地板铺面材料。
这类地板的欠缺之处在于,在板材之间有数量比较大的接头或者接缝。一方面,从审美观点看,这些缝隙是令人讨厌的;另一方面,随着时间的流逝,会留下或者形成许多裂缝或者裂口,致使湿气和污物渗入。湿气使板材损伤,污物则使其外观受到侵蚀,也很不卫生。
要是板材的宽度能大大超过200mm,那么接缝的数量本来是可以大大减少的。然而,由于生产方面的原因,现在还不可能生产能满足这种质量要求的板材。
生产方面的问题在于不同时间提供热量。在前面介绍的层状系统被置于下面一块热压板的顶面时,热量的提供来自下方,与之相接触的树脂随之熔化,而上表面上树脂仍然是固态。再有,当刚刚停止加压时,层状系统还暂时停放在下面一块压板上,这时来自上方的供热马上就中止了,因此板材上部区域中的树脂变硬会更快一些。总的说来,这些差异产生出一些微小的突起,它们在层状系统离开加压设备后会显示出来。
如果板材特别宽的话,上述突起会特别显眼。为了避免这种不希望出现的明显效应,通常把板材特地做窄一些。
本发明要强调的目的是,要在一块由板材构成的铺面地板中避免大量接缝。
为了达到这个目的,要借助于一种具有第一项权利要求中所陈述的诸项特征的装置。一种为达到这个目的所采用的方法包含了这项独立的权利要求所陈述的各项特点。按照这个方法所生产的产品也包含了针对板材的从属权利要求的各项特点。
该装置包含有夹具,它们用来夹住前述那种类型的一个层状系统并且把它移送到一个压力机的两个压板之间。通过加热装置将压力机加热到工作温度。还提供了一些搬运装置,用来移动两个压板使之同时与层状系统接触并对它施压。选择两块压板相对于夹具的位置,使得夹具不能够进入两块压板之间。经过足够长时间的加压后,两块压板要同时从层状系统移开。然后,再用已知的方式对这样压制后的层状系统进行进一步的加工处理。
依照本发明,在这个装置中,热量是同时提供的,树脂在不同时间发生熔化和硬化的现象是不会出现的,从而避免相应的变形发生。因此,使生产出比通常板材宽得多、具有很高质量的板材成为可能。
这样生产出的板材符合质量要求,其尺寸的宽度在300mm以上。尺寸超过600mm的板材也仍然具有期望的质量。不过,由于通常板材长度可达2000mm,因此具有如此宽度的板材搬运起来不再那么顺手。所以,如果以普通的消费者来代表目标群体的话,那么生产宽度超过600mm尺寸的板材便不再明智了,而生产宽度为380到400mm的板材是可取的,因为这已经相当于通常板材宽度的两倍了。
前述突起的问题仅与薄板材有关,特别是指那些厚度在12mm以下的板材。在两面开始加热的时间差为几秒钟的生产过程中,板材越厚,引起的表面变形就越小。厚度比5mm小的板材太脆弱,因此根据经验,至少5mm的厚度应当看作是下限。
加压过程中,层状系统上下两面所处的温度可能不同。一般说来,当采用的树脂具有不同熔点时,这种情况就会出现。因此从上面或者从下面加温时特定的操作温度应当与特定的熔点相适应。为了获得期望的好结果,至少10%的温度差常常是必要的。温度差超过10℃是正常的,特殊情况下超过20℃。各种具体情况下的最适宜温度可以经过几次试验来获得。
当然,对于宽型板材的生产来说,要求它们具有本发明特指的设计特点,并不是绝对必要的。重要的一点在于,常见的双面供热并不是在几秒时间滞后下完成的。这既适用于供热开始,也适用于供热结束。因此避免了树脂在不同时间熔化或者再固化的现象。再者,设计在加压时板材上下两面处于不同温度,在许多情况下是必要的。大大地减少了由生产过程引起的突起。
在加热和加压综合过程中,温度一般在150到220℃之间。在上表面上的主导温度与下表面可能不同,例如可相差20℃。
当板材放置到一块地面上,这块地面的任何不平整都会移转到由板材构成的地板上。造成这类不平整的原因可能是那些砂粒或碎小的石子,它们令人讨厌地存在在地面和放在其上的板材之间。在这种情况下,接缝也就是在板材之间的那些连接处,会承受强大的张力。由于杠杆作用,一块板材愈宽,这种张力越强。而按照本发明生产的板材,由于可以具有超过300mm的宽度,因此必须用一种特别稳妥的方式连接以便对付上述张力。
因此,在本发明的开发过程中,宽度至少为300mm较特殊情况下至少为380mm的板材,是以双凸舌和双凹槽横向拼接两块板材为其特色的。这种双舌双槽设计,根据权利要求书,是指一块板材的各个边部都有一个凹槽和一个凸舌,并且一高一低安放这肯定是从出版物EP 0906994中得知的,然而那指的不是宽度超过300mm的板材。
另外,按照这个工艺生产的板材,进一步包含了一些固定元件把板材固定在一起而不用胶粘。这样不用粘胶实施拼接的固定元件实际上也是众所皆知的,例如从出版物EP 0877130 A2,EP 0855482B1,US 5,295,341或者US 4,426,820中就可以看到。然而实践表明,借助于已知的生产技术足够严格地进行生产,以避免例如象出版物EP 0855482B1所述的缝隙楔形,是几乎不可能的。按照本发明,只有无弯曲的产品才能使严格的生产成为可能,以致两块板材能可靠地、无隙地并且准确地拼接在一起。
本发明借助于两幅图件来作更详细的描述。
图1是一种装置的轮廓图,该装置用来对一个层状系统加压以生产一种地板用的板材。层状系统1包含了一块基板和几片薄膜、纸制网或类似材料,后者置于所说的基板上下两侧并浸满了树脂。借助于活动夹具2,层状系统被运送到一个压力机的两块压板4之间如图中的箭头3所示。夹具2以这种方式安放在与压板4横向毗邻的地方。这样放置夹具,使它们在加压过程中不会处于压板4之间。压板4通过一些图中未画出的加热元件加温到接近200℃。每个压板上的温度严格地调节到要熔化的树脂的熔点。
当层状系统1处于压板4之间时,压板4沿着箭头5的方向移动,也就是在层状系统1的方向上移动。两块压板4的运动,要使得它们在同一时间与层状系统接触并且对其施压。结果,该层状系统同时受到来自上下两侧的温度和压力的作用,在基板两侧的树脂同时熔化,并且不会出现如前述在先前技术中出现过的几秒钟时间滞后问题。
当层状系统充分受压之后,压板4同时从层状系统上沿着和箭头5所示相反的方向移开。结果,供热同时停止,于是,树脂也就是粘着物,同时固化。
采用图1所示的方法,或者采用这种压力机,生产出一个特别平直的经过压制的层状系统,将它以众所周知的方式切割成宽度至少为300mm、长度至少为800mm的板材。最后锯切加工凸舌和凹槽或者用于拼接板材的类似元件,从而形成一块铺面用的地板。
在图2上画的是两块板材6,横向拼接到一起,在它们之间有一条接合线7。一般说来,这条结合线是在板材的边部专门加工凸舌和凹槽(图中未显示)的过程中产生的。在板材的边部提供双凸舌双凹槽是有益的。一块板材的一根凸舌插到相邻板材相应凹槽中并且用胶粘连,当胶变干时,两块板材就拼接在一起了。
如果由于地面不平导致有一个来自下方的力沿箭头8的方向施加上来,接合线7就承受了一个强机械载荷,这个载荷力取决于杠杆作用。板材越宽,杠杆作用越大。通过双凸舌和双凹槽,就创造出能够支承这种载荷的、特别稳妥的接合部来。
作为能够用来拼接板材又不用胶粘的附加固定元件,在一块板材的下侧至少设计一个凹槽,而另一块的板材至少有一个凸舌。这个凸舌的设计,要使之能锁进在两块拼接在一起的板材的下侧的凹槽之中。

Claims (14)

1.一种压力机,用于对一个层状系统加压来生产板材特别是地板用的板材,包含:两块被加热了的压板;夹具兼运送装置,用它们可将一个用于生产地板板材的5到12mm厚的层状系统夹紧并移送到压力机的两块压板之间;移动装置,用于移动被加热了的压板使之与层状系统接触并对之加压,选择好被加热的压板与夹具的相对位置,使夹具处于压板的相邻处,其特征在于,将移动装置控制为使两个受热的加压板同时到达并且同时离开层状系统。
2.按照权利要求1所述的压力机,其特征在于,受热的压板可以借助于加热装置加热到150℃到250℃之间。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的压力机,其特征在于,一块压板的表面大小至少为1平方米,通过压板对要被压制的一个层状系统加压。

5.一种用于生产板材的方法,由下列步骤组成:
一个备有一种可熔胶的层状系统,置于一个压力机中,在其两侧加压和加温,因而使该层状系统粘连成一体;
在两个侧面使粘胶物熔化的加温作用同时发生;
由层状系统制成板材,至少300mm宽、800mm长、厚度不大于15mm。
