Abstract
一种颜色玻璃着色剂及制备工艺。它采用铅硼配方,且在配方中添加锌、铬、锂成分,通过助熔剂配制,熔釉粉制备,色素配制,着色剂制备等工艺流程,获得颗粒状颜色玻璃蓝色着色剂,采用该新型着色剂,产品质量稳定,克服了同类产品易出现色道、气泡的不足,使用方便,效果优于同类着色剂,生产成本大大降低,能替代进口产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃着色剂化合物及制备方法。
背景技术
20世纪60年代末,颜色玻璃开始在国外出现,我国于70年代开始研究,起初是在道中加入粉末状色素,色素熔化后经搅拌作用,使其与基础玻璃混合成均一的物质,经均化后成形,然而这种颜色玻璃只得到有限的推广。第一,在向玻璃液中加入着色剂时会产生许多困难,第二,对玻璃液进行二次加热有不良影响,主要问题是出现二次气泡。后使用美国进口颗粒状着色剂,该着色剂一般采用含硼配方,虽有改进,但仍存在产品质量不稳定,极易出现色道、气泡、色块等缺陷,且产品进口,价格昂贵,急需替代产品。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术价格昂贵,产品质量不稳定,应用效果不理想,极易出现色道、气泡、色块等缺陷,本发明提供一种新的颜色玻璃着色剂及生产工艺。
本发明所提供的新的颜色玻璃蓝色着色剂,采用铅硼配方,且在配方中添加锌、铬、锂成分,其化学成分如下:SiO215-17%;AI2O33-5%;PbO25-30%;B2O33-6%;CuO35-40%;Co2O30.2-0.5%;MnO20.5-1%;Cr2O31-2%;R2O10-18%;ZnO4-5%。
上述的化合物可以通过如下的方法来制备。
(a)助熔剂的配制:助熔剂原料配比为SiO230-35%;AI2O36-10%;CaO0.5-2%;MgO0.1-1%;PbO45-50%;B2O34-8%;K2O+Na2O10-15%;
(b)熔釉粉的制备:助熔剂按上述化学组成配料后在坩埚中加温1100-1200℃熔制,高温保温40-60min,经水淬,球磨、干燥、过筛得到熔釉粉。
(c)色素的配制,蓝色剂采用铜、钴系色剂,其原料配方:CuO70-80%;Co2O30.5-1%;MnO22-5%;Cr2O33-5%;ZnO8-10%;Li2CO38-10%;B2O33-5%。将硼砂先溶于水中,其余原料混匀后粉料加入,拌匀烘干,球磨,过筛,得到色素
(d)着色剂的制备:将助熔剂与色素按2∶1比例混合后在坩埚中熔融,然后注入冷水中淬裂,干燥后破碎过筛,得蓝色颗粒剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明
本发明所指的颜色玻璃蓝色着色剂的制备通过以下工艺方法实现。
一、助熔剂的配制
为了适应料道的作业温度及玻璃基础料的化学组成及化学性质。减少PbO,B2O3等原料的挥发量,助熔剂选用下列原料配比:SiO230-35%;AI2O33-5%;CaO0.5-2%;MgO0.1-1%;PbO45-50%;B2O34-8%;K2O+Na2O10-15%。
二、熔釉粉的制备
助熔剂按其上述配比组成配料后在坩埚中熔制成玻璃体,熔制温度为1180℃左右,最高温度保持45min,然后倒入水中进行水淬,水淬后的溶釉球磨28小时。干燥后过80日筛,得到釉粉。
三、色素的配制
蓝色着色剂采用铜、钴系色剂,其色素原料配比:CuO70-80%;Co2O30.5-1%;MnO22-5%;Cr2O33-5%;ZnO8-10%;Li2CO38-10%;B2O33-5%。色素所用原料均采用化学纯原料,要求质量稳定,硼砂先溶于水中,将其余原料混匀后粉料加入、拌匀烘干,球磨25小时左右,过280目筛,得到色素。
一、着色剂的制备
将助熔剂与色素按2∶1比例混合后,在坩埚内熔融,然后注入冷水中淬裂,干燥后破碎过4目,10目筛,中间颗粒即为颗粒状蓝色着色剂,其主要化学成分:SiO215-17%;AI2O33-5%;PbO25-30%;B2O33-6%;CuO35-40%;Co2O30.2-0.5%;MnO20.5-1%;Cr2O31-2%;R2O10-18%;ZnO4-5%。
Claims (1)
1、一种颜色玻璃蓝色着色剂,其特征在于这种着色剂是采用下述步骤的方法来制备:
(a)助熔剂原料配比以百分重量计为SiO230-35%;Al2O36-10%;CaO0.5-2%;MgO0.1-1%;PbO45-50%;B2O34-8%;K2O+Na2O10-15%;
(b)助熔剂的制备:将上述的助熔剂原料置于坩埚中,在1100-1200℃下加热40-60分钟,再经水淬,球磨、干燥、过筛得到所述的助熔剂;
(c)色素配制,色素原料配比以百分重量计为CuO70-80%;Co2O30.5-1%;MnO22-5%;Cr2O33-5%;ZnO8-10%;Li2CO38-10%;B2O33-5%,先将硼砂溶于水中,再加入混匀后的其余原料,拌匀烘干,球磨,过筛得到所述的色素;
(d)将上述的助熔剂与上述的色素按照重量比2∶1混合,再在坩埚中熔融,然后注入冷水中淬裂,干燥后破碎过筛得到所述的颜色玻璃蓝色着色剂。
