Abstract

Description
本发明涉及车辆例如摩托车或赛车驾驶员戴的头盔。
现在大家熟知头盔,如日本公开专利公告平6-240508中公开的头盔。在这种头盔中,在外壳和嵌在外壳内的冲击吸收垫之间或两层冲击吸收垫之间放置了用强化纤维作的增强织物,并使其固定在外壳和冲击吸收垫上,以便获得改进的冲击吸收性能而又不增加外壳的厚度。
作用在头盔上的负载大致可分成方向对着头盔中心的负载以及偏离该中心沿切线方向的负载(转动分量)。在通常的头盔中两种负载均可通过衬垫等的形变而被吸收。
本发明提出一种能够有效吸收该转动分量的头盔。
为此本发明提供了一种头盔,这种头盔具有贴合在外壳内侧的冲击吸收垫,其中在外壳和冲击吸收垫之间配置一层弹性体,以便吸收具有方向沿外壳外表面的力分量的冲击力。
按照本发明,因为戴用人的头部和外壳不是彼此固定的,所以当冲击力从外面作用在头盔上时,该头盔不仅可以吸收前移加速度即方向垂直于外壳外表面的加速度分量,而且还可吸收转动加速度即方向沿外壳外表面的加速度分量。
按照本发明的另一方面,提供了一种头盔,该头盔具有贴合在外壳内侧的冲击吸收垫,其中冲击吸收垫被分开成外衬垫和内衬垫,并在该外衬垫和内衬垫之间配置一层弹性体层,以便吸收具有方向沿外壳外表面的力分量的冲击力。
在这种头盔中也是当冲击力从外边作用于头盔时,该头盔不仅可以吸收前移加速度即方向垂直于外壳外表面的加速度分量,而且还可以吸收转动加速度即方向沿外壳外表面的加速度分量。
该弹性体可以是凝胶。当冲击力作用于头盔时,它可以有效吸收转动加速度即方向沿外壳外表面的加速度分量。
外衬垫和内衬垫的分开表面沿一个球面形成。因为吸收弹性体层沿球面配置,所以外衬垫和内衬垫可以容易地相对滑动,因而转动方向的自由度变大,可以有效地吸收冲击力的转动分量。

图1是垂直截面图,示出本发明的一个实施例。头盔10具有用纤维增强塑料(FRP)作的外壳11和嵌在外壳11内侧的苯乙烯泡塑作的冲击吸收垫12。冲击吸收垫12分开成外衬垫13和内衬垫14,这些衬垫具有不同的相应发泡倍率并彼此粘接在一起。在此实施例中,吸收弹性体15配置在外壳11和外衬垫13之间、并粘接于外壳11和外衬垫13。
本实施例的头盔作成戴用人的头和外壳11彼此不固定。因此,当冲击力从外面作用于头盔时,该头盔不仅可以吸收前移加速度即方向垂直于外壳11外表面的加速度分量,而且还可吸收转动加速度即方向沿着外壳11外表面的加速度分量。
至于吸收弹性体15,可以应用滑脂状的材料或凝胶状的材料,具体采用凝胶、NP凝胶(注册商标)和泡沫凝胶。对于下面将说明的其它实施例,这一点是相同的。
图2是垂直截面图,示出本发明的第二实施例。头灰20具有通过注射模制尼龙得到的外壳21和苯乙烯泡塑作的冲击吸收垫22,该吸收垫贴合在和粘接在外壳21的内侧。该冲击吸收垫22分开成外衬垫23和内衬垫24,其分开表面沿球面26延伸。在此实施例中,吸收弹性体层25配置在外衬垫23和内衬垫24之间,并粘接于两个冲击吸收垫23和24。
在此实施例中也是因为戴头盔的头部不固定于外壳21,所以当冲击力从外边作用于头盔时,该头盔不仅可以吸收前移力分量即方向垂直于外壳21外表面的力分量,而且还可吸收转动力分量即方向沿外壳21外表面的力分量。在此实施例中,因为在外衬垫23和内衬垫24之间的分开表面是球表面,而且吸收弹性体层25沿此球面配置,所以外衬垫23和内衬垫24容易相对滑动,而且转动方向的自由度变大,因而可以有效地吸收冲击力的转动力分量。
图3是垂直截面图,示出本发明的第三实施例。头盔30具有通过注射模制聚丙烯得到的外壳31和苯乙烯泡塑作的冲击吸收垫32,该吸收垫贴合在和粘接于外壳31的内侧。该冲击吸收垫32由分开面分开成两层,该分开面沿球表面36延伸,而且吸收弹性体层35配置在外衬垫33和内衬垫34之间,并粘接在这些衬垫上。在此实施例中,在内衬垫34的边缘上形成向外的法兰34C。
本实施例的效用与上述第二实施例的效用相同。然而在外衬垫33和内衬垫34相对地转到一定限度时,法兰34C便碰到外衬垫33的边缘,从而制止过分地转动。
虽然法兰34C可朝外地形成在内衬垫34的边缘上,但法兰还可朝内地形成在外衬垫33的边缘上,使得该法兰碰到内衬垫34的边缘。
图4是垂直截面图,示出本发明的第四实施例。头盔40具有外壳41和冲击吸收垫42,该吸收垫贴合和粘接于外壳41的内侧。冲击吸收垫42由分开面分成外衬垫43和内衬垫44,该分开面沿球表面46延伸。在此实施例中,在外衬垫43的部分上形成凹部43a,而在内衬垫44的对着该凹部43a的部分上形成凸部44b,使得该凸部44b可以嵌入凹部43a。
根据此实施例,内衬垫44正常情况固定于外衬垫,以阻止由吸收弹性体引起的不必要的运动,但是当具有方向沿外壳41外表面的分力的冲击力作用于头盔时,凸部44b便受到破坏,允许进行运动,从而可以吸收冲击力的该分力。本实施例当然可以达到上述第二实施例的所有效果。
与上面相反,可以在内衬垫44上形成凹部,而在外衬垫43上形成凸部。也可以形成许多对凸部和凹部。
图5是垂直截面图,示出本发明的第五实施例。头盔50具有外壳51和冲击吸收垫52,该吸收垫贴合于和粘接在外壳51的内侧。冲击吸收垫52由分开表面分开为外衬垫53和内衬垫54,该分开面沿球面56延伸。外衬垫53和内衬垫54分别具有彼此相对的凹部53a、54a。在由相应凹部53a、54a形成的各个空间内配置一层吸收弹性体55,该弹性体粘接在外衬垫53和内衬垫54上。另外,外衬垫53和内衬垫54彼此粘接在一起。
此实施例的效果与第二实施例的效果相同。在此实施例中,在剪切方向应用吸收弹性体层55。
图6是垂直截面图,示出本发明的第六实施例。头盔60包括外壳61和冲击吸收垫62,该吸收垫贴合在和粘接在外壳61的内侧。冲击吸收垫62由分开面分开成外衬垫63和内衬垫64,该分开面沿球面66延伸。外衬垫63具有宽的空腔63a和窄的凸部63b,而内衬垫64也具有宽的空腔64a和窄的凸部64b。在外衬垫63和内衬垫64之间形成的各个空间内配置一层吸收弹性体65;该弹性体粘接于外衬垫63和内衬垫64。
本实施例获得的效果与第五实施例的效果相同。但吸收弹性体层在压缩方向发挥作用。
图7是横截面示意图,示出本发明的第七实施例,而图8的横截面图示出在吸收冲击后的头盔状态。
在图7中,头盔70包括外壳71和冲击吸收垫72,该吸收垫72贴合于和粘接于外壳71的内侧。该冲击吸收垫72被分开成外衬垫73和内衬垫74,并且吸收弹性体层75配置在该外衬垫73和内衬垫74之间,并粘接于该外衬垫73和内衬垫74。在此实施例中,外衬垫73和内衬垫74的分开表面不是球面。
当具有转动分量的冲击力从外面作用于头盔70而使外衬垫73和内衬垫74相对转动时,吸收弹性体层75便发生形变,使得其一部分被压缩而压扁,而另一部分则膨胀形成空腔。由此可制止过份转动。
图9是截面图,示出本发明的第八实施例。和第二至第七实施例相类似,吸收弹性体层85配置在外衬垫83和内衬垫84之间,并粘接于两个衬垫83、84。然而在此实施例中,其中具有空气腔85d的凝胶被用作吸收弹性体层85。空气腔85d可以是气泡。
按照此实施例,空气腔85d中的空气提高了气垫作用,有利于减小头盔的重量。
图10是横截面图,示出本发明的第九实施例。按照此实施例,在外衬垫93和内衬垫94之间配置一些吸收弹性体层95,使得这些弹性体层将适当数目的间隔形成为空气腔97。吸收弹性体层95粘接于外衬垫93和内衬垫94上。此实施例表现的效果与第八实施例的效果相同。
在上述实施例中,在不影响上述效果的范围内,可将衬垫的内侧部分地接通外壳的外侧,以便于通气。
Claims (4)
1.一种头盔,具有贴合于外壳内侧的冲击吸收垫,其特征在于,一弹性体配置在上述外壳和上述冲击吸收垫之间,以便吸收具有沿上述外壳外表面方向的分力的冲击力。
2.一种头盔,具有贴合于外壳内侧的冲击吸收垫,其特征在于,上述冲击吸收垫分开成外衬层和内衬层,而在该外衬层和内衬层之间配置一弹性体层,以便吸收具有沿上述外壳外表面方向的分力的冲击力。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的头盔,其特征在于,上述弹性体是凝胶。
4.如权利要求2所述的头盔,其特征在于,上述外衬垫和上述内衬垫的分开表面形成为球面。
