整个试验期间,每天做好详细记录,包括鸡群的健康状况,发病、死亡的鸡数,诊断结果,药耗费用,用料量等。During the entire test period, detailed records were made every day, including the health status of the flock, the number of chickens that were sick and dead, the diagnosis results, the cost of medicine consumption, and the amount of materials used.

2结果2 results

2.1试验全期各组临床表现2.1 Clinical manifestations of each group during the whole trial period

免疫后第13~14天,3组鸡只均出现不同程度的血便,尤以第1组最严重,每平方米面积约有10~15堆,死鸡9只;而第2组和第3组症状较轻,每平方米面积仅有1~3堆血便。立即应用球速克进行治疗,到免疫后第15天时情况已基本好转,球虫病得到控制,以后再未发现有临床球虫病。On the 13th to 14th day after immunization, the chickens in the three groups all had different degrees of bloody feces, especially the first group was the most serious, with about 10 to 15 piles per square meter and 9 dead chickens; while the second and third groups The symptoms of the group were mild, with only 1 to 3 heaps of bloody stools per square meter. 从表3可见,3组均于10d时卵囊数最高,以后迅速下降,30d降到最低点,到40d时略有回升。这种变化趋势尤以第2组(不停水饮水免疫组)最明显,10d其OPG值达31745±1025,显著高于第1组和第3组(P<0.05),20d时迅速降为1460±541,至30d时其OPG值更低,只有90±49。It can be seen from Table 3 that the number of oocysts in the three groups was the highest at 10 days, then decreased rapidly, reached the lowest point at 30 days, and rose slightly at 40 days. 3结论3 Conclusion

从上述各项指标来看,第2组不停水免疫的接种方法的免疫结果较为理想,并且采取不停水饮水免疫,使鸡只免受因停水、捉鸡的应激。Judging from the above indicators, the immunization results of the vaccination method of non-stop water immunization in the second group were relatively ideal, and non-stop water drinking immunization was adopted to protect the chickens from the stress of water shortage and catching chickens.
