Abstract
本发明公开了一种壳聚糖及胶原生物复合加药创可贴,含有外层压敏胶水刺布、中层吸水垫、内层无纺布、壳聚糖、I型胶原、药剂,而内层无纺布、壳聚糖、I型胶原、药剂四者重量配比为:无纺布∶壳聚糖∶I型胶原∶药剂为:(75-90)∶(1-10)∶(1-10)∶(0.05-5)。本发明生物复合创可贴用于创面愈合、具有良好的渗透性、弹性和柔韧性,既结构简单又结合了药的特性,使伤口能及时得到药物的治疗;而且具有生物活性,可以生物降解、抑制致病微生物生长,不仅成本低、使用方便,而且由于改良的生物学性能而便于家居生活应急之用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械敷料,尤其涉及一种方便实用的复合创可贴。
背景技术
创面修复是外科乃至整个医学界所面临的最重要、最基本的问题之一。专家们预测,21世纪中,创伤的人数将成倍增长。创面敷料的使用需求也将会面临一个持续上升的新高潮。传统的敷料(纱布)常因血液凝固而附着于伤口面上,换药物时,伤口新生肉芽反复受损坏,延长了伤口愈合时间,给患者也带来了难以忍受的痛苦。随着现代医学,特别是分子生物学的迅速发展,现代研制敷料的概念已发生了根本的变化,即敷料不仅要覆盖创面,还应具有促进组织修复的功能,为新生组织提供生长环境,加速创口愈合、减少疤痕、防止细菌污染。
国内外已发表的研究文献和发明专利显示,用治愈伤口的创可贴具有良好的透气性和一定的透水性,并且方便实用,对创伤起到了包扎、隔离、防护等一定的应急作用。但创可贴本身对伤口不能真正起到治疗作用,而且长时间敷贴后,伤口炎症不能及时得到药物有效的治疗,又阻碍了伤口周围血液的正常循环,从而进一步恶化创伤炎症,影响人体健康。
胶原是制作复合生物敷料的常用原料。由于胶原在进化上十分保守,种属间差异很小,因而纯化的胶原有良好的生物相容性,不会引起异物、炎症和排斥反应,并且有较好的生物可降解性。胶原还具有与皮肤相似的粘附性。它的主要缺点是弹性差和有潜在感染危险。
壳聚糖从蟹壳、虾皮或真菌的膜中提取并经脱乙酰化而形成的一种多聚糖胺,对机体无毒,与生物体有良好的相容性,易于化学改性,并对许多细菌和真菌有较好的抗菌作用,还有良好的生物可降解性,它对创面渗出液吸收性好,透气性好,对伤口渗血有止血作用,且能促进创面愈合,并可作为药物的缓释放载体。但早期粘附性差、顺应性和弹性较差是其缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种添加有生物活性辅料、用于创面愈合、具有良好的渗透性、弹性和柔韧性的新型生物复合创可贴。
本发明所述的生物复合创可贴含有外层压敏胶水刺布、中层吸水垫、内层无纺布、壳聚糖、I型胶原、药剂,而内层无纺布、壳聚糖、I型胶原、药剂四者重量配比为:无纺布∶壳聚糖∶I型胶原∶药剂为:(75-90)∶(1-10)∶(1-10)∶(0.05-5)。
本发明药剂可为药剂为镇痛、消炎、抑菌、利于组织恢复的中、西合剂。
本发明药剂制备工艺为:选择壳聚糖、I型胶原和药剂,用缓冲液中和、乳化后,制得均一溶液,将内层无纺布浸于此溶液中,几分钟后取出红外线照射干燥,再与外层压敏胶水刺布、中层吸水垫复合后,经环氧乙烷辐照消毒制得。
本发明的生物复合创可贴用于创面愈合、具有良好的渗透性、弹性和柔韧性,既结构简单又结合了药的特性,使伤口能及时得到药物的治疗;而且具有生物活性,可以生物降解、抑制致病微生物生长,不仅成本低、使用方便,而且由于改良的生物学性能而便于家居生活应急之用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
称取壳聚糖1kg和明胶1kg溶于0.05M醋酸至2%(W/V),加入0.01kg单硬酯酸甘油酯搅匀,用胶体磨将溶液磨成均一液体,加入0.05%醋酸洗必泰1kg,再加入缓冲液调整溶液PH值至5-7,在室温下将该溶液搅拌1小时,然后在室温下保温一夜而在无尘气氛中除去溶液中残存的气泡,将8.5kg无纺布浸入此均匀溶液中。取出无纺布,经干燥通道红外灯照射后干燥,其它同一般创可贴制作,再经内外包装后经环氧乙烷辐照消毒即可入库。
实施例2
称取壳聚糖1 kg和明胶1kg溶于0.05M醋酸至2%(W/V),加入0.01kg单硬酯酸甘油酯搅匀,用胶体磨将溶液磨成均一液体,加入0.1%6-氨基己酸0.1kg,再加入缓冲液调整溶液PH值至5-7,在室温下将该溶液搅拌1小时,然后在室温下保温一夜而在无尘气氛中除去溶液中残存的气泡,将8.5kg无纺布浸入此均匀溶液中。取出无纺布,经干燥通道红外灯照射后干燥,其它同一般创可贴制作,再经内外包装后经环氧乙烷辐照消毒即可入库。
Claims (2)
1、一种生物复合创可贴,其上附有药剂,其特征在于:含有无纺布、壳聚糖、I型胶原,此三者与药剂重量配比为:无纺布∶壳聚糖∶I型胶原∶药剂为:(75-90)∶(1-10)∶(1-10)∶(0.05-5)。
2、2、根据权利要求1所述的生物复合创可贴,其特征在于:药剂为镇痛、消炎、抑菌、止血、利于组织恢复的中、西合剂。
