Abstract
本发明公开了一种食品包装用复合材料及其生产方法。所述的食品包装用复合材料包含有芯层,在芯层上侧涂布了聚乳酸层,在芯层下侧涂布了聚乙烯醇层。聚乳酸和聚乙烯醇分别被涂布到芯层的上侧和下侧用的是挤出法或涂敷法。本发明所述的食品包装用复合材料具有易自然降解和较好的折叠性、防水性、隔气性、热封性,十分适合用于制作液体食品包装容器。
Description
本发明属于食品包装领域，涉及一种食品包装用复合材料及其生产方法。
在1991年公开的中国专利1055506A(申请号为90105802.5)介绍了一种三层塑料复合薄膜。但用这种复合薄膜较难制作有一定折叠形状的液体食品包装容器，而且，这种复合薄膜在自然条件下不易降解，不利于环境保护。
本发明的目的是针对上述不足，研制出一种食品包装用复合材料及其生产方法。
本发明的实施方案是：一种食品包装用复合材料，包含有芯层，在芯层上侧涂布了聚乳酸层，在芯层下侧涂布了聚乙烯醇层。
上述食品包装用复合材料的生产方法，所述的生产方法为挤出法或涂敷法，挤出法的生产工艺是用挤出机将聚乳酸挤出到芯层上侧，使聚乳酸以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层上侧，用挤出机将聚乙烯醇挤出到芯层下侧，使聚乙烯醇以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层下侧；涂敷法的生产工艺是用涂敷设备，使聚乳酸以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的上侧，使聚乙烯醇以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的下侧。
本发明的优点：一是所述的食品包装用复合材料可以根据液体食品的包装需要，折叠成相应的包装形状；二是所述的食品包装用复合材料采用了聚乳酸和聚乙烯醇作为外层，因此，它较易在自然条件下降解；三是所述的食品包装用复合材料具有较好的防水、隔气和热封性能。
图1是本发明的结构示意图。
图2是方形液体食品包装盒的结构示意图。
图3是屋顶形液体食品包装盒的结构示意图。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示，本发明包括芯层、聚乳酸层(1)和聚乙烯醇层(5)，聚乳酸层(1)涂布于芯层上侧，聚乙烯醇层(5)涂布于芯层下侧。上述芯层是由二层纸层(2)(4)和一层聚乙烯醇层(3)组成，聚乙烯醇层(3)位于二层纸层(2)(4)之间。纸层(2)(4)所用的材料主要是植物纤维。
上述食品包装用复合材料的生产方法为挤出法，挤出法的生产工艺是：用挤出机将聚乳酸挤出到芯层上侧，使聚乳酸以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层上侧，用挤出机将聚乙烯醇挤出到芯层下侧，使聚乙烯醇以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的下侧。
上述食品包装用复合材料的生产方法也可以为涂敷法，涂敷法的生产工艺是：用涂敷设备，使聚乳酸以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的上侧，使聚乙烯醇以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的下侧。
上述食品包装用复合材料的纸层(2)(4)所用的材料可以以合成纤维为主。
本发明所述的食品包装用复合材料可要制成如图2所示的方形液体食品包装盒，也可以制成如图3所示的屋顶形液体食品包装盒，或者是其它形状的液体食品包装容器。
Claims (4)
1、一种食品包装用复合材料，包含有芯层，其特征在于在芯层上侧涂布了聚乳酸层，在芯层下侧涂布了聚乙烯醇层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用复合材料，其特征在于芯层是由二层纸层和一层聚乙烯醇层组成，聚乙烯醇层位于二层纸层之间。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种食品包装用复合材料，其特征在于纸层所用的材料主要是植物纤维或合成纤维。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用复合材料的生产方法，其特征在于所述的生产方法为挤出法或涂敷法；挤出法的生产工艺是用挤出机将聚乳酸挤出到芯层上侧，使聚乳酸以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层上侧，用挤出机将聚乙烯醇挤出到芯层下侧，使聚乙烯醇以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层下侧；涂敷法的生产工艺是用涂敷设备，使聚乳酸以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的上侧，使聚乙烯醇以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层的下侧。
