Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品包装用复合材料，它包括芯层和外层，在芯层上涂布了外层，该外层为聚乳酸层或聚乳酸共聚物层；芯层为双层结构，该双层结构可以是由纸层和塑料层组成、也可以是由纸层和铝箔层组成、或者是由铝箔层和塑料层组成。本发明适合用于制作液体食品包装袋。

                    技术领域
本发明属于食品包装领域，涉及一种食品包装用复合材料。
                    背景技术
在1991年公开的中国专利1055506A(申请号为90105802.5)介绍了一种三层塑料复合薄膜。但用这种复合薄膜较难制作有一定折叠形状的液体食品包装容器，而且，这种复合薄膜在自然条件下不易降解，不利于环境保护。
                    发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述不足，研制出一种食品包装用复合材料。
本发明的实施方案是：一种食品包装用复合材料，包括芯层和外层，在芯层上涂布了外层，该外层为聚乳酸层或聚乳酸共聚物层；芯层为双层结构，该双层结构可以是由纸层和塑料层组成、也可以是由纸层和铝箔层组成、或者是由铝箔层和塑料层组成。
本发明的优点：所述的食品包装用复合材料可以根据液体食品的包装需要，折叠成相应的包装形状；该食品包装用复合材料的外层为聚乳酸层或聚乳酸共聚物层，故较易在自然条件下降解。

                     具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示，本发明包括芯层1和二层外层2，外层为聚乳酸层或聚乳酸共聚物层，该二层外层2分别被涂布于芯层1的上侧和下侧。芯层1为双层结构，该双层结构是由纸层和塑料层组成。
纸层所用的材料主要是植物纤维或合成纤维，塑料层所用的材料主要是聚烯烃类。
芯层1的双层结构也可以是由纸层和铝箔层组成。

上述食品包装用复合材料的外层2可以为一层，该一层外层2被涂布于芯层1的一侧。
上述食品包装用复合材料的生产方法为挤出法，挤出法的生产工艺是用挤出机将聚乳酸或聚乳酸共聚物挤出到芯层1上，使聚乳酸或聚乳酸共聚物以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层1上。
上述食品包装用复合材料的生产方法也可以为涂敷法，涂敷法的生产工艺是用涂敷设备，使聚乳酸或聚乳酸共聚物以薄层的形式被涂布到芯层1上。

Claims (4)

1、一种食品包装用复合材料，包括芯层和外层，其特征在于在芯层上涂布了外层，该外层为聚乳酸层或聚乳酸共聚物层；芯层为双层结构，该双层结构可以是由纸层和塑料层组成、也可以是由纸层和铝箔层组成、或者是由铝箔层和塑料层组成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用复合材料，其特征在于纸层所用的材料主要是植物纤维或合成纤维，塑料层所用的材料主要是聚烯烃类。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用复合材料，其特征在于外层为二层，该二层外层分别被涂布于芯层的上侧和下侧。
4、根据权利要求1所述的一种食品包装用复合材料，其特征在于外层可以为一层，该一层外层被涂布于芯层的一侧。
