本发明涉及食品的技术领域,具体地说是一种口腔清洁糖。
由于地球上空气和水质的污染,给人类的健康带来了很大的伤害,口腔疾病首当其冲,从近年来发展的趋势看,上呼吸道疾病居高不下,由吸入造成的急慢性呼吸道疾病、由食入造成的消化道疾病乃至各种顽症都冲口而来,而口香糖已被世界公认是口腔清洁的唯一糖果,但是口香糖多年来一直存在缺陷,即不能吞咽,原因是含有橡胶基,口香糖的起泡成分是胶母,它除了含有聚醋酸乙烯树脂外,还含有一种对人体健康带来不良影响的增塑剂(DPOP),另外过多食用,会使口腔内的酸度增高,以致易患龋齿,而且把带有胶母的口香糖吐到公共场所还造成了对环境的污染,中国专利CN1007521介绍了一种可食蛋白型口香糖的生产方法,它通过面粉水解提取湿的谷蛋白和湿的淀粉,再制成胶基和粘合剂,这种方法不仅存在提取工艺复杂,而且还消耗大量的面粉;食品科学1999(2)34-35期报导国外一种无糖口香糖的配方,它主要由山梨醇、木糖醇作为糖体,对龋齿和肥胖起到了一定的预防作用,但同时也采用了非糖质胶基,而胶基的长期使用对环境、对青少年的身体健康将是不利的,此外在中国专利CN1183911A、CN1081831、CN1115606、日本专利JP200072637、美国专利US5882631等专利虽具有清洁、防治一些口腔疾病的功能,但在配方中不是含有糖质(蔗糖和淀粉),就是含有胶基,对人体的健康、对环境均有不利影响。
本发明的目的在于提供一种蜂胶口腔清洁糖,它既可清洁口腔,又可食用,不含胶母,不会对环境造成污染。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:蜂胶口腔清洁糖,其特征在于:所述的清洁糖组分的重量百分比为,蜂胶0.2-25%、低聚异麦芽糖30-80%、增稠剂5-25%、乳化剂1-15%、酸味剂1-5%、螯合剂0.1-0.5%、增香剂0.025-1%。
本发明以糖果的形态,含有丰富的营养成分,它既可清洁口腔,又可食用,不含胶母,因此不象现有的口香糖那样需要将橡胶基吐出,不会对环境造成污染,改变了口香糖几十年来不能吞咽的问题,同时在配方中的一些成分对呼吸系统、消化系统、内分泌系统、心脑血管系统及免疫系统都有一定的保健作用,同时还具有镇痛、杀菌、促进组织再生和除臭的功效,对口腔的各类疾病有一定的防治作用,并可适合各种年龄、各种体质(包括糖尿病人)的群体食用,经上海市徐汇区卫生防疫站检测蜂胶口腔清洁糖的含水率小于15%(重量百分比),还原糖小于15%(以葡萄糖计)、铅(mg/kg)小于1、砷(mg/kg)小于0.5、铜(mg/kg)小于1。

本发明是一种蜂胶口腔清洁糖,它区别于现有技术在于:所述的清洁糖配方组分的重量百分比为,蜂胶0.2-25%、低聚异麦芽糖30-80%、增稠剂5-25%、乳化剂1-15%、酸味剂1-5%、螯合剂0.1-0.5%、增香剂0.025-1%和余量的水,配方中的蜂胶作为粘合剂,它集动植物之精华,是由二十余类、近三百多种成分组成的复杂天然化合物,其中包括三十多种芬香酯,三十多种黄酮化合物,包括黄酮、黄酮醇、黄烷醇、硒、钙、锌、铁、锰、铜、锶、镁、银等三十多种人体必须的微量元素,二十多种氨基酸,十余种芳香酸、脂肪酸、数种类固醇类、醇类、醛类、糖类、酮类化合物,是一种药食同源的天然资源,科学研究表明,蜂胶综合了许多对人体起特定作用的有效物质和营养素,是自然界稀有的能改变生命质量的天然物质;低聚异麦芽糖系国家“八五”科技攻关成果,是人体有益菌—双枝杆菌增值因子,医学上称双枝因子,在日本称为活性肠道滋补剂,人体的健康卫士;增稠剂主要起增稠和稳定的作用,在实施中增稠剂为,琼脂、卡拉胶、海藻胶、果胶,乳化剂可改变口感,具体为单甘酯、卵磷脂、蒸糖脂,其中的卵磷脂对生殖和发育、肝脏和心脏,对降低胆固醇,提高记忆力,对大脑和学习有重要的作用,酸味剂为,柠檬酸、苹果酸;螯合剂主要用于铁铜离子的螯合,为磷酸盐中的六偏磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐和三聚磷酸盐,增香剂为乙基麦芽酚、香兰素、果味香精,酸味剂和增香剂用于改善本清洁糖的口味,以下给出的实施例的配方组分均为重量百分比。

Claims (5)
1、蜂胶口腔清洁糖,其特征在于:所述的清洁糖组分的重量百分比为,蜂胶0.2-25%、低聚异麦芽糖30-80%、增稠剂5-25%、乳化剂1-15%、酸味剂1-5%、螯合剂0.1-0.5%、增香剂0.025-1%。
2、按权利要求1所述的蜂胶口腔清洁糖,其特征在于:增稠剂为,琼脂、卡拉胶、海藻胶、果胶。
3、按权利要求1所述的蜂胶口腔清洁糖,其特征在于:乳化剂为单甘酯、卵磷脂、蒸糖脂。
4、按权利要求1所述的蜂胶口腔清洁糖,其特征在于:酸味剂为,柠檬酸、苹果酸;螯合剂为磷酸盐中的六偏磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐和三聚磷酸盐。
5、按权利要求1所述的蜂胶口腔清洁糖,其特征在于:增香剂为乙基麦芽酚、香兰素、果味香精。
