本发明公开了一种对含锌矿或含锌工业废渣、烟尘通过浸取提纯后再进行电解的方法,用Ph值为8~9的氨水和氯化铵混合溶液在常温下充分搅拌浸取含锌物料,如氧化锌、氢氧化锌、碳酸锌、锌焙砂、锌渣灰,使锌与氨及NHCl溶液络合溶解,浸取时间0.5~3小时,浸取料液比为:Zn∶NHCl∶NH=1∶1.64~2.5∶0.52~0.8,液固比为4~8∶1,一次浸出率达90%以上,净化后浸取液在20~40℃,电流密度400~1500A/m,槽电压3~3.2V的条件下进行电解。
Description
本发明公开了一种对含锌矿或含锌工业废渣、烟尘通过浸取提纯后再进行电解的方法。
目前,普遍采用硫酸浸取制成硫酸锌,经净化后再电解来进行湿法炼锌,该工艺流程长,电耗大,净化中除铁过程较麻烦,因而不适合对含铁、钙较高的锌物料进行处理。中国专利89102917.6公开的“湿法炼锌”在生产过程中会产生氯气,污染环境,而且浸取和电解时有一定温度要求,因而耗能较高。
本发明提出一种湿法炼锌工艺,它具有工艺流程短、耗能少、产锌率高的优点。
本发明通过以下技术措施达到:
用Ph值为8~9的氨水和氯化铵混合溶液在常温下充分搅拌浸取含锌物料,如氧化锌、氢氧化锌、碳酸锌、锌焙砂、锌渣灰,使锌与氨及NHCl溶液络合溶解,浸取时间0.5~3小时。浸取料液比为:Zn∶NHCl∶NH=1∶1.64~2.5∶0.52~4.8,液固比为4~8∶1,一次浸出率达90%以上。由于浸取液中含游离氨,溶液呈碱性,因此酸溶性物质如铁、铅几乎不进入溶液而留在渣中,只需加入适量锌粉就可置换出铜、钻、镉等杂质,净化后的浸取液便可进行电解,调控电解条件,阴极上析出金属锌或活性锌粉,阳极上放出氮气或氧气。其反应原理如下:
电解时,按所需产品不同,调整净化液的浓度和电解设备、条件便可获取金属锌或活性锌粉。具体做法是:
调整净化浸取液小Zn+2浓度为80-120g/L,电解温度30~40℃,以纯铝板为阴极,石墨或涂钙钛板为阳极,异板距30~35mm,电流密度400~550A,槽电压3~32V的条件下进行电解液大循环。添加适量牛胶,电流效率达90%以上,电耗2600~2800KW·h/t锌片,得到优于国标1号电锌的金属锌,废液在补加氨后可返回浸取重复使用。
调整净化浸取液中Zn+2浓度为20~30g/L,电解温度20~30℃,阴极为纯铝板,阳极为涂钙钛板或铅锑合金板,用旋转阴极电解槽,自动刮粉,异板距为35~50mm,电流密度400~1500A,槽电压3~3.2V,循环量0.5~2L/min,电解终结浓度为10g/L,废液返回浸出。锌粉经过滤、水洗至无Cl后再用酒精洗,真空或自然干燥便可获得优于国标1号的活性锌粉。

实施例1
用ZnO130g,含Zn69.72%,在浸取槽中加NH4Cl226.6g,加24%氨水304ml,加水450ml。浸出温度21℃,浸取时间3小时后过滤机过滤,废渣含锌5.82%,浸取液含锌85.62%,于置换槽中,浸取液加5g/L锌粉搅拌进行置换,1小时后过滤,置换出铜、钴、镉渣6g,净化液在槽电压3.2V,电流密度400~500A,电解温度30~40℃条件下电解,最后得到纯度99.99%的金属锌69.6g,废液含锌16g/L。
实施例2
ZnO 32.5g,含Zn 69.72%,加NHCl56.6g,加24%氨水76ml,加水900ml,常温下搅拌浸取3小时后过滤,于滤液中加2g/L锌粉置换1小时后过滤,置换出铜、钴、镉渣5.3g,净化液含锌21%,在槽电压3.2V,阴极电流密度1000A,电解温度20~30℃条件下电解,得到纯度92.5%锌粉10g。
Claims (4)
1、一种湿法炼锌工艺,通过浸取含氯化锌、氢氧化锌和碳酸锌的矿物或工业废渣,以及含锌烟尘等物料,对所得浸取液用锌粉置换出铜、钴、镉杂质,以铝板或钛板为阴极,石墨或铝锑合金为阳极进行电解,其特征在于:用Ph值为8~9的氨水和氯化铵混合溶液作浸取液,在常温下搅拌浸取0.5~3小时,液固比为4~8∶1,净化后浸取液在20~40℃,电流密度400~1500A/m,槽电压3~3.2V的条件下进行电解。
2、根据权利要求1所述的炼锌工艺,其特征在于:浸取液中加入锌粉置换时料液比为:Zn∶NH4Cl∶NH3=1∶1.64~2.5∶0.52~0.8。
3、根据权利要求1和2所述的炼锌工艺,其特征在于:电解液中的Zn+2低于10g/L时,返回浸取。
4、根据权利要求1所述的炼锌工艺,其特征在于:净化浸取液中Zn+2浓度视电解产品不同而调整为20~30g/L或80~120g/L。
