本发明属于建筑装饰材料,是一种人造钢化花岗石,由光泽层、骨料层和粘贴层三层结构组成,所用原料为196树脂丙酮溶液、固化剂、促进剂、阻燃剂,以及各色云石碎料、玻璃碎料及高标号水泥等;本发明的人造花岗石,表面光泽度高,色泽图纹均匀稳定而且立体感强,置于露天永不腿色、退光,平整度高,无水缝裂纹,而且防滑;它不含有任何对人体有害的放射性元素,造价只有各种天然花岗石或进口人造花岗石的三分之一,装贴方便,可以广泛用作室内外建筑构件、家具台面及工艺美术品的装饰,给人们以高贵典雅的感观。

Description

一种人造钢化花岗石
一、技术领域
本发明属于建筑装饰材料,具体涉及一种人造石材及其制造方法。
二、背景技术
目前,市场上有多种人造石材,它们不是在使用性能上不尽完美,就是造价太高。1995年10月4日有一件公开号为CN1109545A的中国发明专利申请公开,它是一种人造花岗石装饰板,是将307号树脂和/或191号树脂用聚苯乙烯溶解于苯乙烯制成的溶液进行改性,再加入固化剂、促进剂和方解石、大理石碎料、硅灰等填充骨料混合均匀,浇铸成型。这种人造花岗石板材具有较高的强度和硬度,适合做室外墙面和地面的装饰,但它存在着以下缺陷:它采用的是一次成型的工艺,导致人造石材的表面透明度差,花纹缺乏立体感,而且色泽不稳定,还容易翘角起层;另外因底面无粘贴格而使粘贴不方便。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,采用不同的原材料配方和制备工艺,生产一种人造钢化花岗石材料,使之在光亮度、色泽图纹以及耐候性等各种使用性能上更完美,造价低而粘贴方便,能广泛用于室内外建筑构件和家具台及工艺美术装饰,给人们生活增添高贵典雅的气派。
采用以下技术方案来实现本发明的目的。
一种人造钢化花岗石,由光泽层、骨料层和粘贴层三层结构组成,其特征在于:
1)光泽层所用原料的重量份配比为:196树脂溶液70.00-80.00份,固化剂1.5-2.5份,促进剂1.5-2.5份,阻燃剂0.5-1.0份;骨料层所用原料的重量份配比为:196树脂溶液230-250份,固化剂4.0-5.0份,促进剂4.0-5.0份,各色云石碎料900-1000份,玻璃碎料200-300份;粘贴层为高标号硅酸盐水泥的常规混凝土1300份;三层混配料之间的重量比为光泽层∶骨料层∶粘贴层=1∶18∶18;
2)制造方法是三层结构分三次浇铸,先将光泽层所用原料按重量份配比配制成均匀的混合配料,送入事先备好的底板为光滑厚平板玻璃的模具中,并将混合配料在玻璃板上摇匀,在室温下平放养护10-30分钟,使之固化形成光泽层;再将骨料层所用原料按重量份配比制成均匀的混合料,置入模具中的光泽层上,并均匀振动3-5分钟,在室温下平放养护15-40分钟,形成固化而略带粘性的骨料层;再在骨料层表面放置一块相应面积的φ3.0-6.5mm的钢筋网,将高标号硅酸盐水泥的常规混凝土混合料倒在钢筋网上均匀振动至混凝土初步固化后滚压出粘贴格,在室温下平放养护48-72小时;然后脱模、切角磨边,再将成型的人造石材按光泽面对光泽面放在互压机中打气加压,互压5-7天,最后放入室温水池中养护7天,以消除内应力。
本发明的人造钢化花岗石,其特征还在于:196树脂溶液最好是用丙酮作196树脂的溶剂制得的;所用的固化剂最好是过氧化甲乙酮,所用的促进剂最好是环烷酸钴。
本发明的人造钢化花钢石,在不另加色料时,透过透明的光泽层,呈现出立体感的天然云石色泽图纹;也可根据用户或市场的需求,在骨料层中添加微量色料调色,或者在初步成型的光泽层上罩上预先设计好的山水字画图案,再浇铸骨料层。
本发明的人造花岗石,表面光泽度在90以上,色泽图纹均匀稳定,置于露天永不退色、退光;它的平整度高,无水缝裂纹,而且防滑;经检测,它不含有任何对人体有害的放射性元素;试块在3%酸溶液和3%碱溶液中分别浸泡24小时,其上表面无腐蚀;本发明的人造钢化花岗石,造价低,其价格只有名牌天然花岗石或进口人造花岗石的三分之一;装贴方便,可直接装贴在墙面而不须打挂钩。本发明的人造钢化花岗石,完全可以替代当今市场上流行的天然花岗石、大理石、锦砖、陶瓷花岗石和其它人造石料,可以广泛用作室内外建筑构件、家具台面及工艺美术品的装饰,给人们以高贵典雅的感观。
四、具体实施方式
以下用一种人造钢化花岗石试制块的制备过程,来进一步说明本发明的具体实施方式。
将用丙酮溶剂调制的196树脂溶液700g,过氧化甲乙酮15g,环烷酸钴15g和阻燃剂5g,混合搅拌均匀,送入事先备好的底板为光滑厚平板玻璃的模具中,并将混合配料在玻璃上摇匀,将模具平放在室温下养护10-30分钟,使之固化形成光泽层;再取同样的196树脂溶液2300g,上述固化剂40g,上述促进剂40g,各色天然云石碎料9000g,碎玻璃2000g混合搅拌均匀,置入模具内的光泽层上,并均匀振动5分钟,平放在室温下养护至形成的骨料层“收汗”不发粘;再在骨料层表面放置一块相应面积的φ3.0mm钢筋网,然后将525号硅酸盐水泥的常规混凝土混合料13000g倒在钢筋网上,均匀振动至混凝土收汗后滚压出粘贴格,在室温下平放养护60小时,然后脱模、切角磨边,平压5天后放入室温水池中养护7天,即得合格人造钢化花岗石板材产品。

Claims (2)

1、一种人造钢化花岗石,由光泽层、骨料层和粘贴层三层结构组成,其特征在于:
1)光泽层所用原料的重量份配比为:用丙酮溶解的196树脂溶液70.00-80.00份,固化剂过氧化甲乙酮1.5-2.5份,促进剂环烷酸钴1.5-2.5份,阻燃剂0.5-1.0份;骨料层所用原料的重量份配比为:用丙酮溶解的196树脂溶液230-250份,固化剂过氧化甲乙酮4.0-5.0份,促进剂环烷酸钴4.0-5.0份,各色云石碎料900-1000份,玻璃碎料200-300份;粘贴层为高标号硅酸盐水泥的常规混凝土1300份;三层混配料之间的重量比为光泽层∶骨料层∶粘贴层=1∶18∶18;
2)制造方法是三层结构分三次浇铸,先将光泽层所用原料按重量份配比配制成均匀的混合配料,送入事先备好的底板为光滑厚平板玻璃的模具中,并将混合配料在玻璃板上摇匀,在室温下平放养护10-30分钟,使之固化形成光泽层;再将骨料层所用原料按重量份配比制成均匀的混合料,置入模具中的光泽层上,并均匀振动3-5分钟,在室温下平放养护15-40分钟,形成固化而略带粘性的骨料层;再在骨料层表面放置一块相应面积的φ3.0-6.5mm的钢筋网,将高标号硅酸盐水泥的常规混凝土混合料倒在钢筋网上均匀振动至混凝土初步固化后滚压出粘贴格,在室温下平放养护48-72小时;然后脱模、切角磨边,再将成型的人造石材按光泽面对光泽面放在互压机中打气加压,互压5-7天,最后放入室温水池中养护7天。
2、按照权利要求1所述的人造钢化花岗石,其特征是在所说的骨料层中添加微量色料调色;或者在初步成型的光泽层上罩上预先设计好的山水字画图案,再浇铸骨料层。
