Abstract
本发明公开了一种观音茶系列产品及其制备方法,它是将鲜嫩的观音槎叶片配以纯净水用榨汁机搓揉挤榨成碧绿色汁液,再将汁液按比例加入卤水配制而成。本发明工艺简单,科学合理,无污染、无三废,产品含有人体必需的多种微量元素,清凉可口,食用方便,并具有健身养颜之功效。
Description
本发明涉及一种人体保健饮料
目前市场上销售的各种保健饮料,其加工工艺及制备方法大都离不了高温的蒸馏与提纯,再就是根据需要混入一些各具特色的添加剂,来弥补产品的缺陷与不足。殊不知,这种产品的加工生产方式不但消耗能源,污染环境,而且使用了用化学方法获得的某些添加剂,还将会危及人体的生命及健康。
本发明的目的是针对上述缺点,提供一种高效、低耗、无污染、无三废、无添加剂的保健绿色食品饮料。
本发明的方案是取多年生木本植物观音槎鲜嫩叶片(无枯黄、无斑点、无虫蛀、无沙尘),先用自来水清洗数遍,后用纯净水冲洗干净。按叶片与水重量比为1∶8-1∶10的比例兑入优质纯净水或矿泉水,将配好的叶片与纯净水投入榨汁机搓揉榨汁至水呈碧绿色,叶片只剩网状或丝状茎、筋时为止。用漏勺将汁液中茎、筋、碎叶片等固形物捞出后,将汁液投入过滤机过滤。将过滤后的汁液置于容器中点卤,点卤按汁液与卤水重量为100∶5-100∶10的比例取卤水加入汁液中搅拌均匀即可。点卤后即用无菌纸(布)覆盖容器,5分钟后汁液凝成水豆腐状即可分装。
包装可采用切块盒装、切块听装、颗粒听装或瓶装的方法,①切块盒装:根据需要将成型品切成块状,用无菌纸盒分装,常温下可贮存3-5天,冷藏可贮存30天。②切块听装:将成形品切成圆柱状装入听罐内,将听罐充填氮气保鲜、封口。③颗粒听装或瓶装:将切块后剩余的边角料制成3mm左右的颗粒,加入未成块的汁液,使颗粒悬浮于汁液中,装入听罐或瓶中充填氮气保鲜、封口。也可加入防腐剂保鲜。
卤水配制:取干净松爽、无黑灰、无板结、无杂质的草木灰,按草木灰与纯净水重量为30∶100的比重混合、搅拌、沉淀、过滤,即配制成浓度为30%的卤水。
工艺流程如图。
本发明的优点是,生产工艺简单科学,确保了产品的天然营养价值和人体必须的微量元素,养颜健身,食用方便,无污染、无三废排放,副产品可做青饲料。
食用方法:产品富含人体必需的维生素B1、维生素C、淀粉、糖类、茶碱、皂草甙及铁、锰、钙、钾等微量元素,产品呈自然均匀的碧绿色可即开即食,可加糖凉拌,亦可热炒做汤。口感清爽、细腻、鲜嫩、芳香,具有解热、解渴、驱暑、利尿、健身、养颜之功效。
Claims (3)
1、一种观音茶系列产品是选用鲜嫩观音槎叶片,清洗后按1∶8-1∶10重量比兑入纯净水或矿泉水中,经榨汁机搓揉后投入过滤机过滤,其特征在于:将过滤后的汁液置于容器中,按汁液与卤水100∶5之比重加入卤水混合搅拌冷凝而成。
2、一种观音茶系列产品的制备方法,其特征在于:将配好的叶片及纯净水在榨汁机中搓揉榨汁至水呈碧绿色,叶片只剩网状或丝状、茎、筋时为止,用漏勺将汁液中茎、筋、碎叶片等固形物捞出后将汁液过滤,将过滤后的汁液置于容器中,加入卤水搅动,使之均匀,点卤后即用无菌纸(布)覆盖容器,约5分钟后汁液凝成水豆腐形状即可分装。
3、一种观音茶系列产品卤水的配制方法、其特征在于:将干净、松爽、无黑灰、无板结、无杂质的草木灰与纯净水按重量比为30∶100的比例混合、搅拌、沉淀、过滤配制而成。
