Abstract
喷射器具有一个带喷嘴的中空体;一个调节阀以及一个用来驱动控制该阀的磁轭的电磁体。电磁体装在与端壁成一体的外壳内,端壁与阀的出油接头装在一起。磁轭由导向元件导向,一个标准尺寸的垫圈设置在电磁体和导向元件之间,用于调整磁轭和电磁体之间的间隙。外壳通过拧到中空体上的壳体装到中空体上。
Description
本发明涉及一种内燃机燃油喷射器。具体地说,本发明涉及一种带有由电磁体控制的调节阀的喷射器。
在上述型式的公知喷射器中,电磁体的磁轭一般连接到由套筒导向的杆上,套筒装在连同调节阀体的喷射器本体的空腔内。另一方面,通过使圆盘上的外壳边缘变形,把电磁体的磁心装在外壳的台肩和支撑调节阀的出油接头的圆盘之间;该外壳有拧到喷射器本体的外螺纹上的内螺纹。
这种型式的喷射器有许多缺点。具体地说,由于电磁体的磁心是由烧结金属材料制成,因此比较易碎,故磁心上的外壳边缘的变形可能引起在外壳边缘和台肩两处的磁心损坏。
而且,外壳的变形边缘不能提供燃油密封,因此在该磁心和外壳之间需要一个密封件;为了实现变形边缘和圆盘之间的连接,需要一个由塑料材料制成的盖,该盖还包括一个电磁线圈的电插头。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种上述型式的喷射器,该喷射器容易装配、非常可靠,并用于克服上述的一般与公知喷射器有关的缺点。
根据本发明,提供一种喷射器,该喷射器包括:一个与喷嘴相配合的中空体;一个用来打开所述喷嘴的调节阀;以及一个用来驱动一个控制所述调节阀的磁轭的电磁体;所述的磁轭由一个导向元件导向;所述的调节阀和所述的导向元件装配在所述中空体的空腔内;所述的电磁体装在配装到所述中空体上的外壳内;其特征在于,所述的外壳与所述的电磁体所倚靠的端壁形成一体。
根据本发明的另一方面内容,所述外壳的内表面是不带有台肩的圆柱形;在所述的导向元件和所述的电磁体之间布置一个垫圈。

图1中的数字11表示整个燃油喷射器,如用于内燃机的燃油喷射器。喷射器11包括一个装有终止于底部,并带有一个或多个喷孔的喷嘴(未表示)的中空体12;一个控制杆10在中空体12内滑动,并连接到用于关闭喷孔的轴针上。中空体12包括一个输送管13,一个连接到常规的燃油供给泵上的输入接头16插入该输送管中;一个用来把接头16连接到喷嘴的喷射室的管道14;和一个具有螺纹18和台肩19并基本上呈圆柱形的空腔17。
喷射器11还包括一个整体用24表示的调节阀,该调节阀装在空腔17内部,并通过控制磁轭27的电磁体26进行控制。空腔17的最大直径部分限定阀24的出油室20;电磁体26有一个装有常规电磁线圈29的环形磁心28;并且磁心28有一个与连接到油箱的出口接头32同轴的中心孔31。
调节阀24包括一个具有法兰盘34的圆柱形阀体33,该法兰盘一般通过环形螺母36安装抵靠在空腔17的台肩19上。螺母36外部带有螺纹,并拧到空腔17的螺纹18上。磁轭27主要包括一个与磁心28形成磁力配合的圆盘37,而且依次包括由开口39分开的多个部分38,如三个部分(图3),通过该开口39出油室20与磁心28的中心孔31连通。
阀24的阀体33包括一个轴向控制室41,该控制室相继包括一个与空腔17相连通的出油通道43;中空体12包括一个邻近室41的轴向孔40,控制杆10在该孔40内滑动;阀体33包括一个输入通道42,该输入通道终止于孔40的端部,并通过中空体12的另一个通道44与接头16相连通。
杆10的顶端有一个用来切断孔40和室41之间的连通、但不关闭输入通道42的附件45;燃油压力使得控制杆10通常处于关闭喷射器11的喷嘴喷孔的较低位置上;控制室41的出油通道43一般由一个呈球体46形状的开关关闭,该球体46靠在由带有通道43的接触面所限定的锥形座上;球体46由导向板47进行导向,磁轭27的圆柱形杆48作用于导向板上。
更准确地说,磁轭27的圆盘37与在圆柱形杆48上轴向滑动的套49是一体的;圆柱形杆48有一个在其中嵌入一个与磁轭27的台肩51相配合的C形环50的槽,因此磁轭27从圆柱形杆48中脱开;圆柱形杆48在孔31内伸出一给定的长度,并且杆48的终端带有小直径部分52,用来支撑和固定装在孔31内的第一压缩弹簧53。
根据本发明,电磁体26的环形磁心28装在整体用54表示的外壳内,该外壳由非磁性材料制成,并通过密封件56连接到中空体12的部分55上。外壳54与支撑接头32的端壁57成一个整体,并有一个完全是圆柱形而不带有任何台肩的内表面58,并有一个与圆柱形壳体62的内部台肩61接合的外部台肩59,该壳体62由钢制成,并带有内螺纹63,内螺纹63拧到中空体12的部分55的外螺纹64上。
调节阀24包括一个整体用66(图2中也可看出)表示的导向元件,该导向元件包括一个套67,磁轭27的圆柱形杆48在套67中滑动。套67包括具有较大外直径和外螺纹69的部分68,该螺纹69拧进空腔17的螺纹18上;部分68有多个将通道43与出油室20相连的轴向通道71和径向通道72。
导向元件66还带有一个法兰盘73,该法兰盘通过一个垫圈76设置在中空体12的另一个台肩74上。台肩74有一个与图1中用点划线表示的普通的出油通道78相连通的径向槽77,用于本体12中的杆10的座。为了能使用方孔螺钉头扳手,导向元件66有一个棱柱形座79,一个由弹簧53克服的压力弹簧80装在法兰盘73和磁轭27的圆盘37之间,一个衬套81装在导向件66的顶端和圆盘37之间,从而实现快速返回到停止位置,并防止磁轭27产生返弹。
一个垫圈或中间元件82设置在电磁体26的环形磁心28和法兰盘73之间,其包括一个靠在法兰盘73上的环形部分83(图4也能看出),和与环形部分83成一体的多个脚形件84。各脚形件84穿过磁轭27的圆盘37上的开口39进行配装,以便连接电磁体26的环形磁心28。在所示的例子中,磁轭包括三部分,垫圈82有三个脚形件;对于有四部分的磁轭,则垫圈有四个脚形件,如此类推。
提供带标准长度相差很小的脚形件84的垫圈82,以便通过选择合适的垫圈82来调节磁轭27的圆盘37和磁心28之间的间隙。标准厚度的环形垫圈76还可用于调节磁轭27朝向电磁体26的磁心28的位移量。
外壳54的端壁57上有一个孔86,一根连接到线圈29上的电缆87延伸通过该孔86。电缆87嵌入由绝缘塑性材料做成的圆环89上的附件88内,并连接到把线圈29电连接到发动机的普通电路上的插头91上;圆环89经过放在当中的密封件92插入到孔86内。
喷射器11的调节阀24如下所述进行装配。
阀24的阀体33插入中空体12的空腔17内,环形螺母36拧到螺纹18上,直到法兰34接触台肩19为止。然后,把磁轭27的圆柱形杆48插入导向元件66的内套67内,并把垫圈76安放在中空体12的台肩74上。然后,使用一个位于棱柱形座79内的方孔螺钉头扳手,把部分68的螺纹69拧到中空体12的螺纹18上,直到法兰盘73接触垫圈76为止,很显然,应选择垫圈76使其防止部分68与环形螺母36接触。
此时,垫圈82安放在导向元件66上方,环状部分83抵靠在法兰盘73上。弹簧80安装在法兰盘73上,并将衬管81安装在导向件66上;磁轭27的套49插入圆柱形杆48和衬管81之间,并且通过压缩弹簧80将C形环50嵌在圆柱形杆48上的槽内;电磁体26嵌在外壳54内,弹簧53装在环形磁心28的孔31内。
此时,将密封件56放入外壳54上的座内,外壳54嵌入中空体12的部分55内,因此环形磁心28与垫圈82的脚形件84和外壳54的端壁57相接触;壳体62配装到外壳54上,并将螺纹63拧到中空体12上的螺纹64上,直到台肩61接合外壳54的台肩59为止,因此壁57把磁心28压靠住该垫圈82,该垫圈又转而压靠住法兰盘73;密封件92插入端壁57上的孔86内;圆环89的附件88嵌装到孔86内,直到圆环89停靠在壁57的外表面为止。
因此,喷射器11可通过简单地一个接一个地插入各分组件进行装配,并按顺序地拧进三个环形螺母元件,而不需要使金属边缘变形或制成一个塑性盖。
喷射器11的工作过程是公知的,因此这里只作简短的描述。
当电磁体26通电时,磁轭27升高直到杆48制动抵靠导向件66的套67为止;控制室41内的燃油压力打开调节阀24,因此杆10升高以打开喷嘴的喷孔。
当电磁体26断电时,弹簧53使杆48与磁轭27一起降低,并推动球体46以关闭阀24;此时,控制室41的燃油压力迅速提高以使杆10降低,这样就关闭了喷嘴的喷孔。
与公知的喷射器相比,本发明的喷射器11的优点可从前面描述中清楚地看出。特别是由于电磁体26的外壳54与端壁57成一体,因此不需要使边缘变形,绝对没有损坏磁心28的危险;而且在磁心28和外壳54之间不需要密封件。
很明显,在不脱离所附的各权利要求范围的情况下,可对所描述的和图解的喷射器进行变换。例如,可通过一个装在磁轭27的圆盘37外面的衬套来限定垫圈76;法兰盘73的槽77可被一个或多个法兰盘73上的通孔取代。
Claims (15)
1.一种内燃机燃油喷射器,该喷射器包括:一个装有喷嘴的中空体(12);一个用来打开所述喷嘴的调节阀(24);以及一个用于驱动一个控制所述调节阀(24)的磁轭(27)的电磁体(26),所述的磁轭(27)由一个导向元件(66)导向,所述的调节阀(24)和所述的导向元件(66)安装在所述中空体(12)的空腔(17)内,所述的电磁体(26)安装在配装到所述中空体(12)上的外壳(54)内,其特征在于:所述外壳(54)与所述端壁(57)成一体,所述电磁体(26)抵靠在所述端壁(57)上。

14.一种如前述权利要求中任一个所述的喷射器,其中所述的电磁体(26)包括由嵌在塑性体(88,89)内的电缆(87)供电的线圈(29),其特征在于:所述塑性体(88,89)呈一个环形体(89)的形状,该环形体(89)有一个在其中嵌入所述电缆(87)的附件(88);所述附件(88)插在所述端壁(57)上的孔(86)内。
15.一种如前述权利要求中任一个所述的喷射器,其特征在于:所述调节阀(24)和所述电磁体(26)通过按顺序地拧紧零部件(36,66,62)而配装到所述的中空体(12)上。
