Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of harmonic reducer transmission, and particularly relates to a split type flexible gear.
Background
The harmonic reducer flexible gear is used as a torque transmission part, and the wall is thin, easy to fatigue fracture and difficult to deform, so that the requirements on the strength and toughness of a metal material and a processing technology are high.
The existing harmonic reducer flexible gear is manufactured by adopting a metal material integrated forming method, such as forging, turning and other processes, and is complex in manufacture, high in cost and high in processing difficulty.
When the existing harmonic reducer flexspline is subjected to impact load instantaneously, stress is concentrated at a thin wall, and the existing harmonic reducer flexspline is easy to damage.
In summary, the existing harmonic reducer flexspline needs to be improved to meet the use requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects in the prior art and providing a split type flexible gear of a harmonic reducer so as to solve the difficult problem of difficult processing of the flexible gear.
The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows:
A split type flexible gear of a harmonic reducer comprises a flexible gear tooth-shaped part and an end cover, wherein the flexible gear tooth-shaped part is a straight cylinder, a metal alloy material is adopted, the end cover is made of an elastic material, and the flexible gear tooth-shaped part and the end cover are machined together.
More specifically, the end cap material is nylon or ABS.
Preferably, the extension portion of the flexspline tooth form is molded with the end cap material in an injection mold.
Preferably, the thin-wall end of the flexible gear tooth-shaped piece is provided with a fixing hole.
Better, the reinforcing fibers are doped in the end cover material, so that the strength of the material can be effectively improved.
Preferably, the end cap is provided with an arcuate recess.
Preferably, stress relief grooves are formed in the corners of the end covers.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the split flexible gear tooth-shaped part and the end cover are combined together, the processing is simple, and the problems of complex processing and high manufacturing cost of the flexible gear are solved.
And because the flexible gear tooth-shaped piece is made of metal materials, the end cover is made of nylon or ABS, and the end cover can be manufactured conveniently and rapidly by adopting manufacturing modes such as compression molding and the like without additional machining.
The melting of the extension of the tooth form of the present invention with the end cap allows the tooth form to be reused.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the split type flexspline of the cup-shaped harmonic reducer comprises a flexspline tooth part 1 and an end cover 2, wherein the flexspline tooth part 1 and the end cover 2 are machined together. The material is a metal alloy, and the metal alloy is prepared from the following materials,
The flexible gear tooth-shaped part 1 is in a straight cylinder shape, one side is provided with flexible gear harmonic teeth, one side is provided with a flexible gear thin wall, the thin wall is required to bear the deformation of the harmonic reducer during operation, the flexible gear tooth-shaped part 1 is embedded into an end cover, a fixing hole is formed at the thin wall end of the flexible gear, the hole is in various forms and can be in a round shape, a semicircular shape, a square shape, a triangle shape and the like, the flexible gear tooth-shaped part is connected with the end cover, better torque output can be provided, the flexible gear tooth-shaped part is not easy to fall off, and the extending part of the flexible gear tooth-shaped part 1 and the end cover 2 are molded in an injection mold by using manufacturing processes such as a molding mold and the like, so that the extending part and the end cover 2 are combined together.
The end cover 2 is made of nylon or ABS generally, and is characterized by high strength, outstanding fatigue resistance and easy molding, and is suitable for molding by injection molding, extrusion and other processes.
If nylon is used for the end cap 2, the end cap needs post-treatment, a heat treatment process and a wet conditioning process to prevent and eliminate residual stress in the product or dimensional changes caused by moisture absorption.
The end cover 2 is provided with the arc-shaped groove 21, so that the thickness can be reduced, and the flexible gear can be deformed better, thereby prolonging the service life of parts.
As shown in fig. 2, the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the flexspline 11 is provided with harmonic teeth of uniform size, the harmonic teeth are embedded into another type of end cover 22, the end cover is not easy to break apart, the thin-wall deformation part of the flexspline is arranged on the end cover 22, torque transmission is provided, and the flexspline 11 and the end cover 22 are combined together by using a forming die.
The end cap is another type of end cap 22, without the arcuate recess 21.
As shown in FIG. 3, stress relief grooves 221 are provided in the corners of the end cap 22 to reduce stress concentrations and improve fatigue life during operation of the harmonic reducer.
Reinforcing fibers are doped in the end cover material, so that the strength of the material can be effectively improved.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, two types of split type flexible gears of a top hat type harmonic reducer are disclosed, and compared with the split type flexible gear of the harmonic reducer in embodiment 1, the split type flexible gear is only different in the shape of an end cover, the top hat type end cover is adopted in this embodiment, and other technical features are the same as those in embodiment 1 and are not repeated here.
