Abstract

Description
本发明涉及单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其包含至少一种具有异氰酸基的预聚物(异氰酸酯-预聚物)、至少一种起泡剂和本身已知的助剂-添加剂,其甚至在低温和/或低的环境湿度下在所述条件下具有改进的无脆变的时效硬化,本发明还涉及一定的、无活泼氢原子的酯改善所述条件下的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料无脆变时效硬化的用途。
由EP-A-0480342已知一种用于由压力容器制备聚氨酯泡沫的单组分混合物,其包含含异氰酸基的由多元醇和具有某种动态粘度的多异氰酸酯组成的预聚物、常规组分和助剂以及0.5至35.0重量%的He、Ne、Ar、N2、O2、CO2、N2O和/或空气作为发泡气体和推进气体。此外,还指出,有利地是可以添加少量降低粘度和低沸点的溶剂,如酯、低沸点酯如乙酸甲酯或乙酸乙酯,酮和氟化烃来进行加工。
EP-A-0200801的内容是制备保护涂层的单组分-涂覆材料,其除异氰酸酯-预聚物外还包含增塑剂、抗沉积剂(Anti-Absetzmittel)、片状增充剂、着色颜料、湿度调节剂和脂族酯。该脂族酯的作用是稀释粘结剂(纯溶剂),保证所需的加工粘度和充分但不过度地侵入部分对溶剂敏感的基体。然而,该现有技术未提及包含起泡剂并给出聚氨酯泡沫的单组分-涂覆材料。
单组分-聚氨酯泡沫主要在建筑领域中例如用于门、窗等的填充、支撑或加固。为了制备这样的产品,通常将含异氰酸酯基的预聚物(异氰酸酯-预聚物)和一种或多种起泡剂和通常的添加剂装入压力容器。在环境湿度的影响下从压力容器中取出的发泡的预聚物进行时效硬化。在此利用预聚物中存在的异氰酸基与环境湿度中的水分的反应进行预聚物的聚合反应。
由于反应组分水与环境条件(温度、空气湿度、空气流动等)有关,所以这样的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料非常敏感地对反应组分水的很少的供给作出反应。当在低温下使用这里讨论的单组分-聚氨酯时尤其出现该问题。在低温下,反应速度当然降低,并且由环境提供的湿度也降低。因此,通常建议,首先润湿欲用聚氨酯发泡材料处理的基体。然而这对使用者意味着影响生产率的附加的加工过程。此外,在冰点或低于冰点的温度下,由于未超过水的冰点,基体的润湿不再是可能的。
水供应量不足的明显征兆是发泡材料的缓慢、不均匀和不完全时效硬化以及在聚氨酯泡沫的时效硬化期间或多或少的严重脆变。泡沫的不完全时效硬化的后果是导致在高温下的后膨胀和与此有关的建筑构件的损坏。
因此,本发明的任务是改善由于湿度低和/或由于低温而引起的水供应量降低时单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的时效硬化问题,这样可以确保即使在低温下的无脆变的完全时效硬化。
已经表明,本发明的任务可以通过在单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料中加入规定的酯来解决,其中该酯是多元C2-C7-羧酸与一元C1-C7-醇和/或反过来一元C1-C7-羧酸与多元C2-C7-醇的无活泼氢原子,即无羟基、巯基、氨基、亚氨基和/或羧基基团的酯。
令人惊奇地证明,在单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料中包含的该酯在低温下也非常易于与水或环境湿气反应,因此分解成多个具有反应性基团的分子,反应性基团即为与异氰酸酯中的异氰酸基反应的基团,例如羟基、Carboxyhydrolgruppen或NH基团。由于酯与水的反应,在该反应之后,由于使用多元羧酸或多元醇而提供比以前更多的反应性基团,这些反应性基团直接与异氰酸酯-预聚物的异氰酸基反应。已经表明,本发明优选使用的酯应与水强烈反应,以使避开通常在单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料时效硬化时发生的水-异氰酸基反应,并且直接获得与所用酯的反应性反应产物的反应。
因此,本发明的内容是权利要求1的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料。从属权利要求是本发明内容的优选实施方案以及这里讨论的酯用于改善单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的无脆变时效硬化的用途。
因此本发明涉及一种单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其包含至少一种具有异氰酸基的预聚物(异氰酸酯-预聚物)、至少一种起泡剂和本身已知的助剂和添加剂,其特征在于,包含至少一种由多元C2-C7-羧酸与一元C1-C7-醇和/或一元C1-C7-单羧酸与多元C2-C7-醇形成的无活泼氢原子的酯,该酯用于甚至在低温和/或由环境提供低的湿气(低环境湿度)下改善完全的和无脆变的时效硬化。
本发明使用的无活泼氢原子的酯是一种无与异氰酸酯-预聚物的游离异氰酸基团反应的基团,即无羟基、羧基或氨基的酯。
根据本发明优选的实施方案,聚氨酯发泡材料包含一种或多种由饱和或不饱和脂族C2-C7-二元羧酸与至少一种C1-C7-一元醇形成的酯和/或至少一种由饱和或不饱和脂族C1-C7-一元羧酸与至少一种C2-C7-多元醇,优选C2-C7-二元醇形成的酯。
本发明特别优选的酯是草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、马来酸、富马酸、柠康酸、中康酸与至少一种一元醇如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、仲丁醇、叔丁醇、季戊四醇、戊醇、己醇或庚醇形成的酯或甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸、新戊酸、己酸或庚酸与至少一种多元醇如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、丙三醇或季戊四醇形成的酯。
特别优选的酯是草酸二甲酯、草酸二乙酯、草酸二丙酯、草酸二丁酯、丙二酸二甲酯、丙二酸二乙酯、丙二酸二丙酯、丙二酸二丁酯、马来酸二甲酯、马来酸二乙酯、马来酸二丙酯、马来酸二丁酯、三甲酸丙三醇酯、三乙酸丙三醇酯、三丙酸丙三醇酯、琥珀酸二甲酯、琥珀酸二乙酯、琥珀酸二丙酯、琥珀酸二丁酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三甲基酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三乙基酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三丙基酯和乙酰基柠檬酸三丁基酯。
本发明的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料可包含一种这里讨论的酯或二种或多种这种酯的混合物。
优选酯含量基于异氰酸酯-预聚物的重量计是0.5至10重量%,优选1至6重量%,更优选1.5至3重量%。
在本发明单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料中包含的、具有异氰酸基的预聚物(异氰酸酯-预聚物)是专业人员本身已知的。这种预聚物可在商业上购得和通常通过一种或多种多元醇例如含羟基的聚酯或聚醚与一种或多种多异氰酸酯反应来制备,其中这样进行该反应以使产物中包含仍然游离的异氰酸基,即获得预聚物。优选异氰酸酯预聚物基于预聚物重量计包含2至25重量%,优选8至18重量%,特别优选10至12重量%异氰酸基。

同样也可以使用油化学来源的聚酯多元醇,其无游离环氧化物基团,并且是通过含至少部分烯属不饱和脂肪酸的脂肪酸混合物的环氧化甘油三酯与一种或多种具有1至12个碳原子的醇的完全开环反应以及随后该甘油三酯衍生物的部分酯基交换反应生成烷基上具有1至12个碳原子的烷基酯多元醇制备的(参见DE3626223)。
聚醚-多元醇可以是按照本身已知的方法由一种或多种亚烷基上具有2至4个碳原子的烯化氧和含2个活性氢原子的起始分子制备的产物。合适的烯化氧例如是四氢呋喃、1,3-环氧丙烷、1,2-至2,3-环氧丁烷和环氧乙烷。起始分子是:水、二元羧酸、多元醇如乙二醇、丙二醇、1,2-二甘醇、一缩二丙二醇和二聚二元醇。
上述组分中的长链二元醇的分子量大于1000,特别是2000至6000(凝胶色谱分析)。其使用量是0至20,优选0.2至5OH-当量/NCO基团。
短链二元醇的使用量是0至10,特别是1至3OH-当量/NCO基团。其分子量低于1000,特别是低于100。具体的实例是用于制备长链二元醇的二元醇。
异氰酸酯-预聚物也可以由多异氰酸酯和携带非OH基团的其它NCO-反应性基团例如COOH-、SH-、NH2-或NH-基团的化合物制备。优选NCO-官能度是1至4,优选1.5至2.5,特别是2。
以已知的方式和方法由多异氰酸酯和二元醇制备异氰酸酯-预聚物。使用的催化剂是那些加快异氰酸基与OH-基团特别是水反应,但不会加快三聚反应的催化剂。具体的实例是二吗啉代二乙醚、双二甲基氨基乙醚、Dabco X-DM(Fa.Air Products)以及N-乙基吗啉。有些情况下可以使用其它的催化剂,只要这些催化剂不使异氰酸基在储存时发生三聚反应,例如N-取代的吗啉以及其与三乙醇胺的环氧丙烷加合物的混合物,以及已知的金属催化剂,特别是锌的金属催化剂。
为了制备异氰酸酯-预聚物,作为多异氰酸酯可以使用常用的二异氰酸酯和三异氰酸酯,例如以商标Desmodur、Lupranat或Suprasec销售的多异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯(2,4-和/或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯)、异佛尔酮异氰酸酯、二-和多苯基聚亚甲基多异氰酸酯、1,6-已二异氰酸酯或二苯基甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯和它们的混合物。
与其制备方法无关,反应性异氰酸酯预聚物特别地具有以下特征:NCO-官能度是2至6,优选2.7至5,特别是2.8至4,基于异氰酸酯预聚物的重量的NCO-含量是2至25重量%,优选8至18重量%,特别优选10至12重量%,以及粘度是5至200,特别是10至100Pa.s(在25℃下根据DIN53 015测定)。
优选异氰酸酯-预聚物的分子量是500至30000,优选1000至25000。
该组合物必需由至少一种多异氰酸酯-预聚物,至少一种起泡剂,如果需要本身已知的助剂和添加剂,如一种或多种用于异氰酸基与OH基团特别是水反应的催化剂,和至少一种规定的无活泼氢原子的酯组成。此外,还可以加入其它添加剂,例如溶剂、阻燃剂、增塑剂、孔隙调节剂(Zellregler)和抗老化剂。它可以形成溶液或乳液。
催化剂优选是二吗啉代二乙醚或双(二甲基氨基乙基)醚。它应仅催化NCO-基团与OH-基团的反应,而不会在储存时催化三聚合反应。
泡沫稳定剂优选是硅氧烷-氧化烯共聚物,例如Tegostab B8404(Fa.Goldschmidt)或Dabco DC-190、DC-193。
阻燃剂优选是:磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(氯乙基)酯、磷酸二苯基甲苯基酯、DMMP和DEEP。
适合于本发明单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的起泡剂除空气、氮气、二氧化碳、一氧化二氮外优选在室温下以液体形式存在的气体和液体(其对聚氨酯发泡材料的其它组分呈惰性,沸点低于50℃,特别是-50至30℃)以及气态和液体起泡剂的混合物。这类优选使用的气体和液体的实例是链烷烃,例如丙烷、正或异丁烷、正戊烷和异戊烷优选正戊烷和异戊烷的工业混合物,和环戊烷;烷基醚,例如二甲基醚、二乙基醚和甲基异丁基醚;羧酸烷基酯,例如甲酸甲酯;和卤化优选氟化烃,如二氯氟甲烷、三氟甲烷、1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷、一氯三氟乙烷、一氯二氟乙烷、二氟乙烷、二氯三氟乙烷、一氯四氟乙烷、五氟乙烷、四氟乙烷、二氯一氟乙烷、1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷和/或1,1,1,2,3,3,3-七氟丙烷。
此外,如果需要可使用的起泡剂是取代的具有1至30个碳原子的一元羧酸,优选具有1至10个碳原子的脂族一元羧酸。可提及的这类起泡剂例如是取代或未取代的一元羧酸,如甲酸、2-氯丙酸、3-氯丙酸、2,2-二氯丙酸、己酸、环己酸、十二酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、乙醇酸、蓖麻油酸、妥尔油脂肪酸和优选丙酸、2-乙基己酸和特别是乙酸。在形成脲、酰基脲和二氧化碳的情况下与异氰酸酯反应的有机羧酸适合于与有机羧酸碱金属盐或铵盐或三(二烷基氨基烷基)-s-六氢三嗪相结合作为催化剂使用。通过形成二氧化碳可以有利的方式增大压力容器中来自起泡剂的压力缓冲层(Druckpolster),并且通过形成脲基团可以改善PU-泡沫塑料的机械性能。
上述起泡剂可以单个或作为混合物使用。
可与气体和/或沸点低于50℃的液体混合使用的还有沸点高于50℃的环烷烃,例如己烷和环己烷,和羧酸烷基酯,例如甲酸乙酯,只要起泡剂混合物的沸点有利地低于50℃,并且具有足以将处于压力下的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料从压力容器中挤出和发泡成聚氨酯泡沫塑料的推进作用。优选使用的起泡剂是链烷烃,特别是丁烷和/或丙烷,和沸点低于50℃的液体的混合物,所需起泡剂或起泡剂混合物的用量可以根据起泡剂或起泡剂混合物的种类以及混合比例以简单的方式根据实验测定。
本发明的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料中起泡剂含量是2至50重量%,优选10至30重量%。
本发明单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料可包含表面活性剂、阻燃剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、催化剂、溶剂、填料、染料、颜料、防水解剂和防真菌和/或防细菌活性物质作为本身已知的助剂和添加剂。合适的阻燃剂例如是磷酸二苯基甲苯基酯、磷酸三甲苯酯、磷酸三(2-氯乙基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(1,3-二氯丙基)酯、磷酸三(2,3-二溴丙基)酯和亚乙基二磷酸四(2-氯乙基)酯。
除提及的卤代磷酸酯外也可以使用无机阻燃剂,例如氧化铝水合物、三氧化锑、氧化砷、多磷酸铵、膨胀石墨和硫酸钙或三聚氰酸衍生物,例如蜜胺或至少二种阻燃剂的混合物,例如使用多磷酸铵和蜜胺和/或膨胀石墨以及如果需要淀粉来使由单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料产生的泡沫塑料耐火。通常有利的是,上述阻燃剂或阻燃剂混合物的使用量在每种情况下基于100重量份多羟基化合物计是5至50重量份,优选是10至40重量份。
可作为增塑剂使用的例如是本身已知的起增塑作用的试剂,例如邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯或邻苯二甲酸二辛基酯。在此证明有利的是例如使用上述含羟基的聚酯或含磷和/或含卤素的化合物,例如上述阻燃剂,因为它们可以额外地增强所产生的泡沫塑料的耐火性。
填料,特别是具有增强作用的填料是本身已知的常规有机和无机填料和增强剂。可具体提及的例如是:无机填料,如硅酸盐类矿物,如层状硅酸盐,例如叶蛇纹石、蛇纹石、角闪石、闪石、温石棉、沸石、滑石;金属氧化物例如高岭土、氧化铝、硅酸铝、二氧化钛和氧化铁;金属盐例如白垩、重晶石和无机颜料,例如硫化镉、硫化锌以及玻璃颗粒。有机填料例如是:碳黑、蜜胺、松香、环戊二烯基树脂和接枝聚合物。
无机和有机填料可以单独或作为混合物使用,其在单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料中的加入量是0.5至50重量%,优选是1至10重量%,基于单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的重量计。
就上述其它常规添加剂的详细说明可参见专业文献,例如J.H.Saunders和K.C.Frisch的专著《高级聚合物》(“High Polymers”)第XVI卷,聚氨酯,第1和2部分,Verlag Interscience Publishers 1962和1964,或者《塑料手册》,聚氨酯,第VII卷,Carl-Hanser-Verlag,Muenchen,Wien,第一和第二版,1966和1983。
本发明的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的定量组成优选如下(重量%):
-50至90,优选60至85的异氰酸酯-预聚物,
-0.1至5.0,优选0.5至20的催化剂,
-5至35,优选10至25的起泡剂和
-0.1至5.0,优选0.5至3.0的泡沫稳定剂,
-0至20,优选3至15的增塑剂和
-0.5至10,优选1至6的无活泼氢原子的酯。
从任选的添加剂中可加入2至50重量%,优选5至15重量%的阻燃剂。
其余任选的添加剂的加入量是0.1至3.0重量%,特别是0.2至1.5重量%。
本发明的另一内容是多元C2-C7-羧酸与一元C1-C7-醇和/或一元C1-C7-单羧酸与多元C2-C7-醇的无活泼氢原子的酯的应用,该酯用于甚至在低温和/或低环境湿度下改善基于具有异氰酸基的预聚物的含起泡剂的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的完全的和/或无脆变的时效硬化。
如上所述,本发明所选择的上面定义的酯与存在的环境水份的反应性比异氰酸酯-预聚物的异氰酸基的强得多,其中该酯通过水解反应而分解成羧酸和醇,其中不仅羧酸的羧基而且醇的羟基也与异氰酸酯-预聚物的异氰酸基反应,并导致所需的时效硬化。因此已经表明,本发明使用的酯是吸湿的,并因此吸收环境中的水分,以将其更有利地用于力求获得的时效硬化反应。同时向时效硬化提供的反应性基团的数目成倍增加,使得特别是在低温下理所当然低的空气水含量和低的羟基供应量得到提高,并因此有利于快速和完全进行的时效硬化。
通过本发明将环境中的水与异氰酸酯-预聚物中的异氰酸基的直接反应转移为形成的羧基或羟基与异氰酸基的反应可以避免在时效硬化期间在寒冷气候中出现的临时脆变相。以这种方式,在以非常低的1至2%的加入量(基于异氰酸酯-预聚物计)使用本发明特别优选的草酸二烷基酯,如草酸二甲基酯或草酸二乙基酯可以尤其是在低至-10℃的低温下显著地改善时效硬化行为。在使用这样低用量的酯时,可以轻而易举地使异氰酸酯-预聚物的时效硬化甚至在低温下也快速和完全地进行。
根据本发明可以仅通过在现行的或传统的预聚物配方中加入本发明使用的酯,来使单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料基本上毫无问题地进行时效硬化,从而可以省去基体的预润湿方法,由此甚至在低温下以这种方式改善的泡沫本身可毫无问题和无脆变地时效硬化。
下面的实施例进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例
本发明单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料由下面组分构成:
91.7克羟基值是56的聚己二酸乙二醇酯(Polyethylenglykoldiadipat),
33.4克以甘油为起始物的羟基值是400的聚氧丙烯多元醇,
30.6克以甘油为起始物的羟基值是42的聚氧丙烯多元醇,
19.5克分子量是600的聚乙二醇,
8.3克聚氧化烯基二醇聚硅氧烷共聚物作为泡沫稳定剂,
2.8克二-(2-吗啉代乙基)醚,
91.7克磷酸三氯丙基酯,
403.1克二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(Roh-MDI),
73.7克四氟乙烷,
40.3克二甲基醚,
20.9克丁烷,
4.2克丙烷
将上述组分混合,其中通过化学反应生成预聚物。将它们加入压力容器中,在起泡剂压力的作用下从压力容器中挤出单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料。
预聚物的反应可以直接在压力容器中进行,也就是说将配方中的组分或其预混合物加入该容器中,以便在这里进行反应和停留。
为了检查时效硬化性能,在不加入本发明的酯或加入草酸二乙酯、丙二酸二甲酯、马来酸二乙酯、三乙酸甘油酯、草酸二丁酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三丁基酯和琥珀酸二乙酯下制备上述单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料及相应的泡沫塑料,并在-10℃下在相对湿度是75%的环境气氛下在24小时内进行时效硬化。
最后,在寒冷气候中的脆性是以直径是19毫米的金属圆柱体的重量(克)给出,该圆柱体在-10℃下从距直径是3厘米的泡沫绳27厘米的高度下落并因此破坏表面。较高的值意味着更好的弹性。采用下列重量的金属圆柱体进行试验:20克、40克、60克、80克、100克、150克、200克、250克、300克、400克。
如上表所示,通过加入本发明使用的酯可以甚至在低温下明显改善无脆变时效硬化。
Claims (12)
1、单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其包含至少一种具有异氰酸基的预聚物(异氰酸酯-预聚物)、至少一种起泡剂和本身已知的助剂和添加剂,其特征在于,包含至少一种由多元C2-C7-羧酸与一元C1-C7-醇和/或一元C1-C7-单羧酸与多元C2-C7-醇形成的无活泼氢原子的酯,该酯用于甚至在低温和/或低环境湿度下改善完全的和无脆变的时效硬化。
2、权利要求1的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,该酯无羟基和/或羧基。
3、权利要求1或2的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,包含饱和或不饱和脂族C2-C7-二元羧酸与至少一种C1-C7-一元醇的酯和/或饱和或不饱和脂族C1-C7-一元羧酸与至少一种C2-C7-多元醇的酯。
4、权利要求1至3至少之一的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,酯是草酸、丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸、马来酸、富马酸、柠康酸、中康酸与至少一种一元醇如甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、仲丁醇、叔丁醇、季戊四醇、戊醇、己醇或庚醇形成的酯或甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸、新戊酸、己酸或庚酸与至少一种多元醇如乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、戊二醇、丙三醇或季戊四醇形成的酯。
5、上述权利要求至少之一的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,其包含至少一种选自下组的酯:草酸二甲酯、草酸二乙酯、草酸二丙酯、草酸二丁酯、丙二酸二甲酯、丙二酸二乙酯、丙二酸二丙酯、丙二酸二丁酯、马来酸二甲酯、马来酸二乙酯、马来酸二丙酯、马来酸二丁酯、三甲酸丙三醇酯、三乙酸丙三醇酯、三丙酸丙三醇酯、琥珀酸二甲酯、琥珀酸二乙酯、琥珀酸二丙酯、琥珀酸二丁酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三甲基酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三乙基酯、乙酰基柠檬酸三丙基酯和乙酰基柠檬酸三丁基酯。
6、上述权利要求至少之一的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,包含的酯含量基于异氰酸酯-预聚物的重量计是0.5至10重量%,优选1至6重量%,更优选1.5至3重量%。
7、上述权利要求至少之一的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,它包含一种或多种多元醇和一种或多种多异氰酸酯形成的预聚物作为异氰酸酯-预聚物,该预聚物的NCO-官能度是2至6,优选2.7至5,特别是2.8至4和分子量是500至30000,优选1000至25000。
8、权利要求7的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,基于异氰酸酯预聚物的重量计,异氰酸酯预聚物的异氰酸基的含量是5至25重量%,优选8至18重量%,特别优选10至12重量%。
9、上述权利要求至少之一的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,其包含空气、氮气、二氧化碳、一氧化二氮、氟代和/或氯代烃,特别是二甲基醚、丁烷或丙烷作为起泡剂。
10、权利要求9的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,起泡剂的含量基于单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料计是2至50重量%,优选是10至30重量%。
11、上述权利要求至少之一的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料,其特征在于,它包含表面活性剂、阻燃剂、稳定剂、增塑剂、催化剂、溶剂、填料、染料、颜料、防水解剂和防真菌和/或防细菌活性物质作为本身已知的助剂和添加剂。
12、一种多元C2-C7-羧酸与一元C1-C7-醇和/或一元C1-C7-单羧酸与多元C2-C7-醇形成的无活泼氢原子的酯的应用,该酯用于甚至在低温和/或低环境温度下改善基于具有异氰酸基的预聚物(异氰酸酯-预聚物)的含起泡剂的单组分-聚氨酯发泡材料的完全的和无脆变的时效硬化。
