Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于切割水果和蔬菜、尤其是用于切割洋葱的切割装置，这种切割装置包括一个切割部件和一个支承垫板(counter pad)，该切割部件设置有多个相互交叉或相互平行并形成网格结构的刀片，而且切割部件可以推靠在垫板上，以将待处理的洋葱切碎。
背景技术
目前，切割洋葱的常用方法就使用刀具，同时用一只手的手指抓住洋葱并在洋葱上移动刀具，从而将洋葱切成薄片。接着，就可以用指尖固定并移动洋葱。一个不熟悉该套程序的人很容易切到手指。在市面上，已经有许多种不同的机械式装置用于切割洋葱，但是这些装置的制造成本较高，而且这些装置的处理和清洗都比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切割装置，尤其是一种用于切割洋葱的新型切割装置，这种切割装置能够克服上述的缺陷，同时还有利于实现切割并便于完成切割操作。
本发明提供了一种用于以非常安全和简单的方式切割水果和蔬菜、尤其适合于切割洋葱的切割装置。该切割装置能够出色地实现其所需的用途，而且制造成本低廉。这种切割装置由于结构简单而可以方便地放在盘子中，另外，由于该装置仅由两个通过一个铰链可回转地连接在一起的部分组成，因此还有利于保持清洁。在该装置中，适合于支承洋葱的部分由一个切割板构成，该切割板可被放置在一个桌子上。在该装置中，切割部件可回转地安装在切割板上，这样在使用时，切割部件就能够朝向切割板向下转动并移向洋葱所在的位置，这样就可以将洋葱切成薄片。为实现高质量的切割操作，切割板上设置有多个凸起，这些凸起能够以合适的方式支承洋葱，而且能够穿过刀片构成的网格上的多个孔。这种情况一般发生在切割操作的最后阶段，当刀片移过洋葱的下部并进入到在凸起之间延伸的沟槽内时，也就完成了对洋葱的切割工作。

图1为根据本发明的切割装置的剖视图，图中示出了该切割装置的切割部件位于上部位置上，而待切的洋葱被放置在由切割板构成的垫板的支承表面上；
图2为图1所示的切割装置的剖视图，图中示出了当切割部件被向下推入洋葱并将洋葱切成小块时的情形，接着就可以方便地将洋葱从切割板内取出；
图3为切割板的顶视图，图中示出了该切割板包括被示出为一个支承垫板的区域，该区域包括放置待切洋葱的多个凸起；
图4为切割部件的顶视图。
具体实施方式
从附图中可以看到，本发明的最佳实施例由一个用于切割蔬菜或水果、尤其用于切割洋葱的切割装置1构成，该装置包括一个切割部件2，该切割部件设置有相互交叉或相互平行从而形成网格结构的刀片3、4。根据另一实施例，这些刀片仅沿一个方向相互平行的方式定位。不论刀片3、4是否相互交叉或相互平行，当切割部件2被推入洋葱6内，以将洋葱切成小块时，这些刀片都适合与一个支承垫板5相互配合。
切割装置1具有两个主要部分，即合适的切割部件2和上述的支承垫板5。这两个部分通过一个铰链7可回转地连接在一起。支承垫板5由一个切割板8构成，该切割板8在使用时被放置在一个平面状的桌面上，而且切割部件2通过铰链7与该切割板可回转地连接，这样切割部件2就能够朝向切割板8和放置在切割板8的合适位置上的洋葱向下转动。
当切割部件2向下完全压在切割板8和支承在切割板8上的洋葱的上方时，由于切割板8设置有多个凸起9，因此洋葱可被完全分开，其中凸起9从切割板8伸出一定的距离，该距离基本等于刀片3、4的高度。当切割部件2完全穿过切割板8时，刀片3、4的上部将位于与凸起9的上部及切割板顶面的其它部分相同的高度位置上，这样在进行切割时，就可以方便地将切好的洋葱从切割板8上挪开。
凸起9形成了一种图形，这种图形与切割部件2上的刀片3、4的图形相同，凸起9的横截面形状基本与刀片3、4所限定的形状相一致，而刀片3、4还在切割部件上限定了多个孔或空腔10。切割部件2上的刀片3、4的高度略小于凸起9的高度，这样当切割部件2完全向下斜靠在切割板8上时，就会形成上述的平面。
切割部件2由一块在中央位置没置有一通孔11的板构成，在其中央位置上，刀片3、4以相互交叉或平行的方式形成了一种网格结构，这种网格结构在垂直方向上的延伸长度与切割板8上的刀片高度大体相同。
根据该最佳实施例，被用作刀片3、4的刀片网格具有多个方形孔或空腔10，孔或空腔10的尺寸可以约为4×4毫米至6×6毫米，高度约为4-10毫米。
根据另外一个实施例，刀片3，4可以具有不同高度并且它们的刃部可以是锯齿状。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于切割水果和蔬菜的装置，其包括：切割部件(2)，该切割部件具有相互交叉的刀片(3，4)，所述刀片形成了一网格结构；以及一个支承垫板(5)，在切割洋葱(6)的过程中，切割部件(2)可被推压在该支承垫板(5)上，所述支承垫板(5)由切割板(8)构成，所述切割部件(2)通过铰链(7)状的连接件与切割板(8)可枢转地连接，以允许其刀片网格向下朝切割板(8)和放置在切割板上的洋葱转动，所述切割板(8)在与刀片的范围基本一致的区域内设置有多个用于支承洋葱(6)的凸起(9)，其特征在于：该装置仅包括两个主部件，即枢转连接的所述由切割板(8)构成的支承垫板(5)和所述切割部件(2)，当切割刀具通过升起切割部件打开约90°时所述两个主部件是可分开的，刀片网格具有方形的孔或空腔(10)，在凸起(9)形成构成切割板(8)的用于支承垫板(5)上的洋葱(6)的支承面的同时，该凸起(9)自切割板(8)上伸出，它们形成了一个与切割部件(2)上的刀片(3，4)的图形相对应的图案，而且其横截面形状与由切割部件(2)中的刀片(3，4)所限定的形状基本对应，当通过单一的推动，切割部件(2)位于完全向下倾靠在切割板(8)上方的位置上且其刀片(3，4)穿入在凸起(9)之间延伸的槽中时，所述凸起(9)能够完全穿过刀片网格中的所述孔或空腔(10)，放置在所述切割板(8)上的所述洋葱(6)由于刀片(3，4)的网格和凸起(9)的对应图案而会被完全分割，刀片(3，4)的高度略小于凸起(9)的高度，从而当切割部件(2)位于其向下倾斜的位置上时，能够形成一个平面状的表面，并且切割刀具形成一切割板，在其上形成切好的洋葱(6)。
2、根据权利要求1的装置，其特征在于：所述刀片(3，4)设置有带锯齿的刀刃。
3、根据权利要求1的装置，其特征在于：所述切割部件(2)由一块板构成，该板的中央部分处设置有一通孔(11)，刀片网格定位在该通孔内，垂直延伸基本对应于所述切割板的高度或凸起(9)的厚度和高度。
4、根据权利要求1的装置，其特征在于：所述刀片网格结构具有方形孔或空腔(10)，这些方形孔或空腔的尺寸约为4×4毫米至6×6毫米，其高度约为4至10毫米。
