Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种密封装置,用于密封非圆形的,特别是多边形的,如四边、六边、八边或椭圆形的容器口,其中安装有一条或数条密封用电感回线,电感回线与密封边的形状相配合,本发明还涉及一种密封这类容器口的方法以及在这种情况下使用的密封垫。
为经济地码放容器,制造了这种最好是非圆形的罐,特别是例如装可可粉的四边形罐。因此在相同的占地面积上,可以置放比圆形罐更多的长方形罐。但是在制造时圆形罐却得到优先考虑。
因为事实证明,封闭多边形罐比封闭圆形罐更为困难。因此,多边形容器常常带有圆形的上部开口。在这种情况下,可将其上部开口边缘粘合的四边形玻璃容器表明非常有利。
然而,这种玻璃容器不适合存放对光线敏感的产品,例如像可可粉或咖啡粉。当光线射入玻璃容器中时,会对其形成分解或产生不利影响。因此众所周知,是将某种类型的不透明的塑料容器用于这类产品。但难点是将薄膜粘合在这种塑料容器的上部环形边上。例如在一种HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)塑料上粘合已知的薄膜不够可靠或根本不行。
已公开了通过热传导对装有感光产品或牛奶或蛋白制品的这类容器进行密封。它是将热直接导入适当的薄膜之中,由此容器的塑料表面融合在其开口上。可以通过电流或按其它方式,例如通过热导入在薄膜中产生热。例如,采用铝箔或塑料薄膜或含金属成分的塑料薄膜按照这种方式对像蟹肉沙拉这类产品进行预先密封。然而大多数情况证实,通过传导密封比较复杂并容易出错。此外,这种密封并不适于不同用途,例如装有像可可或咖啡粉这类对光敏感产品的容器或装有牛奶或蛋白制品的HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)容器,因为透过隔绝和密封向上对着容器盖子的铝箔的层进行密封几乎是不可能的。
此外公开的还有在感应密封的条件下对带有圆形灌装口的容器进行密封。EP0223517B1公开了一种装置,它是通过感应对带有同样由塑料以及一金属层制成的密封盖的塑料容器进行密封。装置中所使用的电感回线有一与所要密封的边相应的形状。它包括至少一个多边造型。其中布置有一铁素体-聚电流器单元。电感回线为了与表面密封而嵌入盖中。铁素体-聚电流器为此布置在电感回线旁。
本发明的目的是提供一种感应密封非圆形,特别是多边形,如四边、六边、八边或椭圆形容器口的装置和方法,它可以在每个时间单位上以较少的费用提供更多的密封工序,并且保证特别是在角上绝对可靠的密封效果。
对于密封非圆形的,特别是多边形的,如四边、六边、八边或椭圆形的容器口,并安装有一条或数条密封用电感回线和与密封边的形状相配合的电感回线的密封装置来说,这一目的这样得以实现,即如此确定电感回线的尺寸,以致于形成一与密封边的尺寸相吻合的和均匀的用于进行密封的场,并给出相对容器的运动从节奏和速度上并行控制电感回线的方法或在电感回线密封时均衡容器生产速度的方法和从时间上控制运送容器的传送带和压盖与密封工序以及在密封时进行压力调节的方法。对于密封非圆形的,特别是多边形的,如四边、六边、八边或椭圆形的容器口的方法来说,这一目的这样得以实现,即为在密封过程中保证密封边与电感回线之间的距离始终不变,或者将容器保持一停留时间,或者使电感回线和密封边以相同节奏或同一速度运动,以使电感回线或带电感回线的压模从上面准确无误地落到带有密封垫的容器的盖上,在施加预先确定的压力或无压情况下进行感应密封,电感回线或单个压模或多个压模在感应密封之后提升,容器从密封装置出来后继续运行。对于用做密封的非圆形,特别是多边形或椭圆形并至少有一金属箔和在其对着容器的底面上有一层与容器材料配合的密封材料制成的密封垫来说,这一目的这样得以实现,即设有一布置在容器盖内的密封垫的粘合上部,对着盖子的金属箔由一层纸或薄泡沫薄膜层或一层蜡、粘合剂或聚乙烯所覆盖,并与密封垫的上部相连。在从属权利要求中对本发明的进一步设计进行说明。
电感回线和密封边之间的距离最好可根据密封边和/或者密封垫的形状、尺寸和材料可以调整或选择。为通过感应进行密封,电感回线的优点是可以弯曲成与容器上部环绕密封边相同的形状和尺寸。密封过程或者无压或者在压力下进行。在后一种情况下,密封垫要么通过容器盖,要么通过一个压模压向密封边。
由此提供一种感应均匀地对非圆形容器口进行密封的装置和方法。多边形或椭圆形容器口纵面的烧损或角区域的不完全密封因此得以避免。通过这种可以是无压或在存在的接壤压力下将盖子旋在或结合在容器颈上时进行的密封,优点是省去了接壤压力装置的额外费用,否则为保证可靠密封,这种装置是合理的和普遍使用的。时间上延长密封过程也不会发生,因为或者电感回线和容器盖子同时以同一节奏或相同的速度运行,或者由于在密封过程中由并行导送众多的容器抵消了因密封停留容器而出现的时间损耗。在容器的实际灌装过程中,这种并行导送在食品业中已普遍使用。
通过在电感回线中采用双绕制或简单的双连续绕制,绕制电流的输入输出范围内不再出现非均匀性。产生一精确调谐的均匀场。非圆形容器的密封因此以最佳的方式,特别是在角上得到保证。
电感回线主要是安装在单个或数个压模中。它们也可安装在压模旁或单独安装,也就是无附加压模地安装。最好是在密封装置中安装带有并排的,与感应过程期间最好是并行传送的容器的距离相应布置的电感回线的大压模。对于这种实施例来说,也可以布置数个并排或顺续设置的带有相应确定尺寸的电感回线的压模。如果电感回线以同一节奏和/或者以与传送带上的容器相同速度同时运动的话,那么电感回线最好成顺续布置。
最好是容器的密封边已经装有各自相应确定尺寸的密封垫和盖。但它们也只是在密封装置的范围内才能安装盖和密封垫。
为用压模进行密封,压模连同电感回线在一定压力下降到容器上。透过盖子,压模优选将装在密封垫内的一层金属箔作为所谓的触角或介质为在与密封层结合下产生感应密封而压到容器的上部环绕边上。通过向电感回线中输入电流,金属箔附着在容器的上部环绕边缘上。金属箔与环绕密封边的结合在容器上部环绕边缘的每一部位上都是均匀的。即使是在容器口的角上也与薄膜形成最佳的密封,因为由电感回线所提供的场与容器上部环绕密封边的尺寸配合十分准确和均匀。
为提供一个完全均匀性的场,主要是采用了电感回线的双绕制。
即使是电感回线与密封边之间的距离,也可根据密封边和/或者密封垫的形状、尺寸和材料进行选择。
通过采用各种不同的,特别是与压模形成一体的具有相应尺寸和造型的电感回线,形成与容器口不同尺寸和造型的配合。当容器边缘形状和尺寸改变时,将电感回线或将电感回线连同压模更换。在密封过程之后,将电感回线或将压模向上提升或将压模离开容器向上提升。一传动装置将容器输送出密封装置,最好是在前面的为提供停留时间和均衡生产速度而进行的并行导送之后又恢复成一排运送。
特别优先采用的是,为电感回线规定一合适的均匀的场而调整可预先确定的电流的方法,为压模规定调整可预先确定的在感应过程中的工作压力的方法。最好采用从时间上控制传送带、压紧和密封过程并在密封过程中可以调节压力的控制装置。容器材料可以优选采用热塑性材料,特别是像聚丙烯、聚酯、PVC(聚氯乙烯)或这类的聚合物,或者特别优先采用HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)或也可采用玻璃。
密封垫除了金属箔特别是铝箔和朝向容器内制品布置的密封层之外还附加一由纸、薄泡沫塑料膜或由蜡、粘合剂或聚乙烯构成的层,该层朝着容器盖的方向,也就是在其中嵌入密封垫上部的下面。后者主要由聚乙烯或聚丙烯泡沫粘合或由粘合的纸板制成。
为详细解释本发明,在下面的用于对光敏感的制品的非圆形容器口的密封装置实施例中借助附图进行说明。附图所示为:
图1带有密封垫、盖和依据本发明的电感回线连同压模的容器剖面图;
图2装有根据图1的电感回线的部分剖面压模的顶视图;
图3依据本发明的电感回线连同容器的第二个实施例的顶视图;
图4容器和电感回线并行运动时依据本发明的密封装置的侧视图;以及
图5依据本发明的密封装置带有提供停留时间的传送带分路的原理透视图。
图1为压模10中的依据本发明的电感回线11的第一个实施例的剖面图。压模10用于接受电感回线11。电感回线11构成双绕制。因此避免了仅有一个绕制的电感回线时在电流输入输出范围内带所出现的,即容易产生非均匀性的缺陷。参照标号12和13标出的电感回线11的双绕制表示电流的输入输出。
在构成容器2的密封边14的容器上部边缘上布置有一密封垫15。密封垫15有三层。在紧靠容器上部边缘14上是密封层9,其上是金属箔16,例如铝箔。密封层9最好覆盖整个金属箔16。它在密封过程期间在密封边14范围内熔化,因此由与容器材料一致的一种密封材料组成。金属箔16的上面是一构成由密封材料组成的密封垫15上部的层18。该层18紧靠着盖子里面。它优选由聚乙烯或聚丙烯泡沫组成,并有利地至少粘合在向着金属箔的面上。层18也可选择由粘合的纸板组成。
该层18直接嵌入盖子3中并支承在其内表面19上。金属箔16和层18之间布置有一层17。它最好由纸和薄泡沫塑料膜组成的薄层构成。它也可选择由蜡、粘合剂或聚乙烯组成。层17的作用是与层18结合。
容器2灌装有制品20。它可以例如是可可粉或咖啡粉,牛奶或蛋白制品或其它制品。密封层9应由对容器2中的制品质量没有影响的材料制成。为在第一次打开容器后,也就是将金属箔16与容器的上部环绕边14分离之后仍可保护制品,容器2的盖子3里采用了层17和18。而且这些层也主要由不会与容器内所装制品发生反应或对制品造成消极影响的材料制成。
为保证容器环绕边14的容器边缘的任何部位均能达到最佳密封,电感回线11准确对准容器上部边缘或密封边14的上部。
它(回线)与压模10形成整体,从而在电流流动的状态下通过感应作用将薄膜16与容器上部边缘14经过融合连接在一起。为确保薄膜16无皱褶和可靠地附着在容器上部环绕边缘14上,压模10加有可预先确定的压力P。可在未标出的调节工具上(方法中)以预先确定的数量级对此压力进行调节。在这种情况下,也可预先确定各压紧时间。压模11然后在切断电感回线11的电流供给的情况下从容器2的盖子3离开向上提升。
图2所示为根据图1的压模10的顶视图。为看清电感回线11的定位,对压模10进行剖面显示。电感回线11作为双绕制对准以线条表示的容器2的上部容器边缘14。若是容器圆形开口,通常在感应密封时使用板状感应场。这一板状感应场是由在一块板中弯曲成波纹状的线圈而产生的。由于在圆形开口时到容器口的各外部边缘的路径各自相同,所以在容器的上部环绕边缘的整个范围内形成均匀的密封性。
如果现在在非圆形的-也就是这里所介绍的四边形的-容器口上采用这种在一块板中弯曲成波纹状的线圈,在容器口的纵面21、22、23、24范围内会出现烧损。反之,在容器口的角25、26、27、28范围内会导致密封不完全。通过采用与密封边14的尺寸相应的电感回线11,角25至28的密封效果会像纵面21至24一样良好可靠。
根据所要密封的,带有相应确定尺寸的密封垫15的容器边14的各自尺寸,采用装有不同尺寸电感回线11的各种不同规格的压模10,生产期间通过更换相应的压模10就能形成快速配合。同样,也可采用带有数个各自并排布置的不同尺寸的电感回线。为进行快速更换,例如可在密封装置中采用锁紧装置,用于锁紧相应的数个压模或相应的单个压模。
图3为连同下置容器的本发明电感回线的第二种实施例的顶视图。容器2为八边形,同样为上部环绕密封边14。在图3中它由一线条表示。
电感回线38在该密封边14之上布置在容器盖3上。与图1或图2的实施例相反,在图3的实施例中没有压模。采用的是无压模电感回线38。它布置在用盖子封闭的容器的上边并用密封垫密封密封边14,而没有对盖子施加压力。所需要的压力已通过旋在容器口的盖子完成。因此对于密封过程来说不再需要另外产生压力。感应过程也可选择完全无压完成。在这种情况下,密封垫不通过盖子压在密封边上。但在密封过程期间,其密封层仍与容器的密封边融合在一起。为此目的,电感回线布置在与密封边一适当的距离内,而且由其产生的均匀场与形状、尺寸和所要融合的材料形成适当的配合。
图4所示为根据图3与容器和电感回线相应的密封过程。图4中有两个容器,在支柱29中各在其上布置有电感回线38。容器2置于传送带30的上面并通过传送带运动。箭头所示为运动方向。在传送带30上的容器运动期间容器到达本发明的密封装置中。其中支柱29连同电感回线38从上面降到容器2的盖子3上,在密封过程期间支柱与容器的运动并行进行运动。图4中同样用箭头标明了这一点。
在密封过程期间需要注意的是,电感回线与密封边的距离不能改变。在整个密封过程期间应保持距离不变。
如果如图1或图2所示的那样将装有电感回线的压模用于密封过程,那么在本发明的密封装置中,装有电感回线的压模在容器进入该密封装置之后下降到带有盖子3的容器上。与容器的运动并行运动的同时对盖子施压。然后密封过程如前面所述进行。
在离开密封装置之前,或者支柱29中电感回线38,或者装有电感回线11的压模10再次从容器2的盖子3处提升,从而被完全密封的容器可进入下一步生产程序继续处理。
图5所示为装有分路输送带31的本发明的感应密封装置的原理透视图。输送带31上顺序布置有三个容器2。这些容器均已装有盖子3。在各容器的上部环绕边上,也就是盖子的下面,各自装有无法看到的密封垫。
输送带3在分路点A处分成三条传送带34、35、36。装有盖子3的三个容器2并行排列在这三条传送带34、35、36上。三个容器的上边装有一个压模37。在图5中它以虚线表示。
在每个容器上方的压模37内均各自装有电感回线41。电感回线41与容器2的尺寸及其盖子3的尺寸相应。电感回线41在图5中同样仅以虚线表示。密封过程期间压模37向下降到盖子3上,然后以预先确定的压力压向盖子。同时电感回线被接通电流。由此容器2形成最佳的密封效果。
根据预先确定的时间,压模37离开容器盖3重新向上提升。电感回线不再接通电流。
一控制装置使在密封过程期间停留的容器在传送带34、35、36上重新运动。与单个传送带的速度控制相应,容器2通过分路点B重新按序回到传送带39上。传送带31、34、35、36、39的各传送方向按箭头所示。容器2从灌装装置和对容器加装密封垫和盖子的装置到达传送带1上。在离开密封装置后,密封好的容器到达传送带39上,例如进入包装工序。

Claims (11)
1.用于密封非圆形的,特别是多边形,如四边、六边、八边形或椭圆形容器口的密封装置,装有一个或数个密封用电感回线(11、38、41)和与密封边的形状相配合的电感回线(11、38、41),其特征在于,电感回线尺寸的确定要产生一与密封边的尺寸相适应的均匀的用于密封的场,
具有相对于容器(2)的运动制定从节奏或速度上同步控制电感回线(11、38、41)的方法和/或者按照电感回线(11、38、41)制定在密封时均衡容器(2)生产速度的方法,和
从时间上控制传送容器的传送带(30、31、34、35、36、39)和压紧与密封过程的方法以及在密封过程时进行压力调节的方法。
2.按权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,电感回线(11、38、41)和密封边之间的距离根据密封边的形状、尺寸和材料可以调节或选择,以及
密封垫(15)在密封过程期间通过容器(2)的盖子(3)或压模(10、37)压向密封边(14),或者
无压完成密封过程。
3.按权利要求1所述的密封装置,其特征在于,提供一种均衡生产速度的方法,它是在一条传送带(31)分成带有后续返回到一条传送带(39)上的多条传送带(34,35,36)的形式下提供停留时间的方法。
4.按前面权利要求之一所述的密封装置,其特征在于,电感回线(11、38、41)的结构为双绕制或简单的双连续回线,以提供一均匀的场。
5.按权利要求1至4之一所述的密封装置中使用的密封垫,密封垫(15)为非圆形的,特别是多边形或椭圆形的,并且在其对着容器(2)的底面上有一由与容器材料相配合的密封材料构成的层(9),其特征在于,
采用了密封垫有一上部布置在容器盖(3)中,以及
朝向盖子(3)的金属箔被一由纸或薄泡沫薄膜组成的层(17)或由蜡、粘合剂或聚乙烯组成的层(17)所覆盖并与密封垫(15)的上部相连接。
6.按权利要求5所述的密封垫,其特征在于,密封垫(15)的上部(18)由可粘合的聚乙烯或聚丙烯泡沫组成。
7.按权利要求5所述的密封垫,其特征在于,密封垫(15)的上部(18)由粘合的纸板组成。
8.密封非圆形,特别是多边形,如四边、六边、八边或椭圆形容器口的方法,其中为确保感应期间密封边(14)和电感回线(11、38、41)之间的距离始终不变,或提供一停留时间,或使电感回线(11、38、41)和密封边(14)以相同的节奏或同一速度运动,
电感回线(11、38、41)或装有电感回线(11、38、41)的压模(10、37)从上面准确无误地降到带有密封垫(15)的容器(2)的盖子(3)上,
在施加预先确定的压力或在无压下进行感应密封,
电感回线(11、38、41)或单个或数个压模(10、37)在感应密封后提升,以及
容器(2)从密封装置出来后继续传送。
9.按权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,为均衡生产速度提供一停留时间而将容器(2)成批同时并行输送并同时进行密封,以及
容器(2)在离开密封装置后经过一分路点(B)按顺序返回到传送带(39)上。
10.按权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,电感回线(11、38、41)与容器(2)的盖子(3)并行运动。
11.按权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,电感回线(11、38、41)在压模(10、37)的旁边运动。
