Abstract
本发明是一种治疗宫颈糜烂的药物。它是基于祖国医学对宫颈糜烂的发病机理认识及治疗原则,参考现代药理学研究,从祖国医学宝库中,筛选出的收敛止血,利湿止带,清热解毒的中药材,按中医理论组合而成。属纯中药制剂,不用口服,局部应用后收效快,无副作用;制作简单,造价低,使用方便;局部上药后会自然形成一层保护膜,既可杀菌又可防止细菌的侵入;还可广泛应用于皮肤溃疡,湿疹、刀伤出血等疾病。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科宫颈糜烂的药物。
宫颈糜烂是妇科常见病，多发病，大部分患此病患者难以治愈。
目前国内外对本病的治疗，遇到以下束手问题：
1、硝酸银，重铬酸钾溶液及腐植酸钠，因腐蚀性太强，容易损伤正常粘膜，临床医士不好操作。
2、物理方法，电烙，激光等效果虽说可以，但易损害人体正常细胞，使人体免疫力降低。
虽然有些治疗宫颈糜烂的中成药，但由于效果不太明显，患者仍就被此病困扰。
本发明的目的的在于提供一种收效快，治愈率高的宫颈糜烂局部治疗药物。
本发明的方案基于祖国医学对宫颈糜烂的发病机理认识及治疗原则，参考现代药理学研究，从祖国医学宝库中，筛选出的收敛止血，利湿止带，清热解毒的中药材，接中医理论组合而成。
本发明的药物由下列组合而成：
黄柏30-60份、冰片5-20份、铜绿3-10份、龙胆草30-60份、苦参5-15份、卜黄5-15份、雄黄10-20份、孩儿茶10-20份、鱼腥草5-20份、五培子30-60份、枯矾30-60份。
本发明的制备方法是：
1、除冰片另研外对本病的其余各混合研碎过120目
2、把上述药充分混匀，再经紫外灯消毒，用瓶装好密封贮存。
本发明临床使用结果有上述优点。
1、本发明纯中药制剂，不用口服，局部应用后收效快，无副作用。
2、本发明制作简单，造价低，使用方便。
3、本发明局部上药后会自然形成一层保护膜，即可杀菌又可防止细菌的侵入。
4、本发明可广泛应用于皮肤溃疡，温疹、刀伤出血等疾病。
本发明的最佳配比是：黄柏50份、冰片15份、铜绿5份、龙胆草50份、苦参8份、卜黄10份、雄黄15份、孩儿茶10份、鱼腥草10份、五培子50份、枯矾50份。
本发明的使用方法是：
患者每于月经干净后3日才可治疗，医生先将患者阴部常规消毒，然后用窥阴器扩开阴道，将棉球醮上药粉均匀的敷于糜烂面或将药粉装于喉头喷雾器内，均匀喷于糜烂面。每月接连5次为一疗程，第二月月经干净后3日复查，未愈者可进行第二个疗程。临床治疗结果，患者一般1个疗程汉愈，在治疗过20个病例中，有15个完全治愈，5个有效，症状减轻，有效率100％。

1、一种治疗宫颈糜烂的药物，其特征在于它的配方为：黄柏30-60份、冰片5-20份、铜绿3-10份、龙胆草30-60份、苦参5-15份、卜黄5-15份、雄黄10-20份、孩儿茶10-20份、鱼腥草5-20份、五培子30-60份、枯矾30-60份。
