本发明涉及无纺布制造技术领域,更具体的说是一种无纺布及其制造工艺;可以制造出能够净化空气的无纺布;该工艺包括以下步骤:步骤一:将两个棉花无纺布进行打孔,并上下对称设置;步骤二:对两个棉花无纺布喷水,使其湿润;步骤三:将虎皮兰纤维和常青藤纤维平铺在两个棉花无纺布中间;步骤四:虎皮兰纤维、常青藤纤维和两个棉花无纺布压合,并且烘干,得到所述无纺布;采用上述无纺布制造工艺所制造出的无纺布,所述的无纺布由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉花无纺布2份;虎皮兰纤维1份;常青藤纤维1份。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制造技术领域,更具体的说是一种无纺布及其制造工艺。
背景技术
例如公开号为CN102535081的发明公开了一种无纺布制造工艺,其包括如下步骤:提供纤维原料,对该纤维原料进行梳理并形成纤维网;对该纤维网进行固结以形成初级无纺布;提供一具有预定揉搓沟纹的揉搓单元,使用该揉搓单元对该初级无纺布进行揉搓处理,以使该初级无纺布中纤维的排布发生转向以降低该初级无纺布的纵横向强度比,并同时使该初级无纺布中的纤维随该预定揉搓沟纹发生弯曲变形。本发明还涉及使用上述无纺布制造工艺所制造的无纺布。与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的该无纺布的制造工艺采用揉搓单元对经过固结后的初级无纺布进行揉搓处理以得到了具有纤维结构均匀的表面具有花纹图案的无纺布;但是该发明不能制造出能够净化空气的无纺布。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供无纺布制造工艺,可以制造出能够净化空气的无纺布。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种无纺布制造工艺,该工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将两个棉花无纺布进行打孔,并上下对称设置;
步骤二:对两个棉花无纺布喷水,使其湿润;
步骤三:将虎皮兰纤维和常青藤纤维平铺在两个棉花无纺布中间;
步骤四:虎皮兰纤维、常青藤纤维和两个棉花无纺布压合,并且烘干,得到所述无纺布;
所述无纺布制造工艺还使用一种无纺布制造装置,所述装置包括两个裁切辊和两个配合辊,每个裁切辊上均设置有一排凸起,每个配合辊上均设置有一排凹孔,凸起能够与凹孔扣合。
进一步的所述装置还包括两个拉动架,每个拉动架上均转动有一个配合辊,拉动架能够相对于裁切辊移动。
进一步的所述装置还包括底座和传送带,底座上设置有传送带,两个拉动架分别滑动在底座的上下两侧,两个裁切辊均转动在底座上。
进一步的所述装置还包括侧板和压合辊,两个侧板之间设置有两个压合辊,两个压合辊能够调节间距,两个侧板均固接在底座上。
采用上述无纺布制造工艺所制造出的无纺布,所述的无纺布由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉花无纺布2份;虎皮兰纤维1份;常青藤纤维1份。
本发明无纺布制造工艺的有益效果为:
随着裁切辊上的一排凸起和配合辊上的一排凹孔转动到相对的位置的时候,凸起会将棉花无纺布压入凹孔当中,并且利用凸起与凹孔扣合时的边缘在棉花无纺布上压制出一排排的圆孔,从而使棉花无纺布的透气性更强,然后再将虎皮兰纤维和常青藤纤维夹在打孔之后两个棉花无纺布中间,从而得到上下两层为棉花无纺布、中间为虎皮兰纤维和常青藤纤维的所述无纺布,并且所述无纺布的上下两侧均具有圆孔,使制造出来的所述无纺布更具有透气性,并且能够利用其中的虎皮兰纤维和常青藤纤维来净化穿过所述无纺布当中的空气。

所述装置还包括烘干箱301和烘干机302,烘干箱301内壁的上下两侧均设置有一个烘干机302,烘干箱301固定在两个侧板201上。

按照线条A和两个线条B的移动轨迹,在压合好之后的所述无纺布在通过烘干箱301的时候,能够利用两个烘干机302从上下两端将所述无纺布进行烘干,并且通过两个棉花无纺布上的孔加快热气通过所述无纺布的速度,并且增加热气与所述无纺布的接触面积,从而加块所述无纺布被烘干的速度。
所述装置还包括复压辊303和原料架304,两个复压辊303分别滑动在烘干箱301的上下两侧,烘干箱301上下两端均设置有一个原料架304。

并且能够将两个棉花无纺布的原料卷套在两个原料架304上,便于两个棉花无纺布的原料卷的放置和更换。
采用上述无纺布制造工艺所制造出的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的无纺布由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉花无纺布2份;虎皮兰纤维1份;常青藤纤维份。

1.一种无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将两个棉花无纺布进行打孔,并上下对称设置;
步骤二:对两个棉花无纺布喷水,使其湿润;
步骤三:将虎皮兰纤维和常青藤纤维平铺在两个棉花无纺布中间;
步骤四:虎皮兰纤维、常青藤纤维和两个棉花无纺布压合,并且烘干,得到复合无纺布;
所述无纺布制造工艺还使用一种无纺布制造装置,所述装置包括两个裁切辊(101)和两个配合辊(102),每个裁切辊(101)上均设置有一排凸起,每个配合辊(102)上均设置有一排凹孔,凸起能够与凹孔扣合。

4.根据权利要求3所述的无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:所述装置还包括侧板(201)和压合辊(202),两个侧板(201)之间设置有两个压合辊(202),两个压合辊(202)能够调节间距,两个侧板(201)均固接在底座(104)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:所述装置还包括丝杠(203),每个压合辊(202)的两端均螺纹连接有一个丝杠(203),四个丝杠(203)均转动在侧板(201)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:所述装置还包括转把(204),两个转把(204)分别固定在前后同侧的两个丝杠(203)上,上下对应的两个丝杠(203)的螺纹方向相反。
7.根据权利要求6所述的无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:所述装置还包括水管(205)和喷嘴(206),两个水管(205)上下对称固接在两个侧板(201)之间,每个水管(205)上均设置有一排喷嘴(206)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:所述装置还包括烘干箱(301)和烘干机(302),烘干箱(301)内壁的上下两侧均设置有一个烘干机(302),烘干箱(301)固定在两个侧板(201)上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的无纺布制造工艺,其特征在于:所述装置还包括复压辊(303)和原料架(304),两个复压辊(303)分别滑动在烘干箱(301)的上下两侧,烘干箱(301)上下两端均设置有一个原料架(304)。
10.采用权利要求9所述的无纺布制造工艺所制造出的无纺布,其特征在于:所述的无纺布由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉花无纺布2份;虎皮兰纤维1份;常青藤纤维1份。
