When the user successfully registers in the parking space management platform, an order establishing instruction is sent to the user terminal of the user, so that a parking space reservation order is synchronously generated on an application program of the user terminal.
Compared with the first embodiment, the parking space reservation order can be managed by the user through the user terminal. Namely, after the user registers the parking space management platform, the user can log in the corresponding application program to check the parking space reservation order, modify the order information, settle the fee and the like. In the embodiment, the parking space management platform actively initiates the parking space reservation order on an application program of the user terminal after generating the parking space reservation order, so that the user does not need to operate, and great convenience is provided for the user.
Further, the step of sending an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user by the parking space management platform to enable the application program of the user terminal to synchronously generate the parking space reservation order further includes:
the parking space management platform acquires the position information of the user terminal in real time and determines the distance between the user and the commercial tenant according to the position information;
and when the distance is smaller than the threshold value, the parking space management platform sends reminding information to the merchant order system.
Namely, after the user registers the parking space management platform and logs in the corresponding application program through the user terminal, the parking space management platform can implement to acquire the position information of the user terminal and determine the distance between the user and the merchant according to the position information. A positioning system is arranged in a general user terminal, and the user terminal can detect the position of the terminal in real time and send the position to a parking space management platform. The position information of the user terminal can be regarded as the position information of the user, and when the distance between the user and the merchant is smaller than a threshold value (such as 20 m), the parking space management platform sends reminding information to the merchant order system, so that the merchant can make an answer preparation in advance.
In this embodiment, the parking space management platform is linked with an appointment system of a merchant, when the merchant obtains an appointment service with a parking demand, the merchant initiates parking space appointment to the parking space management platform, the parking space management platform generates a parking space appointment order after obtaining parking space appointment information sent by the merchant order system, and generates the parking space appointment order on a user terminal of a user synchronously after detecting that the user is registered. According to the embodiment, the parking space reservation is selected without manual operation of a client, the intelligent degree is high, the operation difficulty of the client is greatly reduced, and the consumption experience of the client is enhanced.
Further, referring to fig. 3, in a third embodiment of the present invention, the user information further includes a vehicle identifier of the reserved vehicle, and the step of generating the parking space reservation order by the parking space management platform further includes:
step S31, the parking space management platform acquires the vehicle identification of the current vehicle identified by the parking space lock, and determines whether the current vehicle is the reserved vehicle according to the identified vehicle identification;
step S32, when the current vehicle is the reserved vehicle, the parking space management platform controls the parking space lock to be opened so as to enable the reserved vehicle to park;
step S33, the parking space management platform records the opening time of the parking space lock, records the vehicle leaving time when receiving the vehicle leaving notification sent by the parking space lock, and calculates the parking fee according to the opening time and the vehicle leaving time.
When an appointed vehicle arrives at an appointed parking lot and drives into a parking space where the locked parking space lock is located, a camera on the parking space lock identifies the vehicle, if an effective vehicle identification is identified, the vehicle identification is sent to a parking space management platform, the parking space management platform judges whether the vehicle is the appointed vehicle, and if the vehicle is the appointed vehicle, the parking space management platform controls the parking space lock to be opened so that the appointed vehicle can drive into the parking space conveniently, and therefore the noninductive parking is achieved.
When the parking spot lock is opened, the opening time is recorded, so that the charging is facilitated. When a user drives a car to leave a parking space, a camera of the parking space lock detects that the reserved car drives away, then a car driving away notification is sent to the parking space management platform, the parking space management platform records driving away time, and parking cost is calculated according to the opening time and the car driving away time.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle leaving may also be detected by an infrared detector or a geomagnetic vehicle detector disposed in the parking space.
After the parking stall management platform calculates the parking fee, a user can pay the parking fee on an application program, and the parking stall management platform is very convenient and fast.
It can be understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, after the parking space management platform calculates the parking fee, the parking space management platform may send the fee payment information of the reserved vehicle to the management system of the parking lot, and the user may pay the fee through a manual fee payment window set up by the sentry box.
Further, after the step of sending the order notification information to the user in a short message manner according to the phone number, the method further includes:
when the reserved vehicle does not arrive at the parking lot for parking within a preset time length before the parking space reservation time period is ended, the parking space management platform sends prompt information to the user to prompt the user that the reservation is about to be overtime.
Namely, when the parking space management platform does not receive the locking signal of the parking space lock within the preset time before the end of the reservation time period, the reserved vehicle is not parked in the parking lot, information is prompted to the user in a short message mode to prompt the user that the reservation is about to be overtime, and the user can be prompted to log in an application program of the platform to cancel the order and modify the parking space reservation time period.
It can be understood that when the user does not arrive at the parking lot for parking after exceeding the reserved time period, the parking space management platform directly cancels the order.
Further, when the parking space management platform receives order modification information sent by the user terminal, the parking space reservation order is modified according to the order modification information, and the order modification information comprises at least one of modification information of the parking space reservation time period, order cancellation information and vehicle identification information of a reserved vehicle.
The user can modify the parking space reservation order on the user terminal, for example, the parking space reservation can be cancelled, the parking space reservation time can be modified, or the vehicle identification of the reserved vehicle can be modified, the user terminal synchronously sends the obtained modification information to the parking space management platform, and the parking space management platform synchronously modifies the parking space reservation order in the platform according to the modification information.
Referring to fig. 4, a parking space intelligent reservation system according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention includes a merchant ordering system 10 and a parking space management platform 20. As shown in fig. 5, the merchant ordering system 10 includes:

the order generating module 23 is configured to lock the parking space lock of the parking space, generate a parking space reservation order, and send order notification information to the user in a short message manner according to the phone number, where the order notification information includes a reserved parking space identifier and the parking space reservation time period.

if so, the merchant order system sends parking space reservation information to a parking space management platform in a short message mode according to the telephone number, wherein the parking space reservation information comprises the service reservation time, the user information and merchant information of the merchant;
the parking space management platform determines a shopping mall where the commercial tenant is located and a corresponding parking lot according to the commercial tenant information, and determines a parking space reservation time period according to the service reservation time;
the parking space management platform determines the nearest parking space to the commercial tenant in all the idle parking spaces of the parking lot according to the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the shopping mall;
the parking space management platform locks the parking space lock of the parking space, generates a parking space reservation order and sends order notification information to the user in a short message mode according to the telephone number, wherein the order notification information comprises reserved parking space identification and the parking space reservation time period.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining, by the parking space management platform, the closest parking space to the merchant among all the free parking spaces in the parking lot according to the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the mall comprises:
determining the distance between each idle parking space in the parking lot and each elevator port in the parking lot to obtain first distance information;
determining the distance between each elevator port of the floor where the commercial tenant is located and the commercial tenant respectively to obtain second distance information;
and determining the parking space closest to the merchant in all the idle parking spaces of the parking lot according to the first distance information and the second distance information.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining, by the parking space management platform, the nearest parking space to the merchant among all the available parking spaces in the parking lot according to the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the mall further comprises:
and the parking space management platform generates a walking route according to the position information of the parking space, the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the shopping mall, and sends the walking route to the user.
4. The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating a parking space reservation order by the parking space management platform further comprises the following steps:
the parking space management platform determines whether a user performs platform registration or not according to the user information;
if so, the parking space management platform sends an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user so as to synchronously generate a parking space reservation order on an application program of the user terminal;
if not, the parking space management platform sends a platform registration link address to the user in a short message mode according to the telephone number, and sends an order establishment instruction to a user terminal of the user when the user successfully registers in the parking space management platform, so that a parking space reservation order is synchronously generated on an application program of the user terminal.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 4, wherein the user information includes a vehicle identifier of a reserved vehicle, and the parking space management platform sends an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user, so that the step of synchronously generating a parking space reservation order on the application program of the user terminal further comprises:
the parking space management platform receives order modification information sent by the user terminal, wherein the order modification information comprises at least one of modification information of the parking space reservation time period, order cancellation information and a vehicle identifier of a reserved vehicle;
and the parking space management platform modifies the parking space reservation order according to the order modification information.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 4, wherein the step of sending an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user by the parking space management platform so as to synchronously generate a parking space reservation order on an application program of the user terminal further comprises:
the parking space management platform acquires the position information of the user terminal in real time and determines the distance between the user and the commercial tenant according to the position information;
and when the distance is smaller than the threshold value, the parking space management platform sends reminding information to the merchant order system.
7. The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the user information includes a vehicle identifier of a reserved vehicle, and the step of generating the parking space reservation order by the parking space management platform further comprises:
the parking space management platform acquires the vehicle identification of the current vehicle identified by the parking space lock, and determines whether the current vehicle is the reserved vehicle according to the identified vehicle identification;
if so, the parking space management platform controls the parking space lock to be opened so as to enable the reserved vehicle to park.
8. The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the parking space lock to be unlocked by the parking space management platform further comprises the following steps:
the parking space management platform records the opening time of the parking space lock, records the vehicle driving-away time when receiving a vehicle driving-away notification sent by the parking space lock, and calculates the parking cost according to the opening time and the vehicle driving-away time.
