When a user drives a car to leave a parking space, a camera of the parking space lock detects that the reserved car drives away, then a car driving away notification is sent to the parking space management platform, the parking space management platform records driving away time, and parking cost is calculated according to the opening time and the car driving away time.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the vehicle leaving may also be detected by an infrared detector or a geomagnetic vehicle detector disposed in the parking space.
After the parking stall management platform calculates the parking fee, a user can pay the parking fee on an application program, and the parking stall management platform is very convenient and fast.
It can be understood that, in other embodiments of the present invention, after the parking space management platform calculates the parking fee, the parking space management platform may send the fee payment information of the reserved vehicle to the management system of the parking lot, and the user may pay the fee through a manual fee payment window set up by the sentry box.
Further, after the step of sending the order notification information to the user in a short message manner according to the phone number, the method further includes:
when the reserved vehicle does not arrive at the parking lot for parking within a preset time length before the parking space reservation time period is ended, the parking space management platform sends prompt information to the user to prompt the user that the reservation is about to be overtime.
Namely, when the parking space management platform does not receive the locking signal of the parking space lock within the preset time before the end of the reservation time period, the reserved vehicle is not parked in the parking lot, information is prompted to the user in a short message mode to prompt the user that the reservation is about to be overtime, and the user can be prompted to log in an application program of the platform to cancel the order and modify the parking space reservation time period.

the parking space management platform determines a shopping mall where the commercial tenant is located and a corresponding parking lot according to the commercial tenant information, and determines a parking space reservation time period according to the service reservation time;
the parking space management platform determines the nearest parking space to the commercial tenant in all the idle parking spaces of the parking lot according to the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the shopping mall;
the parking space management platform locks the parking space lock of the parking space, generates a parking space reservation order and sends order notification information to the user in a short message mode according to the telephone number, wherein the order notification information comprises reserved parking space identification and the parking space reservation time period.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining, by the parking space management platform, the closest parking space to the merchant among all the free parking spaces in the parking lot according to the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the mall comprises:
determining the distance between each idle parking space in the parking lot and each elevator port in the parking lot to obtain first distance information;
determining the distance between each elevator port of the floor where the commercial tenant is located and the commercial tenant respectively to obtain second distance information;
and determining the parking space closest to the merchant in all the idle parking spaces of the parking lot according to the first distance information and the second distance information.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining, by the parking space management platform, the nearest parking space to the merchant among all the available parking spaces in the parking lot according to the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the mall further comprises:
and the parking space management platform generates a walking route according to the position information of the parking space, the road arrangement information of the parking lot and the road arrangement information of the shopping mall, and sends the walking route to the user.
4. The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating a parking space reservation order by the parking space management platform further comprises the following steps:
the parking space management platform determines whether a user performs platform registration or not according to the user information;
if so, the parking space management platform sends an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user so as to synchronously generate a parking space reservation order on an application program of the user terminal;
if not, the parking space management platform sends a platform registration link address to the user in a short message mode according to the telephone number, and sends an order establishment instruction to a user terminal of the user when the user successfully registers in the parking space management platform, so that a parking space reservation order is synchronously generated on an application program of the user terminal.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 4, wherein the user information includes a vehicle identifier of a reserved vehicle, and the parking space management platform sends an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user, so that the step of synchronously generating a parking space reservation order on the application program of the user terminal further comprises:
the parking space management platform receives order modification information sent by the user terminal, wherein the order modification information comprises at least one of modification information of the parking space reservation time period, order cancellation information and a vehicle identifier of a reserved vehicle;
and the parking space management platform modifies the parking space reservation order according to the order modification information.

The intelligent parking space reservation method according to claim 4, wherein the step of sending an order establishment instruction to the user terminal of the user by the parking space management platform so as to synchronously generate a parking space reservation order on an application program of the user terminal further comprises:
the parking space management platform acquires the position information of the user terminal in real time and determines the distance between the user and the commercial tenant according to the position information;
and when the distance is smaller than the threshold value, the parking space management platform sends reminding information to the merchant order system.
