Abstract
The invention discloses a method for realizing a whole-province unified directory, which comprises the following steps: establishing a communication directory of a user of the administrative telephone of the whole province through a server, wherein the communication directory comprises user information, an IP telephone URL (uniform resource locator) and directory authority management information; the analog telephone user accesses the server through the core side network manager or the access side network manager, downloads corresponding user information according to the directory authority management information, and imports the user information into a telephone terminal of the analog telephone user; IP telephone users access the communication directory through the IP telephone URL configured at the corresponding telephone terminal, and cache the corresponding user information to the telephone terminal according to the directory authority management information. The invention realizes the unified management of the telephone directory of the analog telephone user and the IP telephone user, and the telephone user can check and retrieve the contact persons and the telephone numbers of each department in real time according to the local user information or the cached user information, thereby realizing the quick query of the telephone numbers.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication, in particular to a method for realizing a unified directory of provinces.
Background
With the popularization and application of the IMS administrative switching system in the national network system, the directory of the office telephone of each subordinate unit is not uniformly managed at present, so that the directory of each unit is complicated and difficult to update, and great trouble is brought to the uniform management of the office telephone numbers of the whole province.
The current administrative telephone users are divided into C & C08 users, IMS down-hanging soft switch users, IMS-AG users, IMS-IAD users and IMS-IP users (generally referred to as SIP terminals) according to equipment, and among the 5 users, the C & C08 users, the IMS-AG users and the IMS-IAD users all belong to analog telephone users; the IMS down-hanging soft switch user and the IMS-IP user belong to IP telephone users. The 2 telephone address books are stored in different modes, and the newly deployed IMS administrative exchange system of a company covers province-city-county-basic team groups, and the number of units is large, so that great difficulty is brought to the unification of the directory. How to efficiently realize the unification of the numbering books of each unit in the whole province and improve the management convenience of the numbering books in the whole province is a problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for realizing a provincial unified directory, which aims at the technical problem that the unified management of office telephone directories of current provincial analog telephone users and IP telephone users is difficult.
A method for realizing a unified directory of whole provinces comprises the following steps:
s1, establishing an address book of administrative telephone users of the whole province through a server, wherein the address book comprises user information, an IP telephone URL (uniform resource locator) and directory authority management information;
s2, the analog telephone user accesses the server through the core side network management or the access side network management, downloads the user information according to the directory authority management information, and leads the user information into the telephone terminal of the analog telephone user; IP telephone users access the communication directory by the URL configured at the corresponding telephone terminal, and cache the corresponding user information to the telephone terminal according to the directory authority management information.
In step S1, the user information includes a contact, a department, a phone number, and a home zone.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention collects and summarizes the user information of the administrative telephone users of the province through the acquisition server, processes and stores the user information through the database server and the storage server, realizes the unified arrangement of the information of the analog telephone users and the IP telephone users, is convenient for the analog telephone users to download the user information to the telephone terminals of the analog telephone users according to the corresponding directory authority management information, the IP telephone users cache the corresponding user information to the telephone terminals of the IP telephone users according to the URL of the IP telephone and the directory authority management information, and the telephone users can check and retrieve the contact persons and the telephone numbers of all departments in real time according to the local user information or the cached user information, thereby realizing the quick query of the telephone numbers and improving the working efficiency.

the communication directory comprises user information, an IP phone URL and directory authority management information, wherein the user information comprises a contact person, a department, a phone number and an attribution area, and the IP phone URL is generated by the server and matched with a phone terminal of an IP phone user; the directory authority management information refers to the authority of the telephone user to access the user information, the department refers to the name of the department where the telephone user contact is located, and the home zone refers to province and city information where the telephone is located; the server comprises an application server, an acquisition server, a database server and a storage server, wherein the application server is connected with the storage server, the acquisition server is connected with a core convergence switch, the core convergence switch is connected with an SBC registration server and a telephone terminal of an IP telephone user, the acquisition server is connected with the database server, and the database server is connected with the storage server; the application server is used for deploying and displaying the content of the communication number book, the acquisition server acquires the user information registered on the SBC registration server in a port mirroring mode through the core convergence switch, and the database server can process the communication number book and store the communication number book in the storage server.
The communication directory adopts a mode of 'one-level deployment and two-level application', namely, the communication directory is deployed in a province company and applied at two levels of province and city, and the unified storage and management of the telephone directories of all levels of administrative departments of the whole province can be realized through the communication directory, and the method comprises the following steps:
s1.1, manually collecting user information of a C & C08 user, an IMS-AG user and an IMS-IAD user, importing the user information of the C & C08 user, the IMS-AG user and the IMS-IAD user into a database server, and storing the processed data in a storage server in an XML format by the database server;
s1.2, when an IMS down-hanging soft switch user and an IMS-IP user register to an SBC register server, a collection server acquires user information of a telephone user registered on the SBC register server in a port mirroring mode and synchronizes the user information to a database server, and the database server processes data and stores the data in a storage server in an XML format;
and S1.3, manually setting the directory authority management information corresponding to each user information through the application server, and storing the directory authority management information in the storage server through the database server.
In the invention, the software adopted by the database server is an Oracle database, the application server adopts a Tomcat deployment mode, the hard disk of the storage server adopts a RAID5 scheme, and data redundancy is realized through hard disk data mirroring so as to protect data safety.
S2, the analog telephone user accesses the server through the core side network management or the access side network management, downloads the corresponding user information according to the directory authority management information, and leads the user information into the telephone terminal of the analog telephone user; IP telephone users access the communication directory through the IP telephone URL configured at the corresponding telephone terminal, and cache the corresponding user information to the telephone terminal according to the directory authority management information;
the analog telephone user downloads user information from the server through the core side network management or the access side network management and leads the user information to the telephone terminal of the analog telephone user, and the method comprises the following steps:
,C&c08 user directly connects IMS convergence switch to access the address book in the storage server through the core side network manager, and downloads the user information from the address book to C according to the address book authority management information&C08 user's phone terminal;
when a call comes, the C & C08 user can match the user information of the calling user with the user information of the local telephone terminal so as to confirm the calling user as soon as possible; when the call is going, the C & C08 user can check the user information at the local phone terminal to realize the accurate dialing function; when downloading the user information, the analog telephone user identifies the telephone terminal accessed to the server according to the user information, and after the user information of the telephone terminal is matched with the user information in the communication directory, the user information of the affiliated home area is downloaded to the telephone terminal of the C & C08 user according to the corresponding right management information of the directory.
The IMS-AG user sequentially accesses the access convergence switch, the access core router, the provincial dispatching core router and the IMS convergence switch through an access side network management to access the communication directory in the storage server, downloads user information from the communication directory according to directory authority management information and guides the user information to a phone terminal of the IMS-AG user so as to realize the checking and retrieval of the total provincial communication directory;
the IMS-IAD user accesses the access convergence switch, the access core router, the provincial dispatching core router and the IMS convergence switch in sequence through the access side network management to access the communication directory, and downloads and guides user information to a phone terminal of the IMS-IAD user so as to check and retrieve the communication directory of the whole province.
The IP telephone user accesses the address directory by configuring the IP telephone URL corresponding to the telephone terminal, and caches the user information to the telephone terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the IMS down-hanging soft exchange user accesses the soft exchange device and the IMS convergence switch to access the communication directory in sequence through the IP phone URL configured by the phone terminal, caches the user information to the phone of the IMS down-hanging soft exchange user according to the corresponding directory authority management informationA machine terminal;
when calling, the IMS down-hanging soft switch user accesses the media gateway through the soft switch device, and realizes the call control, processing and interconnection of voice information. The IMS-IP user accesses the access convergence switch, the access core router, the provincial dispatching core router and the IMS convergence switch in sequence through the IP phone URL configured by the phone terminal to access the communication directory, and caches user information to the phone terminal of the IMS-IP user according to corresponding directory authority management information;
and configuring an IP phone URL at the IP phone terminal configuration terminal, wherein the URL points to an XML file of the communication directory, and the XML file stores communication data resources of the full-province administrative phone. And reading the cached user information on the IP telephone to realize the functions of checking, retrieving the directory of the whole province and dialing by one key of the IP telephone. The IP telephone is connected to the access core router through the access convergence switch to realize that the data flow is transmitted to the provincial dispatching core router, and then the access to the address directory is realized through the IMS convergence switch.
