本发明公开了一种轴向叶片风力发电机风扇,包括主轴、扇叶片,其特征在于扇叶的轴向长度大于风扇的径向长度,风扇轴向长度可根据需要延长,扇叶片是围绕所述主轴轴向盘旋延伸;扇叶片轴向弧度决定其风扇的转速;主轴径向扇叶片的形状为弧形,也可以是直线的形状;扇叶片的数量不能少于一片,但能根据需要增加,主轴与扇叶片可以是一体成型;本发明能够实现占用有效空间小,用途广泛,结构简单,排列合理,操控安全,产生功率强。

本发明涉及风力发电机风扇技术领域,尤其涉及一种轴向叶片风力发电机风扇。
背景技术
随着时代发展,人们生活水平的提高,电力能源的需求也随之增加,市场出现了节能环保的风力发电机,但空间有限的地方无法安置直径大的发电机风扇,安装直径小的风扇又得不到需要的功率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术不足,提出一种排列合理,结构简单,占用有效空间少,产生功率强劲的轴向叶片风力发电机风扇。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是,所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇包括主轴、扇叶片,其特征在于所述扇叶片的轴向长度大于所述扇叶片的径向长度,所述风扇轴向长度可根据需要延长,所述扇叶片是围绕所述主轴轴向盘旋延伸;所述扇叶片轴向弧度决定其风扇的转速;所述主轴径向扇叶片的形状为弧形,也可以是直线的形状;所述扇叶片的数量不能少于一片,但能根据需要增加,所述主轴与所述扇叶片可以是一体成型。
本发明能够实现占用有效空间小,用途广泛,结构简单,操控安全,产生功率强。

具体实施方式
一种优选的实施方案,例如安装于电动汽车顶部,由于可利用空间有限,所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇的径向长度不能过大,过大的同时影响美观,将所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇数个,平行的排列于电动汽车顶部,轴向一端朝向车头、一端朝向车尾,车尾一端的风扇轴连接发电机,汽车在行进的同时,产生的风阻带动所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇转动;所述电机产生的电能输送到所述电动汽车电池,增加所述电动汽车的行驶里程。

1.所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇包括主轴、扇叶片,其特征在于所述扇叶片的轴向长度大于所述扇叶片的径向长度,所述风扇轴向长度可根据需要延长,所述扇叶片是围绕所述主轴轴向盘旋延伸;所述扇叶片轴向弧度决定其风扇的转速;所述主轴径向扇叶片的形状为弧形,也可以是直线的形状;所述扇叶片的数量不能少于一片,但能根据需要增加,所述主轴与所述扇叶片可以是一体成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇,其特征在于所述风扇的外部用管状物加以防护,并能增加所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇所产生的功率。
3.根据权利要求1所述轴向叶片风力发电机风扇,其特征在于所述扇叶片两个以上时,所述主轴径向扇叶片的外沿可以相互连接。
