Abstract
本发明公开了一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂及制备方法,以重量百分比计,所述去除剂的原料配方组成为:溶剂油70‑95%,醚类化合物2‑10%,二氯甲烷0.1‑2%,醋酸酯类化合物1‑20%。该去除剂使用材料性质温和,不会损伤漆面,且使用方法简单,只需要少量喷涂与保护膜表面就可以在短时间内将保护膜轻松揭开。

技术领域
本发明涉及去除剂技术领域,具体涉及一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂及制备方法。
背景技术
钢质门出厂时需包覆一层PE材质的保护膜,用于保护门的表面在转运过程中不受到外力伤害而出现刮花等情况,当消费者在使用时,需要将该保护膜去除,但此膜有一层粘结剂,由于保护膜长时间附着在钢材表面便不容易撕揭下来,揭除保护膜时会有粘结剂残留在门上,如果使用机械拆除可能会伤害门上的漆面,而目前市面上现有的去除剂有些带有刺激性气味,并且去除力差,清洗费力费时,因此急需一种去除效果好、无毒无害、不会伤害底漆的保护膜去除剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂,该去除剂使用材料性质温和,不会损伤漆面,且使用方法简单,只需要少量喷涂与保护膜表面就可以在短时间内将保护膜轻松揭开。
为了达到上述技术效果,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂,以重量百分比计,所述去除剂的原料配方组成为:溶剂油70-95%,醚类化合物2-10%,二氯甲烷0.1-2%,醋酸酯类化合物1-20%。
进一步的技术方案为,所述溶剂油选自100#溶剂油、150#溶剂油中的一种或二者的混合物。
进一步的技术方案为,所述醚类化合物选自乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚中的一种或多种。
进一步的技术方案为,所述醋酸酯类化合物选自丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供了一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂的制备方法,将所有原料按照配比加入到反应容器中,在常温下混合均匀后即得到所述保护膜去除剂,其中原料的配比按照重量百分比计为:溶剂油70-95%,醚类化合物2-10%,二氯甲烷0.1-2%,醋酸酯类化合物1-20%。
本发明制备的去除剂的使用方法为:将去除剂均匀喷涂在保护膜表面,静置30至60分钟,待保护膜表面出现凹凸不平的桔皮,用手或工具把保护膜从钢质门上撕下来。保护膜在使用本品后,容易撕下来,并且撕下来的膜大部分连续,膜上无颜色或块状涂层残留,撕膜后的钢质门表面无溶解效果,无桔皮无掉色,测试附着力等物理性能均和覆膜前相当。
本申请中的溶剂油的作用是作为溶剂,主要是起到稀释作用,二氯甲烷易分解塑胶、橡皮、和一些涂料表层,对保护膜也有很强的溶解性,故二氯甲烷的加量应尽量少,本申请中二氯甲烷的添加量为0.1-2%,如果超过2%,可能会伤害钢质门的表面,添加过少的话,则保护膜不易撕掉,乙二醇丁醚能溶解天然树脂、乙基纤维素、硝化纤维素、醇酸树脂、聚乙二醇、聚醋酸乙烯酯、油脂和石蜡等。丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯是一种高级溶剂,对极性和非极性物质均有很强溶解能力。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备得到的保护膜去除剂所用材料性质温和,长时间存在于涂层表面也不会使树脂溶解,不伤漆面;此保护膜去除剂使用方法简单,只需要少量喷涂于保护膜表面就可以在短时间内轻松揭开。适用于多种保护膜材质,对保护膜有普遍适用性。对环境不敏感,不同湿度,不同温度都可以使用,并且使用方法和用量均不会随温度和湿度有所变化。生产简单,是几种液体的混合,无固体的溶解,也无需加压加热。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的解释和说明。
实施例1
按照重量百分比,称取150#溶剂油85%,乙二醇丁醚5%,二氯甲烷1%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯9%,按比例放入反应釜内,常温混合搅拌均匀,得到保护膜去除剂。
将该去除剂用刷均匀的分散在保护膜表面,静置30分钟,从图1~图3中可以看出,使用该去除剂后,保护膜表面出现凹凸不平的桔皮,能轻易的用手把保护膜从钢质门上撕下来。
实施例2
按照重量百分比,称取100#溶剂油90%,乙二醇丁醚4%,二氯甲烷0.5%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯5.5%,按比例放入反应釜内,常温混合搅拌均匀,得到保护膜去除剂。将该去除剂用刷均匀的分散在保护膜表面,静置30分钟,保护膜表面出现凹凸不平的桔皮,能轻易的用手把保护膜从钢质门上撕下来。
实施例3
按照重量百分比,称取150#溶剂油95%,乙二醇丁醚2%,二氯甲烷0.1%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2.9%,按比例放入反应釜内,常温混合搅拌均匀,得到保护膜去除剂。将该去除剂用刷均匀的分散在保护膜表面,静置30分钟,保护膜表面出现凹凸不平的桔皮,能轻易的用手把保护膜从钢质门上撕下来。
实施例4
按照重量百分比,称取100#溶剂油70%,乙二醇丁醚10%,二氯甲烷2%,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯18%,按比例放入反应釜内,常温混合搅拌均匀,得到保护膜去除剂。将该去除剂用刷均匀的分散在保护膜表面,静置30分钟,保护膜表面出现凹凸不平的桔皮,能轻易的用手把保护膜从钢质门上撕下来。

Claims (5)
1.一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,所述去除剂的原料配方组成为:溶剂油70-95%,醚类化合物2-10%,二氯甲烷0.1-2%,醋酸酯类化合物1-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂油选自100#溶剂油、150#溶剂油中的一种或二者的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂,其特征在于,所述醚类化合物选自乙二醇丁醚、乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚、丙二醇丁醚、丙二醇甲醚、乙二醇乙醚中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂,其特征在于,所述醋酸酯类化合物选自丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯中的一种或多种。
5.一种不伤底漆的钢质门保护膜去除剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将所有原料按照配比加入到反应容器中,在常温下混合均匀后即得到所述保护膜去除剂,其中原料的配比按照重量百分比计为:溶剂油70-95%,醚类化合物2-10%,二氯甲烷0.1-2%,醋酸酯类化合物1-20%。
