Abstract
本发明涉及一种汽车用防松螺母,更具体地,涉及一种便于安装及分解、因维护时不受损而可再次使用的汽车用防松螺母。本发明的汽车用防松螺母包括:头部,在左右两侧突出形成部件接触面,在中心部贯通形成紧固孔;以及本体部,在中心部贯通形成中心和内径与形成于上述头部的紧固孔相同的紧固孔,上述汽车用防松螺母的特征在于,上述本体部与头部由向外侧发生弹性形变的连接桥连接,在由上述连接桥连接的头部与本体部之间的空间部分别突出形成头部轴力支撑部和主体部轴力支撑部,在上述头部轴力支撑部和主体部轴力支撑部分别贯通形成中心与上述头部的紧固孔、上述本体部的紧固孔相同的紧固孔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车用防松螺母(Push nuts for cars),更具体地,涉及一种便于安装及分解、因维护时不受损而可再次使用的汽车用防松螺母。
背景技术
通常,汽车用防松螺母为利用螺钉之类的紧固件来在使部件与部件相结合时或结合安装配件时防止在紧固件与部件之间产生细小的缝隙来达到防震、隔音、防水效果的中间配件。
其中,现有的汽车用防松螺母包括:头部,在左右两侧突出形成部件接触面,在中心部贯通形成紧固孔;以及本体部,在中心部贯通形成中心和内径与形成于上述头部的紧固孔相同的紧固孔,在左右两侧部突出形成有卡定部。
对于这样的现有的汽车用防松螺母而言,当向形成于部件的孔推入在左右两侧部突出形成有卡定部的本体部时,形成于上述本体部下部的头部的部件接触面与部件的外侧面相紧贴,为使上述部件接触面与部件的外侧面相接触而引入到孔中的本体部通过卡定部来固定,以防止向部件的外部脱离。
但是,这种现有汽车用防松螺母在本体部的左右两侧突出形成用于进行固定的卡定部,由于这种原因,当将上述本体部插入到形成于部件的孔时,上述卡定部将与孔的内侧壁面相接触并产生变形,不仅如此,还存在因上述卡定部而导致形成有孔的部件部位产生变形及破损的问题。
另一方面,以往将上述本体部插入到部件的孔来以不向部件的外部脱离的方式通过卡定部进行固定,由于这种原因,存在无法从部件分离防松螺母来进行修理的问题。

发明内容
本发明用于解决如上所述的以往存在的问题点,本发明的目的在于提供如下的汽车用防松螺母,即,在使本体部在部件的孔形成弹性变形并通过部件的孔进出的同时,在上述本体部利用螺钉之类的紧固件来使部件与部件相结合时或结合安装配件时防止因过度紧固而产生破损。
用于实现上述目的的本发明包括:头部110,在左右两侧突出形成部件接触面111,在中心部贯通形成紧固孔112;以及本体部120,在中心部贯通形成中心和内径与形成于上述头部110的紧固孔112相同的紧固孔121,这与现有结构相同。
但是,本发明通过以下结构来实现,即,上述本体部120与头部110由向外侧发生弹性形变的连接桥160连接,在由上述连接桥160连接的头部110与本体部120之间的空间部150分别突出形成头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130,在上述头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130分别贯通形成中心与紧固孔112、121相同的紧固孔142、132。
另一方面,在上述头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130切开形成相向的接触面141、131。
并且,在上述头部轴力支撑部140的接触面141的上部和主体部轴力支撑部130的接触面131的下部分别倾斜形成有旋转方向支撑部141a、131a,上述旋转方向支撑部131a、141a用于防止因螺钉之类的紧固件400的过度紧固而引起的变形。
另一方面,在上述紧固孔112、121、132、142的内侧壁面形成内螺纹,以便使螺钉之类的紧固件400的紧固部410进行紧固。
根据本发明,本发明具有如下的效果,即,通过连接桥的弹性形变来使本体部通过部件的孔进出,不仅可以在上述本体部进入或被引出形成于部件的孔时也防止本体部及连接桥的形变,还在向形成于部件的孔插入上述本体部时,不使形成有孔的部件部位产生变形。
另一方面,根据本发明,本发明具有如下的效果,即,在上述本体部利用螺钉之类的紧固件来使部件与部件相结合或结合安装配件时,将防止因过度紧固而产生变形,因此,本发明是一种很有用的发明。

如图1至图8所示,本发明的汽车用防松螺母包括:头部110,在左右两侧突出形成部件接触面111,在中心部贯通形成紧固孔112;以及本体部120,在中心部贯通形成中心和内径与形成于上述头部110的紧固孔112相同的紧固孔121。
另一方面,上述本体部120与头部110由根据螺钉之类的紧固件400的紧固量来向外侧发生弹性形变的连接桥160连接,在由上述连接桥160连接的头部110与本体部120之间的空间部150分别突出形成头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130,在上述头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130分别贯通形成中心与紧固孔112、121相同的紧固孔142、132。
另一方面,在上述头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130切开形成相向的接触面141、131。
并且,在上述头部轴力支撑部140的接触面141的上部和主体部轴力支撑部130的接触面131的下部分别倾斜形成有旋转方向支撑部141a、131a,上述旋转方向支撑部131a、141a用于防止因螺钉之类的紧固件400的过度紧固而引起的变形。
根据具有如上所述的结构的本发明,若向形成于部件200的孔210推入本体部120,则连接桥160将产生弹性变形并使插入变得容易,从而以使得头部110的部件接触面111紧贴于部件200的外侧面的方式实现插入。
在此情况下,在以使上述头部110的部件接触面111紧贴于外侧面的方式向形成于部件200的孔210推入头部110之后,对以上述部件接触面111与部件200的外侧面相接触的方式引入到孔210的本体部120和头部110进行连接的连接桥160经弹性变形变回原来的形状并张开,来在维持不向部件200的外部脱离的固定状态的同时维持防松螺母100固定于部件200的设置状态。
在以如上所述的方式将防松螺母100固定设置于部件200之后,在使形成于所要结合的其他部件300的孔310的中心与形成于头部110的紧固孔112的中心对齐的状态下,在使螺钉之类的紧固件400通过孔210插入到头部110的紧固孔112后沿紧固方向转动,则上述紧固件400的紧固部410将通过形成于头部轴力支撑部140的紧固孔142和形成于主体部轴力支撑部130的紧固孔132以及形成于本体部120的紧固孔121来依次形成紧固,上述头部轴力支撑部140形成于头部110。
在此情况下,在上述紧固孔112、121、132、142的内侧壁面形成内螺纹,以便使螺钉之类的紧固件400的紧固部410进行紧固,通过使紧固件400的紧固部410在上述紧固孔112、121、132、142沿着一侧或另一侧方向旋转,来实现结合或分离。
另一方面,上述本体部120通过紧固件400的紧固部410的螺钉运动,来向头部110的方向移动,上述紧固件400使形成于主体部轴力支撑部130的紧固孔132与形成于本体部120的紧固孔121形成紧固,以使连接桥160根据本体部120的移动量张开的方式产生弹性变形来防止向部件200的外部脱离,上述本体部120的移动量相当于通过向上述头部110方向移动而形成的紧固量。
在此情况下,形成于头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130的接触面141、131受到螺钉之类的紧固件400的紧固力而被拉近并处于相互接触的状态,在这种状态下,本体部120向空间部150的方向移动,在以如上所述的方式向空间部150的方向移动后,通过倾斜形成于上述头部轴力支撑部140的接触面141上部和主体部轴力支撑部130的接触面131下部的旋转方向支撑部141a、131a,使上端部和下端部分别接触来被引导移动,在保持形成于上述头部轴力支撑部140和主体部轴力支撑部130的接触面141、131的分离状态的情况下,防止因螺钉之类的紧固件400的紧固力而产生的横向形变。
另一方面,在以如上所述的方式由接触面131、141进行引导的同时使螺钉之类的紧固件400紧固到头部轴力支撑部140的上端部与主体部轴力支撑部130的下端部相接触的位置,由此可防止因过度紧固而使防松螺母100破损。

1.一种汽车用防松螺母,包括:头部,在左右两侧突出形成部件接触面,在中心部贯通形成紧固孔;以及本体部,在中心部贯通形成中心和内径与形成于上述头部的紧固孔相同的紧固孔,上述汽车用防松螺母的特征在于,
上述本体部与头部由向外侧发生弹性形变的连接桥连接,在由上述连接桥连接的头部与本体部之间的空间部分别突出形成头部轴力支撑部和主体部轴力支撑部,在上述头部轴力支撑部和主体部轴力支撑部分别贯通形成中心与上述头部的紧固孔、上述本体部的紧固孔相同的紧固孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用防松螺母,其特征在于,在上述头部轴力支撑部和主体部轴力支撑部切开形成相向的接触面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用防松螺母,其特征在于,在上述头部轴力支撑部的接触面的上部和主体部轴力支撑部的接触面的下部分别倾斜形成有旋转方向支撑部,上述旋转方向支撑部用于防止因包括螺钉在内的紧固件的过度紧固而引起的变形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用防松螺母,其特征在于,在上述头部的紧固孔、上述本体部的紧固孔、上述头部轴力支撑部的紧固孔、上述主体部轴力支撑部的紧固孔的内侧壁面形成内螺纹,以便使包括螺钉在内的紧固件的紧固部进行紧固。
