When the pulling force reaches the first force, the pressure applied by the pulling string 23 to the bag 22 reaches a vertical force, which is perpendicular to the sidewall of the bag 22. Since the main body of the string 23 is not displaced relative to the bag 22, the non-displaced portion of the string 23 relative to the bag 22 and the bag 22 can be regarded as a single body, and the force acting therebetween is an internal force. The cutting action of the drawstring 23 on the envelope 22 therefore only occurs at the intersection of the portion of the drawstring 23 extending out of the envelope 22 and the envelope 22, where the drawstring 23 is converted from a state of relative rest with respect to the envelope 22 to a state of relative movement with respect to the envelope 22 or to a state of relative movement with respect to the envelope 22 by the first force. The bag 22 ruptures when the vertical force applied to the bag 22 by the drawstring 23 reaches the vertical force at the point of intersection with the bag 22. The size of the area of the pulling wire 23 that can apply a vertical force to the inner side of the envelope 22 at the time of cutting the envelope 22 depends on the diameter of the pulling wire 23. As is known, under a certain pressure, the smaller the contact area or the force-bearing area, the greater the pressure generated, so in the specific implementation process, the pulling wire 23 is selected according to the strength of the packaging bag 22, so that the packaging bag 22 can be cut without breaking. Based on this, the medical staff can open the packaging bag 22 by the pull ring 24 in a manner of rotating clockwise along the packaging bag 22 so that the pull wire 23 is pulled out. Since the fixing path of the pulling wire 23 coincides with the virtual tangent line 25, the unsealing of the final envelope 22 coincides with the virtual tangent line 25. The imaginary cut line 25 can provide a labor saving feature to facilitate the opening of the package 22. As shown in fig. 1, the packing bag 22 is preferably provided with a handle 21 for grasping the medical kit. The handle 21 may be glued to the outside of the package 22.
For ease of understanding, the working principle of the disposable laryngological medical kit of the present invention will be discussed.
When medical staff used this disposable laryngology branch of academic or vocational study article package of diagnosing, exert the pulling force through pull ring 24 to acting as go-between 23 earlier, utilize acting as go-between 23 along the virtual tangent line 25 with wrapping bag 22 cutting unseal and will diagnose the box and take out from wrapping bag 22, will diagnose the box through first extension 8 and second extension 13 and open, demolish the gasket 17 of medicine dish portion 1 and apparatus portion 4 respectively afterwards, then get required medical appliances and consumptive material in apparatus portion 4, empty reagent such as alcohol and iodophor in medicine dish portion 1 can.
Example 2
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 1, and repeated contents are not described again.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, it is preferable that the inner side of the packing bag 22 is provided with a pulling string 23 in a circumferential surrounding manner. The end of the drawstring 23 extends from the same location through the package 22 to the exterior of the package. The ends of the pull wires 23 are each provided with a pull ring 24. The main portion of the drawstring 23 inside the envelope 22 is connected to the inside of the envelope 22 by gluing. The encircling path of the wire 23 extends along an imaginary tangent 25. Preferably, the package 22 is hollow. Preferably, the pulling wire 23 is configured to apply a vertical force to the bag 22 along the imaginary tangential line 25 perpendicular to the sidewall of the bag 22 when both ends of the pulling wire are subjected to the first force. The pulling wire 23 is fixed to the inner wall of the envelope 22 in such a manner that the portion of the pulling wire inside the envelope 22 can be kept at a relative distance from the envelope 22 by the first acting force. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, when a medical staff needs to use the medical kit, the pull rings 24 at the two ends of the pull wire 23 are respectively held by both hands, then the pull ring 24 at the upper side pulls the pull wire 23 clockwise, the pull ring 24 at the lower side pulls the pull wire 23 counterclockwise, and the process of cutting the packaging bag 22 by the pull wire 23 is the same as that of embodiment 1, which is not described herein again. The advantage of this design is that exert effort to the both ends of acting as go-between 23 simultaneously, can make the main part that the inside of wrapping bag 22 of acting as go-between 23 atress balanced, under the same effort condition was received at both ends of acting as go-between 23, the main part that the inside of wrapping bag 22 of acting as go-between 23 does not have the trend of relative motion with wrapping bag 22 for the unsealing process is more steady. Meanwhile, the two ends of the pulling wire 23 cut the packaging bag 22 at the same time, so that the unsealing speed is increased, and the unsealing time is saved.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, the tray part 1 is preferably provided with a hole 2 extending in the first direction for receiving the medical waste bag 19. Preferably, the first direction is defined by the length direction of the tray portion 1. Preferably, the hole 2 is stepped and provided at one end of the tablet portion 1. The closed end of the medical waste bag 19 is connected to the stopper 20. The stopper 20 is placed in the large diameter section of the hole 2. The open end of the medical waste bag 19 is connected to the traction block 3 external to the hole 2 through the small diameter section of the hole 2. Preferably, the traction block 3 and the limiting block 20 are both rectangular. The respective length dimensions of the traction block 3 and the limiting block 20 are larger than the diameter dimension of the small diameter section of the hole 2. The closed end of the medical waste bag 19 enables the medical waste bag 19 to be stored in the hole 2 in a storage state in a manner that the closed end can be clamped with the hole 2 and can slide along the axial direction of the hole 2 under the action of external force, or enables the medical waste bag 19 to be in a working state that the open end of the medical waste bag can extend to the outside of the hole 2 and be unfolded. Preferably, when the medical waste bag 19 is subjected to an external force, the distance between the stopper 20 and the small-diameter section of the hole 2 can be increased or decreased in such a manner that the stopper 20 slides in the large-diameter section of the hole 2 along the axial direction of the hole 2, so that the medical waste bag 19 can be switched between the storage state and the working state. As shown in fig. 9, the medical garbage bag 19 is disposed in the hole 2, the stopper 20 can prevent the medical garbage bag 19 from falling off from the hole 2, and the pulling block 3 is used to pull the medical garbage bag 19 out of the hole 12. For example, the medical staff can take out the medical waste bag 19 from the hole 2 by the pulling block 3 until the stopper 20 abuts against the inner end surface of the small diameter section of the hole 2, so that the medical waste bag 19 can be unfolded to be in an operating state, or the medical waste bag 19 which is drawn out can be refilled into the hole 2 to be kept in a storage state.
Preferably, the disposable laryngological medical article bag realizes the working state of the medical garbage bag 19 according to the following steps:
under the condition that traction block 3 received exogenic action, medical garbage bag 19's open end extended to the outside of hole 2 along the axial of hole 2, and stopper 20 can be followed the axial slip of hole 2 under the effect of medical garbage bag 19's closed end, wherein:
in the case where the stopper 20 abuts against the joint of the small diameter section of the hole 2 and the large diameter section of the hole 2, that is, after the stopper 20 abuts against the inner end face of the small diameter section of the hole 2, the medical waste bag 19 extending outside the hole 2 is unfolded along the open end thereof and the medical waste bag 19 is turned over so that the inner side face of the medical waste bag 19 in the storage state is converted into the outer side face of the medical waste bag 19 in the working state.
For ease of understanding, the working principle of the disposable laryngological medical kit of the present invention will be discussed.
When the medical staff uses the object bag, firstly, the pull rings 24 are pulled by two hands simultaneously to unseal the packaging bag 22 in opposite directions until the diagnosis and treatment box can be taken out, then when the preparation work before the diagnosis and treatment is started is carried out, the medical staff firstly pulls out the open end of the medical garbage bag 19 by the traction block 3 and unfolds and tiles, the unfolding process is that the traction block 3 is pulled to enable the main body of the medical garbage bag 19 to extend to the outside of the hole 2 until 20 abuts against the inner end face of the small-diameter section of the hole 2, and at the moment, the open end of the medical garbage bag 19 is unfolded and overturned. As shown in fig. 9, as a result of the final inversion, the inner surface of the medical waste bag 19 in the storage state is changed to the outer surface of the medical waste bag 19 in the operation state, and the medical staff places the outer surface of the medical waste bag 19 in the operation state in close contact with the hospital bed or the operation table, and at this time, the medical treatment box is located at substantially the center of the inner surface of the medical waste bag 19 in the operation state. When medical staff diagnose and examine the patient next, can directly place used medical waste on the medial surface of medical waste bag 19, treat that it is can to treat that the disposal bag is directly packed up after treating, labour saving and time saving need not worry that there is the medicament to pollute the sick bed or diagnose box place the platform in the use, has saved the time of handling medical waste after diagnosing and treating.
Example 3
This embodiment is a further improvement of embodiment 2, and repeated contents are not described again.
As shown in fig. 10, at least two fixing strips 29 are provided on the inner side of the packing bag 22 in such a manner as to extend along the imaginary tangential line 25 and be symmetrically arranged at both sides of the imaginary tangential line 25. Preferably, the fixing strip 29 may be a rubber material having elasticity. Preferably, the number of the fixing strips 29 is two. The purpose of the symmetrical arrangement on both sides of the imaginary tangential line 25 is to form an area on the envelope 22 as shown in fig. 11, facilitating the cutting of the envelope 22 by the drawstring 23. The area defined by the at least two fixing strips 29 and the inner side of the envelope 22 constitutes a cutting area 30 for fixing the pulling thread 23 and enabling the pulling thread 23 to divide the envelope 22 therein based on the first force, the imaginary cutting line 25 being located within the cutting area 30. In the case that the diagnosis box is in the packing bag 22, the side surface of the fixing strip 29 can abut against the diagnosis box and generate static friction with the diagnosis box under the external force so that the diagnosis box and the packing bag 22 are relatively fixed. As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the pulling string 23 is glued to the package 22 in the area defined by the cutting area 30, and the cutting area 30 defines the position of the pulling string 23, so that the pulling string 23 can be effectively prevented from deviating from the cutting path taking the virtual tangent line 25 as the path due to unstable gluing. As shown in fig. 11, the fixing strip 29 is provided with a slope 28, wherein the slope 28 of the fixing strip 29 symmetrically arranged facilitates the resetting in case that the pulling string 23 is separated from the package 22 and further separated from the cutting path along the imaginary tangential line 25, for example, when the package 22 is unsealed, the main body portion of the pulling string 23 inside the package 22 is stressed by applying a force to the end portion of the pulling string 23, when it is separated from the inner side surface of the package 22, the main body portion of the pulling string 23 is tightened due to the stress of the two ends of the pulling string 23 to slide along the slope 28 to the cutting area 30, and returns to the predetermined cutting path along the imaginary tangential line 25.
As shown in fig. 11, the fixing strip 29 is preferably connected to the inner side of the packing bag 22 by means of gluing. In the case of the cassette placed in the packing bag 22, the fixing strip 29 is configured such that the upper side thereof can be just abutted against the surface of the cassette. Preferably, the fixing strip 29 may be in the form of a closed loop. Preferably, the annular circumference of the fixing strip 29 is slightly smaller than the circumference of the rectangular first end face of the respective cartridge part 1 or the instrument part 4. Specifically, since the fixing strip 29 may be made of an elastic rubber material, after the diagnosis and treatment box is placed in the packaging bag, the upper side surface of the fixing strip 29 abuts against the diagnosis and treatment box, and since the annular circumference of the fixing strip 29 is slightly smaller than the circumference of the rectangular first end surface of the tray part 1 or the instrument part 4, when the fixing strip 29 and the diagnosis and treatment box have a tendency of relative movement, a static friction force can be generated between the fixing strip 29 and the diagnosis and treatment box, so that the diagnosis and treatment box and the fixing strip 29, i.e., the packaging bag 22, are relatively fixed. For example, in the transferring process of the object bag, due to shaking or shaking, the diagnosis and treatment box has a relative movement tendency relative to the packaging bag 22 under the action of gravity, and the static friction force between the fixing strip 29 and the diagnosis and treatment box can prevent the relative movement tendency from developing into relative movement, so that the objects in the diagnosis and treatment box are prevented from being collided and damaged.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are exemplary, and that those skilled in the art, having benefit of the present disclosure, may devise various arrangements that are within the scope of the present disclosure and that fall within the scope of the invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present specification and figures are illustrative only and are not limiting upon the claims.
