Abstract

Description

用于传送已被切割并填充的软管段的装置和方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于在生产填充有可冲泡材料的储袋的机器内传送已被切割并填充的软管段的装置和方法。
背景技术
从EP 2 681 119 B1已知一种通用装置。该装置具有传送轮,该传送轮包括分布在其圆周上的多个储袋容器。
在这种先前已知的装置中,被切割并填充的软管段被径向地插入到传送轮中,从而由软管段形成储袋。在这样做时,软管段被形成为使得形成了储袋的腔室,该储袋的腔室相对于传送轮径向延伸,其中储袋的底部径向地搁置在内部,并且储袋的头部径向地搁置在外部。在本发明的描述中,这个站也被称为插入站。因此,在本发明的范围内,被切割并填充的软管段还可以被构造为单腔室或双腔室储袋。在任何情况下,在插入站之后,初始平坦的预切割件被形成为使得腔室以及由此的储袋的形状基本上是预定的。头部暴露在传送轮的外圆周的区域中。在随后的处理步骤中,并且当传送轮旋转时,标签根据现有技术水平被供给至储袋的头部并且连接至储袋的头部。该储袋然后被包在一定长度段的包装中。该包装基本以U形放置在储袋周围。包装的相对边缘然后被焊接在一起以将储袋完全密封在包装内。包装由薄膜形成,储袋通过该薄膜被香味密闭地封包在包装中。
当打开由此产生的由包装和储袋组成的封包单元时,包装通常在横向焊接接缝的区域中并且沿着横向焊接接缝打开。然后,终端消费者想要经由标签夹持储袋并将其拉出现在被打开的包装。这就要求横向焊接接缝在具有其标签的储袋所设置的位置处界定该包装。
在上文提到的现有技术水平中,储袋与标签一起被径向地推出传送轮,并且包装的一段薄膜被放置在传送轮和被推出的储袋之间,然后将其与包装(该包装以U形放置在储袋周围)一起移动回到传送轮中。在接下来的站中,进行包装的密封。在该过程期间,包装与储袋一起被保持在处于预定位置的传送轮中。U形密封钳口从外部夹持包装并且在一个步骤中生成纵向焊接接缝和所述横向焊接接缝,使得储袋被密闭地接收在包装中。
将储袋推出以便将其包在包装中是复杂的。需要相当多的机械部件来安全且可靠地控制该过程。此外,将包装密封在传送轮上会导致储袋在传送轮上的相对长的停留时间,因为在密封期间产生的焊接接缝必须首先冷却并且在封包单元可以从传送轮径向排出之前由传送轮保持。
发明内容
本发明所基于的问题是提供一种前言提及的类型的解决上文提及的所有或部分问题的装置和方法。
为了解决该问题,本发明提供一种用于在生产填充有可冲泡材料的储袋的机器内传送已被切割并填充的软管段的装置。在该装置中,支撑件被枢转地安装。
该构造提供了以通常已知的方式生产储袋的可行性,使得在传送轮中底部在前和/或将其插入到传送轮中。因此,在本发明的范围内,储袋被优选地生产为双腔室储袋。在这种情况下,配置给支撑件的前臂和后臂在被切割并填充的软管段的相应的自由端部的区域中夹持该被切割并填充的软管段,而该软管段的中间区域被径向地降低到传送轮中。为此目的,根据本发明,传送轮优选地具有如例如从DE 38 06 386 C1中所已知的每个支撑件的前臂和后臂,所述前臂与后臂与相应的端部区域相互作用并夹紧这些端部区域,例如抵靠覆盖件,并且在前臂和后臂在一起移动时形成储袋的头部,使得初始自由端部被施加为彼此抵靠(如果该处还有必要被折叠的话),以便在头部端部处闭合该储袋。在此,传送轮可以退回到已知的装置上并且采取措施以从已被切割并填充的软管段形成在顶部闭合的储袋,尤其是双腔室储袋。
因此,根据本发明的装置还可以具有一定轮廓部分,其设置在每个支撑件的相应的臂之间,并且在插入站的区域中形成储袋的底部并且可以被降低使得其朝向传送轮的旋转轴线径向向内。
该轮廓部分通常凹陷到支撑件中并且可以是支撑件的一部分。根据本发明的支撑件被构造成使得其可以在自身内接收并保持储袋的腔室。支撑件可以将标签保持并定位在随后的站中,其中标签以已知的一般方式朝向待形成的储袋的头部供给。
根据本发明的装置的支撑件是接收完成的形成的储袋(通常已经在顶部处闭合)的部件,并且在如此形成的储袋在圆周方向上移动并且由此在传送轮的传送方向上移动的同时保持它。用于由填充有可冲泡材料的平坦的已被切割的软管段形成储袋的臂被配置给支撑件。然而,这些臂不是支撑件的一部分。相反,所形成的储袋通过臂被供给到支撑件。
可枢转的支撑件允许储袋在其从传送轮上移除之前枢转,使得储袋被定位成使其底部径向向外。以这种方式,储袋可以从传送轮上移除并且转移到密封站,例如,该储袋按照其时间设置与传送轮的旋转运动脱开,使得在传送轮上执行以完成储袋的处理步骤并不通过与密封包装与生产封包单元相关联的保持与冷却时间被延长。例如,密封站可以包括单独的密封传送轮,其接收储袋并供给密封钳口。在其进入到密封传送轮的路径中,储袋优选地连接到包装材料,其中,包装材料可以利用其折叠部引导储袋,该折叠部连接包装的两个相对腿部,其中,在储袋从传送轮上的移除运动期间,储袋和包装相对于彼此移动并且在其最终相对于彼此布置中被带入到密封传送轮中并被定位在那里,并且密封以一般已知的方式进行,其中腿部被联结,通常在边缘和端部处围绕储袋密封以生产香味密闭的封包。由此,必要的是薄膜香味密闭地封闭储袋。
通常,软管段在插入站处沿着严格地径向方向插入到支撑件中,使得腔室严格径向地延伸,并且底部最靠近旋转轴线,而头部最远离旋转轴线。鉴于此,根据本发明的优选的进一步发展方案,提议了一种移除站,其中支撑件相对于插入站的布置枢转约180度,并且储袋在底部在前的情形下从传送轮上被径向移除。移除站通常与储袋处理装置和包装材料处理装置相关联,移除站一方面从传送轮上径向地移除储袋,并且另一方面在包装材料的中心区域中夹持包装材料以便在那里形成折叠部并在储袋前方将该折叠部插入到密封保持轮中。储袋处理装置夹持储袋并且将其插入到密封站中。
根据本发明的另一个优选构造,标签供给站(在该标签供给站中标签被供给至头部)以及连接站(在该连接站中线连接至标签和/或储袋)被设置在插入站与移除站之间。在这两个站中,储袋被保持在支撑件中,使得头部径向向外,从而标签可以被施加抵靠在头部上并且标签然后可以连接至储袋。线可以在标签上或者在储袋上。优选地,储袋与已经在插入站中的线一起被插入到传送轮中。
根据本发明的优选的进一步发展方案,线固接站设置在插入站与移除站之间,所述线固接站在传送轮的传送方向上紧接在移除站的上游。该传送方向对应传送轮的旋转方向。在线固接站中,在储袋的进一步加工期间,已经连接至标签的线被固接至标签使得线被固接到相对于实际储袋和标签的预定位置中。为此,标签通常具有狭缝,线在线固接站中被按压到该狭缝中。通过标签或储袋的合适定形,标签本身可以相对于储袋被固接在恰当位置中。储袋以及相应的使储袋保持就位的支撑件相对于其在插入件或移除站中的位置枢转约90°+/-10°。与支撑件在插入站或移除站中的定位相反的是,支撑件的位置以及由此的作用在储袋上的装置(在这种情况下,是用于将线固接至标签的装置)部件的位置被取向成使支撑件在至移除件的路径中已经在移除站中的定位的方向上枢转所需要的程度。这允许移除站被布置成在传送方向上的在移除站之前的最后一站,并且允许使装置更加紧凑或者使要在传送轮上执行的用于将储袋和线与标签一起完成为容纳在包装中的封包单元的过程更加迅速。根据相应的进一步的发展方案,支撑件在其主延伸方向上搁置在线固接站中,并且因此储袋的插入方向大致与传送轮的旋转轴线相切。
根据另一个优选构造,其允许固接支撑件并允许储袋或用于该储袋的支撑件的枢转运动,用于每个支撑件的传送轮具有孔,承载支撑件的轴梁枢转地安装在该孔中。通过将支撑件附接到传送轮,支撑件与传送轮一起被安全地承载。轴承,例如滚珠轴承,可以配置给该孔,其以低摩擦可靠地引导轴梁以及由此的支撑件相对于传送轮的枢转运动。
在本文所述的另外的发展方案中,横向于轴梁的枢转轴线延伸的至少一个引导臂与轴梁脱开。该引导臂牢固地连接至轴梁。引导臂的自由端部在挡板引导件中被引导。该引导件通过小间隙来引导。为此,引导臂通常具有辊,该辊被称为凸轮辊并且形成了自由端部的旋转对称且可自由旋转的外圆周表面。该凸轮辊被容纳在引导凹槽中。该引导凹槽通常周向闭合地形成在静止引导盘中。引导臂的自由端部在开槽引导件中的接合因此确定了轴梁与传送轮的相对成角度的定位。开槽引导件在传送轮的旋转期间用于表征支撑件的枢转运动。
因此,开槽引导件绕着传送轮的旋转轴线周向地构造。在传送轮的360°旋转运动的情况下,支撑件由于开槽引导件而被定位在插入站中,使得支撑件的被配置给储袋的底部的部分径向地搁置在内部,而该部分在移除站中被径向地搁置在外部。
轴梁优选地具有至少两个并且特别优选地恰好两个具有自由端部的引导臂,其中每个被单独地引导在开槽引导件中。如果提供多于一个的导向臂,则引导臂的自由端部通常在轴梁的方向上突出到不同的程度,使得一个自由端部被引导在引导槽中,该引导凹槽相对于与传送轮的旋转轴线相对应的轴梁的枢转轴线,低于配置给另一引导臂的另一引导凹槽。通过增加开槽引导件的数量,支撑件在传送轮的旋转运动的情形中的定位以及此外的引导被改进,并且可以实现支撑件的超过90度的枢转运动。
为了将储袋固接在支撑件中,可以设置储袋夹紧件,其可以枢转至打开位置以将储袋插入到支撑件中以及从支撑件中移除储袋,但是以其它方式搁置抵靠在储袋上并将储袋固接在支撑件中。在固接储袋的位置中,储袋夹紧件可以在夹紧弹簧的弹簧预加载下被施加抵靠在储袋上。储袋夹紧件可以例如附接至致动套筒,该致动套筒相对于轴梁安装并安装在该轴梁上,使得该致动套筒可以枢转。致动套筒可以具有致动臂,该致动臂在任何情况下在插入站和移除站的区域中与打开凸轮相互作用,所述打开凸轮相对于传送轮的旋转运动是静止的并且使致动套筒以及由此的储袋夹紧件抵抗夹紧弹簧的力而枢转并且因此释放储袋夹紧件以从支撑件处移除储袋或插入储袋。为了减小摩擦,打开凸轮通常与可自由旋转地安装在致动臂的自由端部上的凸轮辊相互作用。打开凸轮通常引导致动臂直到储袋夹紧件闭合,使得储袋夹紧件被引导并施加至储袋或限制支撑件的表面。

具体实施方式
图1示出了由附图标记2标识的由包装4组成的封包单元的实施例,储袋6和标签10容纳在所述包装中,所述储袋具有附接至储袋6的头部7的线8,所述标签附接至储袋6的头部7并且由此与储袋6的底部9相对(该储袋是双腔室储袋的形式)。线8在一侧上打结到标签10,并且在另一侧上穿过标签10的狭缝12,并且因此固接至标签10。包装的内容物由此生产在下文所述的传送轮上。
包装4由一定长度段的香味密闭薄膜组成,其折叠在折叠部14上以形成两个相邻的腿部16并且被两个平行的纵向焊接接缝18和一个横向焊接接缝20密封。
完成将储袋6与标签10一起容纳在包装4中是在下文参考图2及以下图所描述的传送轮上执行的,其在附图中用附图标记100标识。在根据图2和3的视图中,传送轮100逆时针旋转。该旋转方向对应于传送方向T。各个站围绕该传送轮100周向地设置,其中储袋6或线8或标签10在站中被处理。插入站被设置为附图标记102,在该插入站中,储袋6与已经与其附接的线8一起被插入到传送轮100中。为此,传送轮100具有如图3至7中详细示出的支撑件104,该支撑件包括接收储袋6的支撑导管106,储袋夹紧件108被配置给支撑导管,该支撑导管将储袋6固定在支撑件104中。
如图2所示,插入站102中的支撑导管106完全径向地定位使得储袋6可以通过径向地塞入到支撑件104中而被插入到支撑导管106中。
图2示出了弧形插入部段110,其交替地移动以将储袋6插入到相应的支撑件104中。在每种情况下,传送轮100的旋转都是断续的。因此,在储袋6的进一步处理期间,传送轮100被驱动成循环地旋转,其中在相应的处理步骤期间,传送轮100静止不动。
在传送方向T上,邻近插入站102处存在标签供给站112,在该标签供给站中,设置有用于线8的穿过的孔和狭缝的被切割标签10被供给至储袋6的头部7。支撑件104具有一定的径向取向,与插入站102中的取向相比,该径向取向是未改变的。这同样应用于在传送方向T上连接的连接站114,在本实施例中,在连接站中线8被打结至标签10,如基本上在EP 1731 295 B1中所述的。
在连接站114之后,支撑件104枢转,使得该支撑件104在由附图标记116标识的线固接站中枢转90°,并且因此相对于传送轮100的旋转轴线D相切地延伸。在所述线固接站116中,线8被插入到标签10的狭缝12中。以这种方式,线8被配置给标签10,并且然后被配置给储袋6,以便防止线在随后的储袋的包装期间干扰包装材料的边缘的密封,或者甚至防止线在将储袋4与标签10和线8处理在一起的期间被捕捉到装置的部分上。
移除站由附图标记118标识。在所述移除站118中,储袋6相对于其在插入站102中的取向旋转约180°。虽然插入站102中的储袋6在其底部9在前的情形下被插入到支撑件104中,但在储袋6在移除站118中被径向地推出时储袋6在底部9在前的情形下被推出。
在移除站118与插入站102之间,枢转站120位于移除站118的传送方向的下游,在该枢转站中,支撑件104枢转约180°,使得其充分定位,以用于接收插入站102中的新储袋6。

图2和3示出了循环枢转的径向向内的内打开凸轮134,其将储袋夹紧件108枢转到打开位置以用于将储袋6插入在插入站102中。在移除站118处,示出了外打开凸轮136,其也不与传送轮100一起旋转,并且其附接至枢转地操作的杠杆,并且从储袋6上提升储袋夹紧件108以用于在移除站118中移除储袋。
图4至7示出了支撑件104的细节。
每个支撑件104具有轴梁150,该轴梁通过滚珠轴承152可自由旋转地保持在传送轮100上,所述滚珠轴承被放置在传送轮100的孔154(参见图3)中并安装于此。在轴梁150的自由端部处存在支撑导管106,储袋夹紧件108枢转地安装在该支撑导管中。用于储袋夹紧件108的枢转运动的枢转轴线由附图标记156标识。储袋夹紧件108不可旋转地连接至致动套筒158,该致动套筒通过夹紧弹簧160保持为抵靠轴梁150预张紧。设置了保持器162,其不可旋转地连接至致动套筒158并且在其自由端部处承载空气打结块体164,其部分地突出超过支撑导管106的开口,并且在图6中的任何情况下部分地阻挡支撑导管106的开口。在根据图6的闭合位置中,可以看到下压弹簧166,其与储袋夹紧件108的自由端部相互作用,以使其保持为抵靠储袋6预张紧。在根据图4的打开位置中,该下压弹簧166在接收柱体168的内部。在根据图4的打开位置中,储袋夹紧件108邻接抵靠支撑导管106的在图4中的上壁。与储袋夹紧件相对,引导突起170从支撑导管106的开口突出,该引导突起以漏斗形状向外倾斜。
牢固地连接至致动套筒158的致动臂172从致动套筒158径向地突出,并且在其自由端部处设有凸轮辊174。所述凸轮辊74与内打开凸轮和外打开凸轮134、136的引导表面相互作用。因此,储袋夹紧件抵抗夹紧弹簧160和下压弹簧166的力枢转到打开位置中。如果没有凸轮辊174与打开凸轮134或136的凸轮轮廓之间的相互作用,那么储袋夹紧件108枢转到图6中示出的闭合位置中。夹紧弹簧160的一个端部被支撑在致动臂172上(参见图5、7)。
在轴梁150的与支撑导管106相对的端部处,设置了两个引导臂176、178,所述引导臂相对于轴梁150的中心纵向轴线径向延伸,并且通过引导销180、182(每个引导销承载着凸轮辊184)在轴向方向上突出。由此,引导销182比引导销180具有更大的轴向延伸。
每个引导销180、182接合在相应的引导凹槽中,引导凹槽凹陷在引导盘中,根据图2和3中的俯视图,所述引导盘设置在传送轮100后面的固定位置中。被配置给引导销182的引导凹槽比配置给引导销180的引导凹槽更深。凹槽彼此交叉。它们通过小间隙来容纳引导销180、182的凸轮辊184。类似于凸轮辊174,凸轮辊184也具有可自由旋转的环形表面,该环形表面在相应的引导凹槽中被引导,并且可以以小摩擦与凹槽的侧壁接触。
由于轴梁150经由与旋转传送轮100相对的滚珠轴承152以及与支撑件104的枢转轴线(由轴梁150的中心纵向轴线形成)偏心地设置的两个引导销180、182的可旋转安装,可以生成并精确指定支撑件104在传送轮100的旋转运动的范围内相对于静止引导盘的枢转运动。
具有两个引导销180、182的构造允许对支撑件104的枢转运动的紧密且精确有源引导(precise positive guidance)。根据图2和3所示的俯视图,在传送轮100的圆周方向上设置了总共六个站。因此,各个支撑件104在圆周方向上偏移60°。由此,在120°的传送路径上,支撑件104可以枢转约180°,或者在对应于60°的传送路径上恰好枢转约90°。
在该实施例中,传送轮105的旋转运动与内打开凸轮134的循环运动一起在插入站102的区域中引起储袋夹紧件108的打开与闭合。在移除站118中,储袋夹紧件108的打开与闭合在传送轮100是静止的同时通过枢转外打开凸轮136使来实现。由此,如图3中所示,储袋夹紧件108被施加至储袋6。保持器162保持在中心位置,使得连续供给的形成标签10的材料可以在标签供给站112的区域中被切断而不与保持器162碰撞。当传送轮100静止时,内打开凸轮134相对于传送轮100枢转。然而,在传送轮100旋转时,其还抵抗该旋转方向枢转。
在标签供给站112中被供给的标签抵靠空气打结块体164的外表面放置,所述空气打结块体与连接站114的装备部分一起形成了空气通道以引导线8的自由端部从而将线8打结至标签10,如在EP 1 731 295 B1中所述的。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于在生产填充有可冲泡材料的储袋的机器内传送已被切割并填充的软管段的装置,所述装置包括传送轮(100)和插入站(102)以及移除站(118),所述传送轮包括多个枢转地安装的支撑件(104),所述支撑件绕着所述传送轮的圆周分布,并且每个支撑件支撑储袋(6),所述插入站与所述传送轮(100)相关联,在所述插入站中,所述软管段中的一个在径向方向上被插入到所述支撑件(104)中以形成储袋(6),在所述储袋(6)的头部(7)与底部(9)之间具有至少一个腔室,所述储袋的底部在前径向地进入所述支撑件中,所述移除站与所述传送轮(100)相关联,其特征在于,在所述移除站中,所述支撑件(104)相对于在所述插入站(102)中的定位枢转,使得所述储袋(6)在所述底部(9)在前从支撑件中径向出来的情形下从所述传送轮(100)上被径向地移除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述支撑件(104)围绕平行于所述传送轮(100)的旋转轴线(D)延伸的轴线枢转地安装。

6.一种用于在生产填充有可冲泡材料的储袋(6)的机器内传送已被切割并填充的软管段的方法,所述方法包括:在传送轮(100)中,在插入站(102)中,将所述软管段中的一个在径向方向上插入到所述传送轮(100)的支撑件(104)中以形成储袋(6),所述储袋(6)在所述储袋(6)的头部(7)与底部(9)之间具有至少一个腔室,并且所述储袋(6)在移除站(118)中在所述底部(9)在前的情形下从所述传送轮(100)上被径向地移除。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述储袋(6)在所述移除站(118)之前的倒数第二站到所述移除站之前的最后一站枢转90°+/-10°。
8.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,支撑所述储袋(6)并且附接至所述传送轮(100)的支撑件(104)被强制引导以用于在所述传送轮(100)的旋转期间施加所述支撑件(104)的枢转运动。
